Such a charming home. I like the 3-4K square foot homes the best as they tend to give off the most warmth. Even has a great side yard. I know it's the model home, but they put it together so well. Thanks for the tour!
It’s a nice home; however, its layout follows its elongated shape, which in turn gives it a vibe more an apartment feel rather than the coziness and grandeur of a single-family home. Overall, considering the shape and layout of the house, it’s not bad, but with a nearly a million-dollar price tag for Spring Hill, I feel that it lacks in grandeur. There are some minor architectural details upstairs that kinda bug me, but considering that I would be on the first floor, I’ll let those go. On the positive side, this home is part of a grand development and comes with a nice pool, clubhouse, and other amenities. Conveniently located near I-65 and still in WillCo, it’s definitely a give-and-take situation for me. If June Lake offered special financing for new buyers, it could potentially tilt me toward considering it; without special financing, I don’t see reasoning to not consider Franklin new builds first.
