1) 29th april (but you wont have the visa until4 weeks though) But u can write that date 2) Hostel/Hotel fully-refundable cancellable booking for 1month and then mentioned hostel/hotel address 3) You don't have to have any experience certificate but just put the ones that are major ones. Put it as 11th March on Videx and mention in cover letter that your course starts on 11th March and u understand visa process can take upto 4 weeks therefore u have got 8weeks extension from uni for that since u got visa appointment a bit late. Digilocker certificates doubt, umm You could email embassy and cross check once. Not sure :)

Usually in such cases you put a date 2 weeks in future from the day of appointment. But it doesnt matter if they know it starts in Oct. They’ll try their best to give u asap as per their standard time frame.

They just asked me to pickup my passport (along with my receipt) and when I opened it, I saw my visa stamp! An additional document that helped me with my visa process was a Confirmation letter from the University addressed to the embassy (that I took on the day of my interview) stating that I have been admitted into the program. The embassy requested for an enrollment letter, but the university requires a visa before enrollment. I used this confirmation letter in place of the enrollment letter.

That’s it So during the time of VISA aapointment. The employee sitting in front doesnot have to re-type everything at that moment on their computer. That’s all. - It has nothing to do with booking appointments

Just take photo copies of all documents you need to notary like passport degree certificate 12th 10th consolidated certificate etc and also carry all the orginal documents Go to an notary advocate, hopefully you can find near court in your area. They verify your orginal certificate and give some seals and signature and you need to pay for this. Please ask the charges before doing it some advocate charge so much for this

Hi. Does not matter much if you already have an acceptance letter from a university. In general, highlight the one, that has something to do with your future intended study course or profession, in Germany.

You cannot get a visa appointment unless you have APS and admit letter from a uni. Once you have these two things prepare all these docs and reach out to VFS to get an appointment date!

Hello, usually you get blocked account confirmation of expatrio within two days. And yes you need blocked account confirmation document for your visa appointment, the money transfer receipt is not sufficient.
APS isn't for university, it's required for applying a Visa. Since so many Indians were applying with fake educational documents they had to introduce APS. If you go without the APS certificate, your Visa will straightaway get rejected.

You could already write a date , 2 weeks in advance in the documents. And, then mention it as preparation time before my studies etc. in the Visa Cover Letter.(Which is understandable by them) You can only travel for or from the dates, you have your VISA, not before.

Hi. You will get visa 100% if you have an admit letter from German Uni and a blocked account amount of the current standard year! Thats all u need! Along with a list of documents required for Visa. Experience has nothing to do with visa, as long as you have a genuine Bachelors degree, which APS certificate will ultimately justify.

- Try to get a date of 3rd week of Aug. (Usually VISA will take 5weeks) - Being slightly late, say Oct mid etc, is also fine at times for the university. Dont worry about it. - Inform the bank that you are gonna change the university. For them it doesnt matter much as you are taking student loan. For then uni doesnt matter. The acceptance letter shoulr just be genuine

I cant say thet frankly, donot know where u applying it from and what your consultants are about. What is the trick left for them in it. I mean dont know of they would lie. For what though. Nevertheless coming to Germany 1-2 weeks late is also fine. Just look for accommodation and so. Dont stress much. Worry about the controllables.

Yes, take a print of the website with the fee structure and for a financial proof blocked account is enough, other than that u can still have your personal indian bank account statement if you want, any parent's bank account statement if you want, any FD statement, GPF fund etc statement. They dont need it usually, but if you have them keep them with you. Anyway, they would ask you to take it out if do not need it, otherwise, it isn't required. Hope we answered your question! Hey. Well usually course results can come out early as well. It’s not like they would only come in Aug. So you can actually wait for a lil while. While u make sure u accept the admit from uni no. 1 formally. So they know to count you in. So u not end up with no offer by Aug(if incase) Goodluck.
From the Visa appointment to getting visa in hand for National student visa, It usually takes 30-40 days, in some rare cases if the documents are missing add 15 days more after the document is submitted. The time period again depends upon the weightage/importance of the document.

Intern and trainee both are different. Graduate engineer trainee is considered as work experience. Not sure about internship.

Hello, usually you get blocked account confirmation of expatrio within two days.
And yes you need blocked account confirmation document for your visa appointment, the money transfer receipt is not sufficient.

APS isn't for university, it's required for applying a Visa. Since so many Indians were applying with fake educational documents they had to introduce APS. If you go without the APS certificate, your Visa will straightaway get rejected.

In the videx form i have written the duration exact the my course start date for example 1st april 2024, and visa comes with that date and if i want to go early like 15 day before is it possible?
You could already write a date , 2 weeks in advance in the documents. And, then mention it as preparation time before my studies etc. in the Visa Cover Letter.(Which is understandable by them) You can only travel for or from the dates, you have your VISA, not before.

After save submitted first time.then in pdf observed some mistake.then thru Jason file import and then edited to correct and then submitted.another revised pdf created.so whether like this doing two three times will create problem.which one they will consider.latest one or first time submitted.

Experience has nothing to do with visa, as long as you have a genuine Bachelors degree, which APS certificate will ultimately justify.

- Try to get a date of 3rd week of Aug. (Usually VISA will take 5weeks)
- Being slightly late, say Oct mid etc, is also fine at times for the university. Dont worry about it.
- Inform the bank that you are gonna change the university. For them it doesnt matter much as you are taking student loan. For then uni doesnt matter. The acceptance letter shoulr just be genuine

I cant say thet frankly, donot know where u applying it from and what your consultants are about. What is the trick left for them in it. I mean dont know of they would lie. For what though.
Nevertheless coming to Germany 1-2 weeks late is also fine. Just look for accommodation and so. Dont stress much. Worry about the controllables.

Yes, take a print of the website with the fee structure and for a financial proof blocked account is enough, other than that u can still have your personal indian bank account statement if you want, any parent's bank account statement if you want, any FD statement, GPF fund etc statement.
They dont need it usually, but if you have them keep them with you. Anyway, they would ask you to take it out if do not need it, otherwise, it isn't required. Hope we answered your question! Goodluck!

Hey. Well usually course results can come out early as well. It’s not like they would only come in Aug. So you can actually wait for a lil while. While u make sure u accept the admit from uni no. 1 formally. So they know to count you in. So u not end up with no offer by Aug(if incase)

From the Visa appointment to getting visa in hand for National student visa, It usually takes 30-40 days, in some rare cases if the documents are missing add 15 days more after the document is submitted. The time period again depends upon the weightage/importance of the document.
