Thanks for the video. I always wondered what that stone teepee was. Never would have guessed it was connected to that amazing hanging flume.
Excellent video!
Nicely done. I didn't go through that pin stripe area as I chose to make a route that went to Onion Creek and that proved to be awesome!
This is one of your best videos. Well done e ,
Thank you, much appreciated
agreed!!! great job with both parts 1 and 2 - the footage was fantastic and I love the historical perspective!!... you certainly put time into your editing. Much appreciated!!
very much so
So I heard there was a section toward the end of the trail that there was definitely pin striping risk. Did you avoid this section? Thanks for the video!
You can see it in the video. It's not too bad, we didn't pick up any new pinstripes and we didn't avoid any section.
@@TrailTraveler Excellent, thank you. I plan on doing this trail in the next couple of weeks and your video was very helpful.
That hanging flume is amazing, there’s so much to see out west, God willing my wife and I are moving to Arizona in a few years and then we will see what we can. Can’t wait.
Love the video. Heading to the Rimrocker next week. What drone are you using. Some great shots.
@@adventureswithmaud we use a DJI Mavic 3 and a DJI Avata 2
@@TrailTraveler I figured as much. You're making me want to upgrade 😂
we are heading to the rim rocker in middle of September and will definitely stop and see the flume that is amazing how they built that back when that was done. so much to see. since you live in the state of Colorado what do you feel will be the average temps for day and night across it in September around the 15th starting across. would it be advisable to take the diesel heaters
September can be extremely hard to predict. It could be in the 90's or it could be snowing. The best thing to do is just check the 10 day forecast for Nucla and plan from there, that should tell you if you need to pack heaters or not.
@@TrailTraveler ok that's good info I didn't know where to check for the weather along the route. thanks
