Hi. Usually for Visa purposes, there is Cover letter, which I have included a template in this video!
If they specifically asked Motivation letter, that's weird. But nevertheless, you can use somewhat the same sample letter that u used for your university.

Please urgent help, I have my vfs date on 5th march and lectures starting on 11th march, I have an extension of 8 weeks, what date should I put there in videx form of starting date?

Put it as 11th March on Videx and mention in cover letter that your course starts on 11th March and u understand visa process can take upto 4 weeks therefore u have got 8weeks extension from uni for that since u got visa appointment a bit late.

Book a temporary cancellable hotel. Or get a sublet document like in the video from someone you know who lives there.
Does there any need to show language exemption letter ? Although in admit letter everything is mentioned about language skills.

Just carry your lang certificate if you have from IELTS or bachelor’s in english.
In the videx form i have written the duration exact the my course start date for example 1st april 2024, and visa comes with that date and if i want to go early like 15 day before is it possible?
You could already write a date , 2 weeks in advance in the documents. And, then mention it as preparation time before my studies etc. in the Visa Cover Letter.(Which is understandable by them) You can only travel for or from the dates, you have your VISA, not before.

For any case, if they have mentioned u have to pay fee before xyz date and your visa appointment is after that date. Then you need to have a proof of payment until that date ready for visa appointment.

Hi thanks for this great content. I have a doubt. I got an admit offer from a German university. At the application time it was mentioned medium of instruction letter is enough to proof language proficiency. I applied and got the offer. In my offer letter nothing is mentioned related to language proficiency. So do I need to produce ielts score during visa interview?
Sachin Ji. Usually a document stating u did your Bachelors in English is enough. (But if you have time just spend 20k more and have IELTS for mental piece) Usually, that point is covered already!
I have admission in a private university and it provides a non German degree. Appointments aren't available on VFS but I have waitlist option for NON GERMAN Degree through the new delhi German embassy. My course is starting from April 7th. And I don't know what to do. I have all documents in my hand. So Should I opt for German Embassy or wait till slots are available on VFS?

Hi. Does not matter much if you already have an acceptance letter from a university. In general, highlight the one, that has something to do with your future intended study course or profession, in Germany.
Intern and trainee both are different. Graduate engineer trainee is considered as work experience. Not sure about internship.

Please, can you explain this one "For visa applications, please use the VIDEX application form in order to speed up the application process and to reduce your waiting time." If i fill it online, does it mean they will give me an appointment without booking?
- Well. The only purpose of VIDEX application is that it would already have all your details in a QR code format. Once u fill the online PDF. You would be able to download it and print it. That’s it
So during the time of VISA aapointment.
The employee sitting in front doesnot have to re-type everything at that moment on their computer. That’s all.

1) 29th april (but you wont have the visa until4 weeks though) But u can write that date
2) Hostel/Hotel fully-refundable cancellable booking for 1month and then mentioned hostel/hotel address
3) You don't have to have any experience certificate but just put the ones that are major ones. Anyway, APS has been done they know u are good to go and u have an admit letter.
All would workout! You will have your visa by15-16th may!

Hi do we need to notarise the documents (photocopies)
Just take photo copies of all documents you need to notary like passport degree certificate 12th 10th consolidated certificate etc and also carry all the orginal documents
Go to an notary advocate, hopefully you can find near court in your area. They verify your orginal certificate and give some seals and signature and you need to pay for this. Please ask the charges before doing it some advocate charge so much for this
I got admission in one public university. But my ielts is expired this month . Do i need to retake the exam ? Or this certificate and medium of instruction is enough for visa?

My Uni doesn't need APS as it's UK branch . What to say during interview or vps
APS isn't for university, it's required for applying a Visa. Since so many Indians were applying with fake educational documents they had to introduce APS. If you go without the APS certificate, your Visa will straightaway get rejected.
Does EU or German funded scholarship cancels out the need for APS certificate?
APS - is simply validating your education till now that you’ve obtained in india.
I don't have a Family name or Surname on my passport. Manu Raghav both the name is in the Given name part of the passport. So how should I fill up the Family name section of the form?
They will ask you to change it in passport

Hi. Show a full cancellable hostel booking for 1st month of your stay, close to your university.
How do I do that?
Open any hostel or hotel website,near to the location where u want to live. Kindly book a hotel for 1month, from the date you think, you are going to land in Germany. (You don't have to pay in advance for fully refundable cancellable bookings)@@aishwaryagautam3151

Hi. You will get visa 100% if you have an admit letter from German Uni and a blocked account amount of the current standard year!
Thats all u need! Along with a list of documents required for Visa.
Experience has nothing to do with visa, as long as you have a genuine Bachelors degree, which APS certificate will ultimately justify.

Lejaao sab if you have them. Nevertheless consolidated is more important. And in general, its a formality. Your APS holds more value and confirms you are legit :) Goodluck.
@@Wayoutwithus Today my visa interview at VFS Chennai. I submit consolidate + degree certificate + APS on the side of academic certificates. They told that sometimes embassy requires semester wise Marksheet. If they ask you should submit them directly in VFS office.

Hello, usually you get blocked account confirmation of expatrio within two days.
And yes you need blocked account confirmation document for your visa appointment, the money transfer receipt is not sufficient.
All this procedure has to be done after we get an appointment from VFS?And can we book slot before getting admission letter?
You cannot get a visa appointment unless you have APS and admit letter from a uni. Once you have these two things prepare all these docs and reach out to VFS to get an appointment date!

Well, in that case please check the VFS slots for the tentative date that you are getting, if you can. Fill in your APS details there.

My university is public but they charge semester fee. But they don't provide any receipt. Screenshot and fee overview will work ? Also, beside block account do i need more finacial proofs ?
Yes, take a print of the website with the fee structure and for a financial proof blocked account is enough, other than that u can still have your personal indian bank account statement if you want, any parent's bank account statement if you want, any FD statement, GPF fund etc statement.
They dont need it usually, but if you have them keep them with you. Anyway, they would ask you to take it out if do not need it, otherwise, it isn't required. Hope we answered your question! Goodluck!

Yes, that’s possible. Could be your spouse or bringing children may be permitted provided some certain conditions are met like having sufficient funds on top of your own blocked account and size of living space requirement etc. Such cases are decided on an individual basis. Good-luck.

Hey. Well usually course results can come out early as well. It’s not like they would only come in Aug. So you can actually wait for a lil while. While u make sure u accept the admit from uni no. 1 formally. So they know to count you in. So u not end up with no offer by Aug(if incase)

Timeline
From the Visa appointment to getting visa in hand for National student visa, It usually takes 30-40 days, in some rare cases if the documents are missing add 15 days more after the document is submitted. The time period again depends upon the weightage/importance of the document.
