My wish for this mall is that original goods would be sold. We have a big problem of fake chinese goods flooding at most of malls here in Tanzania, especially electronic goods and children toys. Also i'm upset on how corporations intertain the chinese on this bad behaviour of polluting the world with fake goods.

I am overjoyed to see Dar Es Salaam grow and I love Tanzania!However I am concerned about the increased prolonged power outages. A few months ago my KLM flight had to return to Amsterdam due to no runway lights because the power was out.

Next year the largest hydroelectric dam will be open in Tanzania adding 2115 MW to the national grid..this will solve completely the electricity problem in Tanzania..unless corruption comes in

These changes wouldn't have been possible without China's investments. For centuries, Western countries just pumped resources from Africa. China makes business what brings benefits to the local people. I'm very glad to see it.

This mall has nothing to do with China or Chinese. Owner of this is the government of Tanzania through National housing Corporation NHC.
There is nowhere where China is involved here.
