For that just book and appointment once and you will be in a waiting list queue and VFS will automatically get back to you with appointment slot

Yes once you got your visa approval you have to go for stamping appointment (choose stamping service )

Yes you can apply for JSV that wont be an issue. Just mention in that due to so and so reason i took a gap for an year.

If you have an offer then usually ZAV letter is not mandatory

You need to contact the Auslanderbehorde (foreigners office) of your city and they will give you an appointment for your work permit (blue card)

Yes you can travel to India even after a day of getting blue card but make sure you can live outside Germany not more than 6 month if you are a Blue card holder
what should be the appointment sub-category for BlueCard without dependents and without ZAF approval for salary above 58500?
can see only 3 options - "Employment: Blue Card, ICT, ZAV pre-approval + dependants" ,"any other employment" and '"skilled worker"

Hi i have moved to Germany recently, I want to bring my wife earliest to Germany for 4-6 months as she is also working! Can I book a Schengen visa appointment which is available and also a family reunion visa waitlist, whichever comes first i will get that and cancel other. Is this possible, booking 2 different appointment types for 1 person?

In that case i would recommend you to go for Schengen visa as reunion will take more time and also involve additional steps like marriage verification (More time more fees). But reunion visa will be for longer duration and schengen for maximum 90 days.

The husband has got a job in Germany and he applied for blue card visa along with his wife as dependant visa , both of them got the visa approved now they are set to fly to Germany but meanwhile wife got a job in India which she wants to take up ..
So can she come to Germany and register herself as a dependent on her husband and then go back to India and take up her job , she is planning to fly to Germany once in every 4-5 months after that.
She has job ambitions and her husband is ready to support that
But all they need is a confirmation about how can a dependant visa holder person work in their home country ?
in this situation, ideally she wont be able to work in other country with germany residence permit.
And once she got residence permit of Germany she wont be able to live outside Germany for more than 6 months

Nothing like that. Its Germany and you have to wait. Haha I know its really a frustrating time but hopefully you will get it soon

If you dont get blue card then you should select employment visa category and your spouse should book for dependent visa category

Hello , I am trying to book an appointment from past couple of months and every time i get an error message on VFS site " Please select different date and time because all the appointments are scheduled in this slot" and still no luck. I am applying for long term category visa.
Actually its difficult to get a free slots. But i guess you have to fill the application and you will be in waiting list and once your no will come you will get an appointment slot from VFS

@@deepjyotibaruah yes currently long waitlist for the visa. Im not sure about Netherland but mostly you have to apply and submit the application. then you will be in waitlist and once slots will be available you will get an email to select the appointment dates in VFS portal
