    I converted the brushed to brushless. It goes a legit 55mph on 2S tying for fastest RC in the family with a Traxxas Sledge and Arrma Vorteks. Those tires are useless at high speed. They balloon to the point of severe instability. I had to put a fan on the motor and it still over temps in hot weather. It seems to be a bit of a battery killer, as well. Crazy fast for a small car. It's been trouble free aside from differential cups and shock seals. The rear bearing carriers were replaced with metal parts as well. Rock solid stable for a tiny thing. I'm impressed.

    Good to see they finally started to make their older models brushless now, i remember these being brushed with the 550 motor just after they released the buggies. Good look at this one Ryan, skate parks are fun to bash at, i haven't been at my local one in a while. Maybe i will soon with some of my RC trucks since winter is over now

      The skate park is a great place to drive the cars. Yeah this one is really good and I know the brushed version is very popular. The version is pretty quick too though they have some pretty crazy speed ratings on the brushed version on Amazon.

    It runs really well wit the brushless system in there. I am glad to see some fins in there as well. I know on my older brushed truck the motor would get really hot so the addition of the fans stock was a good move. They seem to be improving the quality of the kits over time which is good to see! Looking forward to seeing what it will do on the 3s, I am sure it is going to be a handful!!!

      Thanks Addam! Rlaarlo makes really good RTR budget RC. The added cooling fan is definitely a nice added touch especially when combined with 3s. Hopefully I can get some top speed tests filmed soon

    Hi Ryan! Just got to tell you that you have got some of the coolest intro’s dude! I love that festive ghostly drone leaving the body of the phantom! Very cool!
    Really nice job on this overview. You are spot on on how fun this little truggy is. The brushed version of this was extremely fun and durable,especially off road and hitting the jumps. I can’t imagine the brushless one being much different. In fact, I’ll bet it’s even better! I’m looking forward to seeing this on your channel again brother!God bless and Take care my friend!

    • @RDsRCReviews
      @RDsRCReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      RC cars really don't have run times because there's too many variables. It depends on how fast you drive it and how often you stop.

      @@RDsRCReviewsthanks for the reply. That makes sense. Has it been pretty decent in your experience? I finally found that they say the 2800 battery gives you 20 min. Kinda low, if that’s accurate. Thanks for your videos!

      @@kendallwilliams8135 yeah it is fine though I've not had a chance to drive it much. Thanks for the compliment. 20 mins actually isn't bad at all. Back in the early RC days you were happy to get 15 mins.

    Im new to the rc hobby and to each is own but this skatepark stuff makes no sense to id rather find some gravel dirt pit or beach before i take mine to a concrete park then look to complain about some fiberglass plastic part not being tough enough 🤔 but im not a reviewer who can afford to just jump my stuff 20ft in the air ! And have you noticed its just white guys doing this , i mean i might be wrong, and certainly not trying to offend ,it's just odd ive seen a couple of black guys who review but they aint doing this jumping on concrete stuff lol

    • @RDsRCReviews
      @RDsRCReviews  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@laurahunt7511 I do plenty of reviews behind my house in the rock and dirt and it gets very boring fast for viewers. A dirt bike course would be ideal but I have no place like that around me. The skate park is a day place to jump cars while also testing their durability. You're new to the hobby though so maybe you just don't realize this stuff yet. I've been into RC for 40 years. As for the last question, Yes it's a bit odd to ask. There's a lot of non-white people into RC and drones. I know several locally. Also, two of the most legendary RC companies (Tamiya and Kyosho) are both Japanese companies and their cars are very popular in Japan obviously. This isn't a white person hobby.

    • @RDsRCReviews
