3:38 i feel like the buu duo spirit bomb is one of the best animations in the game that no one talks about. part of it is bc they aren't really relevant anymore outside of juicing through GGT but even when they were new i felt like no one gave this props, when in all honestly i think it became the new best animation in the game
Its kinda a mixed cases on some units For Example, PHY LR Evoken, Dokkan fixed some frames on Goku's kienzan and fixed the art inconsistency which makes the Dokkan one is better Or PHY TUR transforming God Goku with the active skill Dokkan couldn't capture the Naotoshi Shida cut which nakes the anime better (or should i say its from the movie) For other units i suppose it is a mixed opinion overall

I mean, they clearly do tracing, and the engine adds resampling to the frames so they look smoother. It will look sorta better, depending on your perspective.
@ interpolation and resampling are video-editing/engine rendering techniques that sort of add frames between keyframes to make the transition look smoother, in animation, it’s basically like morphing from one drawn sequence to another. Video games do a similar process for optimization and frame interpretation. It’s a bit too technical to explain in layman terms, but I hope that gives you the basic gist of it 🙌🏻

Definitely Dokkan, because it is basically using the same scenes from the anime it can afford to make color, expression and especially drawing corrections along with the animation. In my opinion Dokkan is better.
Still, I'm not going to put Dokkan on a pedestal because there are certain things that I feel shouldn't have been revived, for example when Goku was talking to Vegeta in their first battle.
