I think what a lot of people are missing is that if 7th anni lrs do eza their leader skills are most likely higher, so we can see the new units as a new possible rarity with higher leader skills
or they will just do ki+ 4 like lr goku and frieza and not increase anything else

I recently came up with a concept for a character for the 10th anniversary a little bit ago and why not ill share it here
LR INT [Time-Restrictive Super Warriors] Goku and Vegeta/Super Gogeta/Super Vegito
Leader Skill - "Fused Fighters" category allies Ki +3 and HP, ATK, and DEF +220%
Super Attack - Final Gambit Finisher - Greatly raises ATK and DEF and causes colossal damage
Ultra Super Attack - Spirit Bomb Kamehameha and Big Bang Final Flash - Greatly raises ATK and DEF and causes mega-colossal damage
Passive - The Strength to Win - Ki +6 and ATK and DEF +250% at the start of battle; launches an additional super attack; guards all attacks; ATK +200% and reduces damage recieved by 30% when performing a super attack; plus an additional DEF +200% and reduces damage recieved by 20% if its an Ultra Super Attack; high chance to evade enemies attack; gain an additional evasion chance +20% and ATK and DEF +300% for the rest of battle after this character performs the 3rd attack in battle
Dual Active Skill conditions - can be activated starting from the 4th turn from the start of battle
Dual Active Skill - Potara or Fusion - Has a choice to either fuse using the Metamoran dance and become AGL type or the Potara and become TEQ for 7 turns (once using one of the Fusions, you may fuse to the other fusion)

Super Attack - Big Bang Kamehameha - Massively raises DEF and causes mega-colossal damage

220% leads would change the game so much it’s crazy that it’s a consideration, beast under a 220% lead is unkillable

I really like the idea of revisiting the Planet Namek Saga, but you know DAMN WELL that if they wanted to really go all out, we'd get a base form Goku who will only transform into super saiyan as a revive if you get KO'd with Krillin on the team
SSJ Goku Namek vs Frieza into SSJ2 Kid Gohan vs Cell for 10th Anni would be cool. These fights consist of the most iconic moments not only in DB but in anime itself. They deserve it, Fusions are milked to death and overplayed already.

I’m like 99% certain on Super Vegito & Super Gogeta for part one but the biggest thing is I hope they go all out and give them unique animations.
I’d love if they had an active where they traded signature moves, Gogeta uses the Spirit Sword and Vegito uses the Stardust Breaker

i saw a tweet where the 10th anni gonna be representing the whole dragon ball like part 1: Super Vegito for DBZ & Super Gogeta for Movies then part 2: SSJ4 Gogeta for GT & Vegito Blue for DBS

I actually think they might introduce additional Ultra Super Attacks into the game for 10th anni
So uhh did everyone forget that gogeta was last year? Another gogeta from fusion reborn would be nice but wouldn’t that kinda be repetitive? Also a good mechanic would be where you can switch every turn to offensive or defensive mechanics like imagine a goku that goes mui or ui with ui dodging more and mui doing more damage or a ssj2 goku who can go ssj3 for more damage but takes damage every turn or has lower defense

Do think fusions are gonna be the main headliners for anniversary. If not that maybe first ever transformations like SSJ Goku and SSJ2 Gohan. But if it is fusions I kinda don’t want any transforming characters just want them to be standalones characters.
Don’t get me wrong the selectable and tag mechanics would be really cool to get but only “IF” whatever units with the mechanic they release has every category the characters would be in like how Legends does it. The only issue I can see with these mechanics is that for Dokkan it would be too much to make. For them it’s basically creating 3 characters in 1 when they can just release 3 characters.
I’m at the point where I don’t need a new mechanic every big celebration. I’d rather see quality of life updates and revamp of old mechanics that extend the life of Dokkan and can make it feel new and modern. Like new animation updates, new Dokkan mode mechanics, new collecting Ki sphere mechanic, HD Dokkan update, new co-op/friend/guild mode update, same name linking update, landscape mode update, actually new permanent or optional summon animations.

1:41 Personally if we're getting selectable forms, I don't think they'll need a whole new mechanic other than letting a unit have both an active and a standby. Take Fusions for example since it's probably going to be fusions, have 2 sets of Goku/Vegeta, one in SS one in SSB (or base instead of SSB since the AGL Blue duo exist). Using active would turn them into SS/SSB Vegito instantly, and have him be crazy defensive could give them counters and if they want to get real crazy, give them taunts. Or use standby to turn to SS/SSB Gogeta (with a standby phase of Pikkon for SS and Golden Frieza for SSB) who once fully transformed would be an offensive monster, could even give one of them a domain or something to boost damage even more. It's actually a bit crazy we haven't gotten a standby Gogeta yet since both SS and SSB gogeta have such obvious standby phases. just make their standby fill with attacks taken and it's perfect since Pikkon and Frieza were both getting absolutely demolished by Janemba and Broly respectfully.
I genuinely think an End of Z Goku with super scaling is possible for Dokkan. A glimpse into Super and beyond.
To me since it's the 10th anniversary there is no way they don't pay homage to the history of the game in some sort of way, and in particular the original summoning animation which was inspired by the budokai tenkaichi 1 intro where SSJ1/SSJ2 Goku fires a kamehameha against kid buu turning into a giant meteor.
And with LR kid buu being the only one missing from the LR survey (outside of the LR roshi krilin goku) i see this as a very strong sign of an LR kid buu being possible, and if they paired him with a SSJ2 goku that either tag with MV or fuse with MV to bring super vegito that would fit really well imo. + they could use the animations from the tenkaichi 1 intro as source for the characters SA too.
And for the second part i think daima in some way could be there for sure, the timing of the release of the last few episodes fit too well for them not to slide it in somehow

They need to do this different then any other anniversary. I’m talking 2 new main banner units PER BANNER. And then 2 lower tier banner units PER BANNER. Then they need to stack the banners with only OP GSSR’s. They need to make it where anyone and everyone who’s gonna participates walks away with one of the new units or something from a pre-existing banner that they didn’t have.

I think that if they were to use T.O.P, it would be in the form of Goku and Frieza plus 17. that would be a cool little unit
I feel like if they were to release a unit that we can choose transformations, one of the transformations would never be chosen. Nano said how there would be a defensive side and an offensive side, but that'd be really really hard to balance. Why would you ever use the offense side when the rest of the units on your team already do crazy damage? Unless the offense side is Lr EZA teq Broly active skill level then the defense is going to be more valuable. That'd suck because then you wouldn't see the offensive side nearly as much which means the animations would be a little wasted. If it does happen I really hope they make both sides equal in power.

like we could get units that are like the 3rd anni goku and vegeta, but instead the fusions go blue instead of regular ssj but goku and vegeta are in base this could also incorporate the tag mechanic at the start of the video, so that way whenever you would "fuse", whoever you were before the fusion gets the kit for the fusion. say for example we have a goku and vegeta that when under 50% hp fuses into vegito. If you want vegito to be defensive you can stick with the vegeta side and then when you fuse, you would gain vegetas defense. and if you swapped to goku and went under 50%, you would get gokus attack.
also transformations could introduce a dokkan-what if ssg vegito and gogeta for part 2. or a transforming frieza for part 2 with the transforming goku having a revival skill that when activated has him go ui and it makes it so that after a certain amount of turns he goes mui. while vegeta would just straight up revive into ssbe and wont need turns to transform. along with before the revival you can choose to power down back to base (idk why you would) and each transformation would have a custom animation behind it, with when you are ssb and you wanna go ssj, it shows you going from blue to base, then base to ssj

There are so many iterations of the fusions that we still don't have stand alone LRs for, so I'm hoping we finally get our long awaited SSj4 Gogeta LR and our Blue Gogeta LR for pt. 1 or 2.

For the switching units for offesive and defensive, maybe they could also do stances. Like different card art for an offensive / defensive stance with different animations.
I think leaving power creeps a bit aside would be really the best, because we already got into absurd numbers, maybe adding more versability and unique mechanics would be the best, and upcoming EZAs and SEZAs could change actuve cinditions and add new mechanics to old characters, would be cool

Truth had an idea years ago. It was a end of Z Goku and his super was a Kamehameha that was thru the ages.
I've had an idea since like... year 5? For a dual banner celebration that I feel just needs to be shared (so everyone can comment how stupid my idea is)
So here's the pitch
Banner 1 Goku
Banner 2 Vegeta
They will be complete units with their own kits, (maybe the transform, maybe they stay in one form, who knows) but they both share something, if paired up with their respective opposing banner unit (so this goku with this specific Vegeta and vice versa) you unlock a new ability for them that let's them fuse (they can do vegito or gogeta for part 1 then the other for part 2)
If they fuse then that fusion (I'm gonna say vegito henceforth) will take the spots of that gpku and vegeta, so he will show up twice in rotation with the (if you rotate one of his two attacks off then he will be on main then come back around on that third turn)

So before watching the video, and you can tell me if I'm correct, the thumbnail just screams. "Introducing: The Merge Mechanic! Decide if you want to fuse into Gogeta or Vegito, your preference is there so go out and decide with the all new Merge Mechanic in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle!"
OK, Guys. I'll make it quick. I have to versions of the perfect tenth anniversary in mind that I have to say out loud. The first version has predominantly fusions in it, most importantly a new standalone Super Vegito. I mean the last Super Vegito is from the WWDC of 2020. The tenth anniversary is the best time to drop this guy. Same goes for Super Gogeta. The good thing is you can combine them with any character because they're hype enough, so a Kid Buu or Jenemba won't be a problem.
The second version is the combination of the most iconic moments of the Dragon Ball Z. For Part 1 I would say a Super Saiyan Goku with a Full Power Frieza and for Part 2 a SSJ2 Gohan and a Super Perfect Cell fits the bill for the most iconic scenes in Dragon Ball Z. Just imagine the best looking intro animations of Goku and Gohan going in their Super Saiyan forms. The sad about this timeline is that there is no slot for a fusion.
But hey, Daima's finale is still on the table and maybe Dokkan gets the most hype thing in Daima first.
I think it's enough of gogetas, they've released too much and on the anniversary we will possibly have 2 characters that have the best animations in the entire game about Gogeta (SSJ 4 and Blue) add to that that in the top 3 of characters in the game is Super Gogeta and that he has the best animations (this may even be an indication that there will not be a new gogeta on the anniversary) and there is also the fact that Gogeta Blue from the last anniversary has held up well, as you can see, another gogeta is not needed, it is unnecessary, let the unit rest and better focus on other characters
I mean a unit that can tansform to both vegito or gogeta could be the coolest thing imo like a way to choose a transformation

My idea for a new mechanic is team up special attack. If 2 characters are in slot together, dual special will come up like piccolo and beast gohan. It will be Goku and Vegeta then if both characters are in a slot, they will do fusion special attack
The potentialy most "balanced" way I could see a "Choose Your Fusion" unit be made with Goku and Vegeta (with CURRENT mechanics) would be if it had both Active and Standby, with you getting Vegito with the Active and Gogeta through the Standby. And to make it "balanced" so that one Fusion isn't easier to get than the other, I would make it so that the Standby could be activated on Turn 1, but the Active can be activated earliest on Turn 3.
Since the Standby is "slow" and needs atleast 2 additional turns before it can be used again, it should be accessable earlier than the Active. Hence why the Active should be unlocked later than the Standby.
And it just feels thematically fitting for the Fusion Dance to be the "slower" mechanic, since they need time to do the dance itself. Meanwhile Potara is very quick, where you just put on the earrings and it's done, more fitting for the Active's instant effect.
Hmm.. I wonder if we can get some special akirabot in memory of Akira toriyama sometime during a celebration. If we could get a unit of any sort, I'd keep that in my inventory.. Anyway, love your ideas of the selectable transformations! That might be a nightmare for auto playing, but i love the idea. Id love a new ss4 gogeta though
The only GT units that dropped in 2024 was the F2P World Tournament STR 17 and F2P Battle Field LR Cell and Frieza, I will be at a loss for words if GT has ZERO representation this anniversary.

My 3 most wanted units are:
Movies - Super saiyan god goku (BOG) maybe with a revival of him screaming ''IT'S NOT OOOVER''
ToP - Goku, Frieza and 17 with a big defense mechanic referencing the shield before the fight against Jiren.
GT - SSJ3 kid goku into SSJ4 & Base Vegeta that has a active skill which is bulma with the blutz waves going SSJ4
I can’t wait for it to be 4 fusions and for people to complain but still summon for it
And happy for it because of their kit and animations

I feel like nano and then already know because these are the guys who played sparking before anyone else they know what's coming on Dokkan
Now we just wait and see how many of the guesses Nano got right.
I was thinking that there is so much to represent on this aniversary so what if we get a special one time only 10 new LRs? 2 new F2P LRs, the same format of 4 banners BUT instead of getting side banner units we get 2 new LRs per banner, that way we can do something like SSJ Vegito - SSJ Goku/SSJ Gogeta - Final Form Freeza, part 2 SSJ 4 Gogeta - New Daima thing/ SSB Vegito - New Daima thing.

What I would love to see: a what if vegito keept fuse and fought kid buu for part one. And a what if gogeta didn't finish janemba fast enough and we would receive a what if goku ssj3 and vegeta ssj2 had to solve it without fusion
ATP in dokkan I’m one of those they’re more hyped for the EZAs rather than new units.
I was thinking that it‘d be fun if they reworked all the Events and characters so that we won’t just have to look for the Types of characters but also some bosses that you’re gonna be effective against with ki blast or weapon, melee etc. supers so that we‘d have to pull for more characters to beat certain events. Of course that means we‘ll probably not run a Vegeta unit against a Boss that you‘d deal more damage to if you used a weapon type character like trunks

Hear me out, worldwide 2025:
part 1: standalone SSJ2 Gohan (his intro is the iconic transformation), imperfect cell (boutta explode) turn 1 active to explode and return as perfect cell
part 2: transforming ultimate gohan into beast paired with cell max, but the cell max would be renamed to include magenta or smt so he can link with the current LR cell max
Regarding the namek goku and frieza situation, i think its just because they are going to EZA the LRs from their specific WWDC, not that they will get a new one just yet.
I’m coping so hard but that Part 1 UI Goku & Moro and Part 2 Ultra Ego Vegeta & Granola would be so fire 🙏😭

The character would be ssj gohan who will be very defensive and stack attack and defence and then you can switch into ssjb goku or ssjb vegeta.
Now unlike beast where it was a one turn protection of all attacks i think this would be a four turn protection of all allies from super attacks ssjb vegeta would protect allies from ki based super attack like he saved krillin and ssjb goku will save allies from meele super attacks by instant transmission.
For super attacks that are not ki or meele there would be beerus and whis eating ice cream scene where whis creates a barrier to protect the character.
maybe im stretching with this but we havent had an android saga ssj2 gohan in like 6 years now? and that is one of the most hype transformations in the series so what if one of the headliners is that gohan
I would actually be hyped for a Generational Goku and Generational RIVAL unit: the Goku starts off as Kid goes to Saiyan Saga Goku - SSJ - Blue/SSJ4 - SSJ4/Blue and the Rival Unit starts off as Krillin - Tien - Piccolo - Vegeta that would be a nice history of Dragonball unit imo
I'm hoping for ssj vegito and kid buu, it would feel fresh while maintaining hype characters, however I know they never actually fight, so I don't know how they would justify that

7th anniv units are gonna get their EZA if we follow the trend.
This 10th anniv units could be units that can link well with them. (or at least the SSJ4 duo since 9th anniv already go into DBS broly movie)
Standalone SSJ4 gogeta was a nice prediction. Maybe paired with Syn shenron that can turn into omega shenron?
Or if we go into DBZ movie, it's nice to get SSJ gohan that can turn into SSJ2, from the Boujack movie. I think it's already time to give the TEQ SSJ2 gohan an EZA also.
In my opinion, I think Gogeta doesn't deserve it, they've already released too many and on the anniversary he'll have two very broken bodies, they should let the unit rest, all of its forms already have the best possible animations.

I could easily see new years being GT or Daima the. 10 anni being fusions and then a kioken Goku with revival into ssj with krillin dying in animation
the best one we could get is the combo of vegeto and gogeta in one card then ultra instinct and beat Gohan combo card. they would need to be busted like crazy tho.
You could also add them together to where after you pick potara or dance you could pick which form they would go into 3:32
You know what dokkan is missing? And this is part of the anime a lot.... a super attack fight.
Imagine a new mechanic, the enemy supers you, there could be a mechanic with new units that allow to counter with your own super attack. And to decide the winner we could collect orb or tap the screen fast like on console back innthe days or we could do like dokkan mode and must touch the screen following a random patern
That would be better as a whole different mode, and I think everyone can agree that dokkan needs different modes.
It might be a bit over the top but i would like to see a unit with 2 fusions in 1, like a Vegito and gogeta blue in 1 and maybe they could use the switch mechanic as well or have them start in base and have a selectable form. I am reaching for the moon but i think it would be cool
Im taking into consideration who the boosted characters are, what are they; super vegito and super gogeta, ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegeta, ssj gohan and perfect cell, and base form gogeta and base form vegito, they didnt just choose to boost those characters for no reason. I feel like each of them has something to do with part 1 and part 2 idk
I hope, but what else could they do for super gogeta? Maybe their intro could have the fusion dance? 🤔
They chose those characters because they are anniversary and WWDC characters. I doubt there's a pattern in the character choice unless they buff someone who isn't either

My prediction from a while ago was Super vegito and Kid buu with the other side being SSJ Gogeta and Janemba
In my opinion I do think that they will make fusion's for the money, but they need to add more diverse characters at a certain point.
