I also booked appointment using your method , I got appointment of 17 October and then rescheduled it to August 17 but hope I hope I would have watched this video earlier because I found this method after a lot of trials and error.

@@siddeshshinde1530 yes I rescheduled it with in 48 hours, timeline: at 5pm it showed the slot for 17 August but was not able to book it, website was showing error, so at 9pm I booked the appointment for 17 October and then immediately after booking it showed me the slot for 17 August and I rescheduled it without any error. My friend also did the same but he didn't got the slot immediately , he got it on next day at 1pm

I applied through ahmedabad vfs on 17th May, Got msg that visa processed on 7th june and received at my office address on 10th june. 19calendar days.

Yes... But it has it's limitations, only allowed to reschedule in first 48 hours, even if no slot available... Previously this limit was 4 days...
So it's not reliable, and unfair...

That's so ridiculous... Write email to embassy email of Bangladesh, mention this is causing "Mental stress to you", and it is not "Humanitarian treatment"... They will at least note the point, as every such email force them to improve the system faster...

Tried rescheduling in 24hrs. Got option cannot reschedule. Also spoke to customer care, she mentioned you only can start fresh.

I have booked my application on 25th August 2023 at German consulate 2023. Its more than 30 mins. I am awaited for the email from VFS . Like Delhi embassy will you tell me the current status on German embassy, Mumbai.

Yup, rescheduling button is useless after 48 hours of appoint slot booking... You are only allowed to reschedule 1 time in the first 48 hours... And worst part is, it is not mentioned clearly on VFS's website, which is an SCAM and Stupidity, but that is how it is, unfortunately...

You should apply as soon as possible, because processing time is very long. And parallelly you can initiate loan process. Loan should not take long, at least not as the Visa process.

That is too much, is your request still waitlisted? Do you have direct access to see the booking, or is it via any agent? Do you have Studienkolleg or Language course before bachelors? And is this for private uni from Berlin?

I had applied for bachelor degree in industrial engineering in public university that is Deggendorf institution of technology Pfarrkirchen campus on 28 July 2022 but still on this day after 55 days i hadn't got visa.
Some of my friends who applied in same course in same college after me they got the visa.
Even they don't have educational qualification like me i have the best among them then also I hadn't got the visa , there is no queries regarding anything and tommorow is the 56th day.
What is the problem with my application? Can you give me some sort of advice and make clear about this?

Thank you. Sorry to say, I won't comment directly on any Uni, but can only say it can be good for some and not for others... Plus, getting a job in German market is something you have to do by yourself, and it is totally skill or experience based...
You can use LinkedIn to know its alumni size in Germany, compare it with other Unis, and check what their alumni are doing post studies... You may even connect with them and ask them about the Uni...

I have applied under blue card, ict, category under waitlist in August. Received no reply yet. Also. In visa, options are spilt between German embassy and and vfs for national d visa.. Which can help can faster appointments?
For Blue Card, the appointment booking should be at VFS. You have to select the blue card, ICT category while booking, this option only show when you select VFS centers...
Is your process Normal or Fast Track i.e Preliminary approval?
And Which VFS center location did you pick for waitlist?
Usual waitlist for blue card in Delhi used to be 10-15 days a couple of months back. But Most waitlist durations have increase recently.
Can we buy health insurance from india itself?
And which public health insurance company do you suggest
Travel health insurance, which is needed for at least first 90 days from the date of your flight, can be bought from India... Blocked account companies give such insurance free with their value package plans... For actual Health insurance in Germany, which is needed separately, you will have to only buy that from German health insurance companies either public or private, depending on your age and type of course or situation...
AOK, TK, Balmer, DAK... all are good and similar... As student, you don't need to worry to think a lot about which of these... If you need blocked account, then whichever your blocked account company provides should be fine...
If you have to buy is as non student, then you can see type of add-on - like dental or vision add-on plan, and if you need such add-on or not... Again all these public providers are good and similar... I personally found AOK's email support much more responsive then others...

@@bazminshaikh7080 if you are planning to bring family as Student on family reunion visa then currently there are not slots available for frv. And this process even can take 3-6 months.
But your family can travel on tourist visa for short term and then parallely frv can be applied.
And if your spouse can work, then they can try to get job in Germany and then come on work visa as well.
I used the same statement of purpose i send to the university for visa appointment. Ive got admitted to a public university. Is that gonna cause visa rejection?
Hopefully not, but it adds some risk...
Ideally, when dealing with embassy - for Student Visa - you should not focus on living / migrating / moving / settling to Germany part... Because Student Visa are for studies and gaining work experience, Yes, you are legally allowed to find job and then proceed legally onwards... But the intention of Study visa is to gain skills and experience in target country - any in rare case Visa officer may find something conflicting in letter...
But German embassy is not that strict in such cases usually, so most probably everything should be fine...

Have you successfully added yourself on waitlist or not?
If it's saying already registered then it can be someone else used your passport number, may be some agent, or you make another account by mistake, and have active waiting with that passport. Or if you are not able to register a new account at VFS, then try using another email or phone number, if account registration is the problem...
After adding yourself onto waitlist - it will take 25 days for Masters Visa or more for bachelors, for you to receive email - and after receiving that email within 48 hours you have to book your slot else your waitlist is canceled, and you have to re-add yourself as new waitlist entry...
Thanks for reply I applied for bech now again I registered with new passport number because my old passport was near expired I got new passport. Now I am showing in waiting list. 3 days back

Firstly, I would request you to stay positive and calm... And please send email to German embassy directly at their email Info@new-delhi.diplo.de , and mention that Delayed Slow Visa process is causing mental stress to you as a student, and request them to improve this process.
Every single email matters, it puts more pressure on them, it makes them realize the pain of students, and hence they will speed up the process of improvement...

@@prankurgiri9360 You won't get a reply on most appointment or visa related emails... But if you submit your genuine feedback, like how this situation is bad for you and all Indian students, and how students from India are not treated well on priority like on most other countries... Then such emails get very well noted by embassy, trust me, and even if you won't see any immediate benefit, this will at least improve the situation for future faster, if your family member or friends will want to come by next year or later...

Yes you can apply to other universities, if your score is good, then you will have more options from many other good universities...
I received the appointment booking mail within 2 hrs of getting the waitlist mail and after logging in, there is a book now option visible on the site, but after that there are no slots available until Feb. Can somebody please explain what's the problem here?
Wow this is so stupid, and if cannot find slot in 48 hours, then your your current waitlist may get removed most probably.. and you may have to create new waitlist..

Some hope. You might get your Visa around 20th Nov, then it may take few days for stamping. But it can vary a lot, because average processing time is never fixed. All the best.

What are the percentage of getting selected in public University of Germany for masters in management program but I have completed my bachelors in a technical field. What should I do to get selected in public University for MIM program?
MIM program usually offers MSc degrees... Mostly they are designed as extension of previous business studies... Such program need some ECTS against certain subjects like business, management, math, economics...
But some MIM programs are designed for people from Tech background... You will have to do your research to find such program... Mostly MIM in such case may need 1-2 years of work experience...

Write email - embassy should provide update in 10-15 days... Embassy are probably intentionally delaying Visa for private Institutes, they have public uni on priority...

Hello Sir Mera B1 complete ho gya h aur main Ausbildung karna chahta hu Hospitality me. Lekin mera 10 th me English subject me cross laga huya h. English Subject extra tha. Lekin 12 th me all subject me pass hu. Sir please reply. Koi dikkat to nhi hoga n Ausbildung ke liye. English external subject tha.
No issues due to that 1 small things... You can work on many other factors to make your profile overall stronger...
You will have to show your language skills, be is German or English, again, via certification from German course or IELTS/TOEFL like things, so if you will clear the needed score in language exam then it doesn't matter much if you failed in English in 10th...

If you applied to private uni, then it's normal to have longer visa processing time...
Don't worry, it should get approved, like in most case, but will take longer time... Embassy may even ask for telephonic or face to face interview...
If it's public uni then you must contact embassy, because for public uni usual processing time is around a month for masters...

Depends on course and institute type - visa processing & stamping time for publis master can be around 35 days, private master & public bachelors can be 50-60 days, private bachelors can be 90+ days

You have to apply via Embassy, but currently due to Visa delays in other categories, this category may be highly impacted with longer delays/wait times.
Hi Rajat, i have got an appointment for 25th Nov for bluecard, if i try to reschedule and check for any availability and find slot available , if i select new date/time and then click next to book, generally it says "book another date"
Does it cancel my existing appointment in that case?

I don't have exact idea about blue card specific rescheduling... But generally rescheduling (in other case) via rescheduling button, doesn't cancel your existing booking unless you get confirmed newly selected slot... Please reach out of VFS helpline and confirm with them...

Course starts from October 1
I have my appointment on September 26th
I got extension up-to October 16
No one else from India to the course and University
My campus is triesdorf
I have mentioned the Intended travel date on my application as 1.10.22
I have my travel and health insurance from September 15th
Will I be able to get visa on time that is before October 16?

Yup. If your profile is good, your papers are all legal, then why not. Being a private uni, the process will take longer, but it should be successful if all things are in place.

@Rajat Sharma ( Indian in Germany ) does the rescheduling tricks helps student visa also? I'm able to see a free slot (earlier than my predefined slot) ,but not able to book it. I'm getting a popup that rescheduling is not possible at this moment. Please help.
Rescheduling only works for first 48 hours now, and it is not 100% guaranteed, it depends on random slot availability due to cancelation or capacity increase in backend office... If you missed that window, then it won't work anymore...
VFS is probably running the biggest fraud here, they keep changing their policies without proper public notice & awareness, and they don't post clear information on their website, few resources say they try to sell empty slots in black via agents, hence don't want students to occupy them for free, hence all this shady operation...

It will take extra long time, as private institute + Berlin have 2-4 time longer processing time in general... Try to do B1 level certification of German to increase your chances or speed up process in case it gets stuck as it has happened with many other students...

You should receive an update, ideally by the First week of September... Processing time of 60-90+ days for ARDEN are common...

Depends on Visa type and Uni type.
For master 3 week waitlist, 1.5 month gap in appointment date, 1 month visa processing.
For bachelors, 5-6 week waitlist, 2.5 month gap, 1.5 months visa processing...
For private institute the timeline can get multiples by 2x...

You can just email VFS, nothing else... In case of public uni, avrg wailist is 30 days, for private it can increase...

About same as language course visa... About 2-3 months of waitlist can be common currently... Then slot picking gap can also be another 2-3 months... So one should start waitlist well in time...

My wife wants to go Ausbildung Nursing,She is completed Bsc Zoology and B.Ed. Age is 25,will there be visa rejection ?
Since she only has bachelors and not masters, so it's important if she gets German language certification done like B1 level at least to increase chances...
Also, if she has some time then it will be good if she can get social work certification for working with any health NGO, even working with such organization for couple of months will add positive value to profile...

Application to Private institutes are very dicey nowadays... Best thing you can do in meanwhile is - achieve some German level certification like B1 or B2 or C1...
Also start preparing for plan B - like any public Uni... Because in current case you just have to wait for now, so better use this time doing something productive...

Don't increase gap further. Invest time in gaining any relevant work ex or do additional course of certification, u can also use time to learn German. And if u are interested then proceed with masters studies.

You mean without agent? Yes, for German most student apply by themselves, you just need to research well, read requirement on embassy website, what few YT videos, and you can then easily apply by self...

Hi, Rajat. I have a doubt regarding the rescheduling option. On 29th June, I booked a VISA Appointment for the slot which was available on 26th September. Then, on 30th June, I rescheduled the appointment date to 15th September. As my University begins on 1st October, I need an appointment in last week of August. Will I be able to reschedule my appointment second time? (I can still see the reschedule option on the website, but no dates are available recently)
Reschedule features only works in first 48 hours post appointment booking nowadays, previously it was 4 days after appointment booking, even if you will see slot, it won't allow you to reschedule anymore... But give it a try atleast... They keep changing settings...

Hey! I’m facing the same issue as I got my appointment on second week of September, and I need to report by first week of October, please let me know how I could tackle this issue as the visa will take at least a month :)

No. Application is tied to your passport number, and for each passport, only 1 application in allowed.

@@geethika2782 Don't be worried, many other students are stuck in same situation, all are facing delays. The process is lengthy, and it will take some time. Waitlist can be of 20 days easily for Masters, then 1.5-2 months of gap time. Then 30-35 days of processing time.
Just convey the delay to your uni, so they will give you any extension letter if applicable...
@@Rajat_Sharma_Vlogs I mailed the college regarding this, they said a few of delay is fine and they can provide online classes but if it's going to take a long time, they're advising me to apply for next semester. I already have 2 year gap after my graduation due to covid and I don't want to waste one more semester because of this
@@geethika2782 Post appointment you cannot change semester, you will have to reapply. So see, plan based on when you are getting appointment, except 35-40 days of processing time for Master's Visa from date of appointment...
Hi, it's been more than 55 days that I'm waitlisted. I applied on 6th July and I'm still waitlisted for Masters. My classes start from Oct 1. I'm so confused I don't know what to do. I've mailed twice, called twice. Nothing works
That's very strange... Waitlist is max around 25-35 for Delhi, for Masters...
Did you select the correct category?
Can you still see the waitlist in your account?
You have to write complaint to VFS, and check your spam folder, sometimes their email land in spam/Junk folder...
I checked the spam as well and even the category is right but since a week I'm not able to login to the website, it says invalid input. I've mailed them too regarding this but I got no response. Should I apply again from another email id? Idk it's so bad
@@aarushikumar5755 If you create new account, then you will have to wait again from start... But if you are able to create new appointment with new account using the same passport no. that means your last appointment got canceled, else it will give you a message that same passport already used, which can mean your waitlist from original may not be canceled yet...
Wrong input mean your logic credentials can be wrong - you can reset them - the password reset email comes a bit usually delayed, and the link is only valid for limited time...
@@Rajat_Sharma_Vlogs you're right, I was not able to make another account as the passport was already used and I was able to login to my account, the status is still waitlisted and that hasn't changed since 55 days. Idk what to do and how to get the date

So i submitted my documentations for student visa for masters course on 8th of june. I have been admitted into a public university that is university of hohenheim and after the submission of documentations it's been 2 months now i haven't goy any update on my visa infact i got a call on 13th july from embassy the representative asked me to reach out to my university registrar so that the degree verification can be done easily so i did that and my university processed the verification as soon as they got mail from embassy and also while one the phone the representative asked me which course im going for and what university i told her that but after that there is no update i emailed them twice but no response it is very stressful. My faculty head from university of hohenheim also emailed the embassy to know the status but hey haven't replied her back. Is it normal for embassy to take this long to process student visa I'm really worried ?
Usuall processing time for public masters is 30-35 days... But processing time of 60-90 days is also seen in many cases, where some issues arise, like it appears in your case, there is some confusion somewhere...
Such things can delay process of 30 days to 60 or sometimes 90 days... But this doesn't mean Visa won't get approved...
Keep following up with embassy every 15 days...
Also ask again your uni to contact with Local Visa officer in Germany of the area, to make sure, he processes the file from his end, and keep checking your email and spam folders regularly...
Don't worry, it will take some extra time but will be all fine, as it's a public uni + masters program...

- Public master - 30 days
- Public bachelors - 45-60 days
- Private masters - 60-90+ days
- Private bachelors - 90+ days is common

Fast track employment visa for skill worker with pre-approval have Waitlist of around 10-12 days only, and processing time is also around 15-25 days mostly...

@@Manisood001 It's usually very quick, can vary a little by state to state... Can take 1-2 weeks, from the date all the docs have been submitted by employer to the foreign office...
These are all very rough numbers... I know few people who got their entire process finished in 20-25 days, while it took around 2-3 months for few others.... So lots of variables...
