Hey Dave. I watched Matthew Sims video on this truck but only the black carbon version of this, and I was really super impressed. Such good power characteristics, handling and air 😅control. I’m hoping you have the same experience he did. I’m sure the metal one will be not much different. Rlaarlo really put a lot of thought into this one. Im getting heaavy arrma granite vibes from it, and I'm not upset about that. I might have to try one of these out. I've skipped every rlarrlo so far but i think this may be the one i actually get.
For starting price of $179 for the carbon roller or $199 for this metal RTR version, it's a decent deal for sure. More videos to come.... Cheers for watching
You can use the bigger batteries but you have to relocate the esc with the included mounting plate. Great unboxing brotha!
Yeah I know, they have provided extra brackets to lengthen the battery bay, just need to relocate the esc plate to the top of the chassis which I plan to do, cheers for watching mate 👍
Looks really good, I just wish they would've made this one a proper 1/10 scale, still pretty dang nice 👌🏻
Great rc awesome fist thoughts they got some good ideas some of them have been available on a larger scale for year's
Im kind of stunned they had put 2845 motor in a 1/10 scale made from metal. I would expect it to be not powerful enough for the task. Also I'd expect 45A ESC is too low for this truck.
The other version has 3650 motor which is far better and more suitable for this truck.
Other than that it looked really solid without really trying it.
The roller might be the best way to go here as some like to overpower those trucks to a 4S or big 3S motor.
Yeah im not sure why they went different can sizes for the motors but it's pretty capable though with the smaller 2852 3100kv motor, I've uploaded a speed test and have a bash video coming soon!
What is kv? The carbin fiber version has a bigger motor but a lower kv . My little 16890 sa has a 3800kv and the 16889 are like 3300 or 3500kv I believe .
I think I ll put some sticky impact foam under the body where them top shock mounts might hit .

I love it but I compare different deals before I buy & currently the Redcat 4s for $299 I know they are way different but as long as this sale is on is hard to justify buying these when that deal just makes more sense. I’ll take both though 😂👍

Someone has to put the biggest wheels possible and see how it does since it says it can do 1/8 size tires. Prob should check the gears for that though

Hi there just would like to know if the Rlaarlo CT8A Radio Remote Control 8 Channel will bind to the Rlaarlo Carbon Fiber MINI 1:10 Scale Brush-less Monster Truck, RZ001B-C or will i have to put in my own Receiver thanks ........
Not to sure as I don't have the carbon model, if the ct6a receiver is not the same as the ct8a one you might have to swap it over. But it's possible both receivers will bind to the ct8a

I don't have an mt10 but this is basically a 1/11th scale
