  • Hey guys! Today on the channel I'm showing you how to squeeze every last bit of sustenance and flavor out of your labor. I'm talking about meal prep of course! We're using the bits most people throw away to make sauce, soup and so much more! I'm also going to show you how to mix up your meal prep so you never have to eat the same meal twice!
    As always this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and Low FODMAP !!! It can also easily be made DAIRY FREE ;) I hope you guys like this recipe and I cant wait to hear from you in the comments!

      Hey girl! So glad I could help! I know the holidays can be tough - stress, traveling and lots of trigger foods… you know. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend watching my bone broth video - that’s definitely what I need after flare ups. It also has a section on my top 10 tips for dealing with a flare up.❤️ I started eating this way 5 years ago and it has completely changed my life! I hope it has as big an impact on your life.     Yummy, I actually had pulled pork last week 😋 pulled pork borritos all low fodmap and dairy free 😋 irish style 😄 love the video, will try this recipe too

      Hello! I actually don’t have a video for anything like that. I could probably do a couple videos on baked goods now that I have a good foundation laid for you guys. I’ll keep that in mind! In the meantime, you should check out Becky Excell’s channel - she does a lot of gluten free/low FODMAP baking.👍🏻

    I thought lentils are high in roadmaps?

      Hi Sarah, yes lentils are high in fodmaps, but a 2 tablespoon serving is low FODMAP. This diet is all about serving sizes. For more info I would recommend that you watch my Low FODMAP Diet Explained video.👍🏻 Best of luck on your digestive journey.
