@@ngamaizinzi3987 Sometimes let us stop making ourselves happy just for the sake.Number of shops , parking spaces,banks among others when you compare one by one the BBS mall beats it by far not even by a small margin but big one.And that is the total area of the whole building and everything included in that Chinese mall in your country.Look for facts don't just yap bcoz it can't reach the BBS mall in any unit maybe compare it to two rivers mall .Stop yapping anything just for the case

If , hypothetically, Mkapa was built where this mall is built , it would still take up as much space as it is in it's current location , if this mall is truly 97,000sqm , are you sure that this drone shot I'm looking at is can fit That huge stadium and even leave extra space ? there is no way this is 97,000sqm , let's be honest Bertin.

I visited the mall physically. This mall is very big. It true it has gross area of 75k and total area of 94k. You can't judge a building using pictures.

@@explorewithbertin Dar Village Mall is almost over, 14 Dec 2024 will having soft opening where by main shops (anchor) will be ready to do Business, while mid of Feb 2025 be the Grand opening for the rest of the units, for sure it is a classic mall interms of Quality
