Me and my husband are moving to Germany and his date of joining is mentioned as 26th Aug and company has assigned an immigration service to help with the process.
And they’re processing the national visa for both of us. Should we book the VFS appointment now itself or wait for the immigration service to confirm on the dates
Also my husband visa is being processed from Singapore as he’s working there currently and I live in India and will be leaving job to accompany him. Wanted to understand will they visa arrive at once or he has to go first and I’ll be joining him later ?

Hi I too had applied for VISA couple of weeks back. Under blue card category for Spouse and child Visa you have to select Checklist for dependents(accompanying spouse/child)
You should go for accompanying spouse. And you should be able to fill the form online. Please watch our video on how to fill visa application form

Usually 3 months lag sakte hain as per timeline. So wait kro jaldi aa jayega approval. Check all the folders in mailbox including spam

Haan verification ke liye agar mail ata hai to fee DD se pay karna hai. Kabhi kabhi wo appointment ke time pe bhi bol dete hai fees pay krne ko so in that case you can pay with card/cash etc
Hi. Recently I have completed my dependent visa interview along with my kid at Chennai German Consulate. They said visa will get within 15 working days. They took our passports. Is this normal that they will take our passports. My Doubt is ,after returning the passports -will they be visa printed in it OR do I need to again book appointment for D-visa stamping.
Usually when they take your passport they will give it back to you with visa stamped on it.
I am married recently and will be applying for spouse union visa. Wanted to know if after marriage the name in the passport has to be changed or we should change it later after going to Mumbai. ? You can keep the name on the passport as old one. Just make sure all the additional documents also have the same name. No worries with the old name everything will be all right.

Please check the price mentioned on embassy website. No need to make a DD of exact amount (As per conversion rate of your appointment date)

On what type of visa your wife is in Germany. If it normal business visa for upto 90 days then you have to apply for Schengen visa and you can work for Indian company

I need a clarification on FRV . Please respond.
I recently moved to Munich and started working (in probation). As of now staying alone in Studio apartment 36 square metres. My family(wife and 2 kids) are in India. I'm facing difficulty in finding a bigger apartment which in turn delay initiating FRV because I'm not meeting the minimum 13 square meters per person requirment.
Will German consulate reject my application if I initiate FRV with 36 square meters itself ?
Meanwhile, by the time my family arrives I will ensure I will have a big apartment for their KVR process here.

You have to take an appointment for visa stamping. You can check where is the stamping appointment available and accordingly you have to submit the passport.
Stamping maximum takes 2 weeks once you send the passport

You will get the appointment date soon. Currently very long time to get an appointment, you can watch out how to get appointments early video it will be little bit helpful to you. You will get your visa before Feb for sure as we have a long time to go

No if you are getting an employment visa then you can bring your spouse. Depending on salary you can get a blue card work permit or normal work permit. In that case only some documentation may change but you can bring your spouse

Yes, you can do everything staying in India. But if you have to submit some documents from Germany then you have to be here in Germany.
Please confirm Xerox copies of the original doc's should be colored or B&W ?

Hello,
If she wont be able to join you in Germany before her visa expiry then she needs to apply for a new visa. You can apply in whenever you want (your waiting for your visa extension appointment, you are done with your blue card appointment or once you got your blue card.)

yaha hum personal suggestion dena chahte hai for your questions-
1) I think jab aapke husband ka city registration ho jaye then aap appointment le sakte ho
2) no need for 3 salary slips Contract chal jayega kyuki aapke aapke husband ke job utani hui hai (lekin ye completely depend hai embassy pe but we dont think that would be an issue)
3) current situation me 2 3 months bhi lag sakte hai appointment milne ke liye
4) after appointment again situation pe 1 2 months lag sakte hai ya kabhi 3 month bhi lagte hai

As far as we know German language certificate is not mandatory for a spouse of PR holding person. Still you can once cross check with consulate at - jaunde.diplo.de/action/cm-en/1440622/action/-

A friend of mine has applied for blue card visa for Germany ,he is from Mumbai but he is living in benglore from past 1 year with us at our rented apartment, the rent agreement and everything else is on my husbands name ,but since he is in benglore from past year , he took appointment at benglore vfs
The question is , while going for his blue card visa appointment ,what documents needs to carried as a proof of stay in benglore since he is from Mumbai ?
I guess in that situation he need a letter from your husband stating that your friend is living at his place from past 1 year. And if he was working in Bangalore then the letter from his employer also works (in current WFH situation I’m not sure how does it works)

Hello, Thanks for the detailed video. I have a question on FRV regarding apartment space.
I currently stay alone in 22 mt. sq. apartment and I have the meldebescheinigung of the same apartment. By the time when I apply FRV, the meldebescheinigung will be older than 6 months. As per the apartment contract I will need be in the same apartment till june end.
I am currently finding the apartment enough for 3 people stay(me, wife and child). Once I find it, I would like to start the process of FRV where I will just be having Apartment contract which will state that I have booked the apartment with the space details.
My questions:
1) As per the documents check-list, it says you must have meldebescheinigung not older than 6 month, How is it possible to have meldebescheinigung not older than 6 months as I am staying in the current apartment since more than 8 months?
2) Do I need to first move to the new apartment having enough space for 3 people and then get the new meldebescheinigung and then apply for FRV?
Please assist me with these queries.

You should have a valid health insurance for your visa application. Recommend you to get a travel + Health insurance which will be helpful to you

In my how much time did you get the FRV ,and from which consulate.
It varies from situation to situation but usually you will get your visa in 3 to 4 months. For us it took 7 months from applying for an appointment till visa stamping on passport (but that was a very tough time due to Covid restrictions)
For me it took 2.5 months to complete whole process and get the passport to home with stamp

No it should be in English. Nagarparishad madhe jaun 50 rs madhe kadhun milat which will be in both English and marathi
And you must do it because it will be required in Germany as well for your wife
