Today i got 2 months of running done :D im so proud of myself. The distance i ran everyday i needed for the first time 15:42 min. and today i did it in 9:38 min. . The distance was like 1.5-1.7 miles, it's like 2,4-2,7 km. Thank you Hellah for the motivation to start my journey of running.

A couple months back, I commented on one of your vids saying that I'mma do what you do but the jump rope version of it. As an update I fell waaaaaaaay off lol. It's only been a week since I really took this fitness journey of my serious and going hard. Well not to the point where I miss a day because of fatigue or pain but just on it. I only do calisthenics for resistance. I give you credit cause this isn't easy but I am starting to get results with my breathing so I'm happy for that. You inspire me bro. Keep doing your thing!!!
You motivate me so much. I am literally going through am injury and it's so tuff to ve out from doing what I love every day. However, I would ve patient and keep fighting to ve a pro.
yes! keep working even if it's just by changing your mindset and doing your best at letting yourself heal and recover. You'll get back to it when you can!

yes definitely! Young players in the U.S. is a 22 year old just finishing college and yes there are more younger players now but 21 is still young here. Send some videos, have an agent help you and you do your part by training hard and stay ready so when the opportunity comes you'll be ready!

I’m in the same position (almost made it big), I got scouted by KV kortrijk belgian 1st league when I was 12 but I didn’t take the risk because it was a 2hour drive from where I lived ... And we had regional scoutings and I always made the final stage but didnt get further... i’ve trained with the best players from my age on the field Tubeze where the belgian national team trains... so I stayed in my local club 3rd division belgium... I’m 18 years old and I’m kinda losing hope because i’m playing for the (b squad) from my local club not at the first team ‘yet’ and having to study at the University of Ghent takes a lot of time, during examperiods I would have to skip football and that... it’s really annoying, this long proces of actually achieving my dream of being a professional player... have to work hard but A little bit of luck is also needed!

Very close, I was an outside midfielder. Specifically on the left wing but ended up playing the rest of my career as a left back
