Hi Nicole! Tudor Building Group is working on 28 homes right now. They have said that 8 will be available this summer, but they haven't confirmed a timeline just yet on the next 20. Also there will be a 227 unit apartment community "Solstice" that will begin leasing the first phase in Q4 of this year.
