- As we near the end of a summer of chaos, James prays the wi-fi holds up from a campervan in Fernhill Farm to tackle the most pressing of fan questions.
What is our favourite Metallica record? Are payment plans and risky business strategy? What's the story with noise curfews and would James rather cancel Trees or ATG if he had to?
We answer them all in our fifth Q&A session. - บันเทิง

Great episode (even if a bit long for the amount of time I have available!). I caught some of Amenra and some of Blood Command and loved both. Wish I'd seen both sets in full, and am now a fan of both.
I'm actually with Gav for St. Anger! It was my first Metallica album and I used to listen to it on my paper round on my anti-shock Phillips CD player! So it'll always have have the nostalgia factor for me too!
Any temptation to name the 2P1P hot sauce Impending Towel Movement?
That Sumac track is fucking brilliant though
To be honest, TPD are how I heard about Trees. They weren't there this year or next as they're trying to hit all the festivals they normally miss, but apparently plan to return in 2026
This was one of my favourite episodes however Gav has let the team down w the Metallica opinions. James 10/10 answer
@34:00 Sadly I think in the uk, in a city, its the travel back home/hotel that's the problem here. Late night travel is a crapshoot.
By the time I first heard St Anger I'd been into ridiculous grindcore for a little bit, so a pingy snare wasn't such a big deal for me as it seemed to be for everyone else, lol. Either way it's got some bangers but yeah as a whole it's not their best.
All Within My Hands is one of the best Metallica songs ever, the St Anger snobs are missing out 🤘
Tick tick tick 🦆
Sounds like TPD.
My experience of St. Anger is really similar - you're not alone Gav! I Bought it on CD when I was 12 and loved it. It was also my first real experience of Metallica. I agree, in hindsight, it's a bit shit... but, I'd rather hear some of those songs live than anything they've released since.
Does Damnation being indoors affect peoples stamina? Outdoor festivals, even in November would still be relatively light for at least half the day.
25:38 I think I cringed so hard my perineum turned into a fist.
