Spring Hill, almost like Nolensville and Arrington, give you the bragging rights of being in Williamson county at a hefty price. However, when you drive on Murfreesboro roads and ride on Murfreesboro greenway you realise how much needs to be done in Spring Hill in order to deserve the high rating. I am glad they are fixing the issue of curbless narrow roads especially around the Nativity church. That makes me keep an eye on Spring Hill. The location is spot on, but the infrastructure is not yet there. What is in offing makes Spring Hill attractive. Williamson county schools are highly rated. It is true, the schools are good. However, my caveat is that ratings in American are sometimes as good as the IQ scores. Consider more factors than just school ratings.
