This is a terrific movie - of course I cried through it - and the music which you don't hear on the movie is even better - lots of classic Carly Simon!
My family used to share VHS movies back in the day and I remember watching this one a lot as teenager. Just now realized this was Nora Ephron's first film
just finished watching this!good movie
this movie looks so familar. i'm pretty sure i saw it YEARRSS ago, but i don't remember
why dont more people know this movie???? Great soundtrack too!!
It's kinda weird to see Marge Simpson as some middle age Jewish lady from the Bronx, or whatever they went for here
I need to see this movie 1 seen it once when I was 11NOW I need to see it again
oh Marge
would love to see this movie, could you possibly upload it whole by chance?
What music is being used in this trailer? It sounds sort of like terms of endearment.
It sounds a lot like Tiny Dancer, it could almost be a lawsuit. :D
Carly Simon: Love of my life
The trailer starts with one of Carly Simon’s songs from the movie proper (“Back the Way”) then plays music from Terms of Endearment by Michael Gore and concludes with Simon’s “Love of My Life.”
So odd
This movie would have been blah without Gaby Hoffmann. She was a wonder as a child star [as were a swam of Jewish girls back then]. These types of movies have come to an end due to the "diversity" dragon.
Work it out?. How about being a mother until they're in college then be a comedian?.What a load of b.s.
So cringe.
This looks like a dopey movie I don’t wanna see
This is yet again more Hollywood b.s.Why even have kids if you want a career?.This is junk,it's not funny. She should put personal aspirations on the back burner until the kids are grown.Ephron, like so many filmmakers, proved to be out of touch with regular people. The Simpsons curse still lives as they can't find work anywhere outside of that stupid show.
When her kids were in high school, my fellow librarian Tracey went to a stand up comedy class at the local club and did it as a hobby. Today she is retired and has more time to devote to her hobby.
