You're incredible. I'm from Canada and just started my "make everything that I can homemade" journey a few weeks ago to see how my overall health would improve. Cutting out preservatives and just sketchy ingredients in our everyday food. I'm having fun doing it, and knowing where my food came from is just a cool feeling. My family and I just bought a 50 acre farm for our businesses (non commercial, just horse and dog boarding) and I can't wait to get goats, chickens and setting aside about an acre for growing vegetables and a forest garden to help out the local wildlife. Getting that much closer to being self sufficient is exciting.

I've been making this cheese for 3 years now. I use my raw Jersey milk from my cow. BUT I make the curds and then put them into a pan and add the baking soda and butter and heat on low then add a little milk and salt and then pour into a bread loaf pan and put into the refrigerator then cut slices out and they are the perfect sizes for sandwiches. ❤

Hi Romita Ghosh I have used cow milk (Country Delight with 3.5 % Fat) but you can use any brand of milk.. if you don't have device, You can check with your fingers (touch method). Dip your little finger in the milk and you should feel hot but easy to bearable temperature, Also check my previously uploaded cheese videos in which i have not used device, link shared in description box.
