It’s honestly difficult to watch all these No Days Off videos, because they keep me motivated, but also every person featured has trainers and a field available, whereas I literally have no idea how to do some really vital defense skills and I have no one, so now I’m just wishing I had ANYONE. Also, she’s really good.
My advice: just do juggling, ball mastery, tight space dribbling with cones, and passing variations against a wall. These simple drills improve your skill by A LOT.

Sometimes, if you do your moves to fast, like when you move the ball from one side to the next and back to the original position to quick, your opponent will react and arrive at your original position, by the time you have the ball back at that same position. But I have to say I am extremely impressed by your drive, your talent and your level of work. All the best to you and your family.

I'm in my last year because I never was that into the sport and love to run and play volleyball but to know that there are people that would never be caught doing soccer that shows me that I could be already doing volleyball but I never did because I wanted to do the popular sport..she's really good and you can tell from foot work and I'm devoed that they didn't import clipsnfrom games but I have a good feeling that she will make it.

This is kind of hard to watch. All these people have personal trainers and really nice equipment while I can barely find a field good enough to play on. Also, dribbling can only take you so far. She could be really good at that but have legit no game sense or lack a physical build. I wanna see a vid where there is a person going through drills (not just shooting and dribbling) and watch them communicate with a player and team.

But where is the in game footage they are just showing her dribbling through cones with no one pressuring her. Like I am not going to discredit her great foot work and agility but she could just be a practice champion
She looks like 19,20.
We can see that she is amazing at dribbling but her legs are so perfect there’s so visible scars or bruises. Does she even play in games (no hate I’m js curious on how she does that cuz my legs are so messed u cuz of soccer)
