This means you'll find the login/registration options on your dashboard page. If a user is already logged in, the logout option will also appear on this page. You can find this setting by navigating to Directory Listings > Settings > Advanced > Miscellaneous. Here's a screenshot for reference: share.cleanshot.com/wJ6RRrh1 By enabling this option, all your previous data will be erased when you delete the plugin, allowing you to go through the setup wizard again upon reinstallation.
