traffic on 65 either way in the mornings straight trash at least an hour to nashville if there is not a wreck. springhill is overdeveloped now and with the mismanagement of funds in the area things will be getting worse infrastructure mainly. when all the cali people coming here and buying up so many houses without even looking at the the cost of living has went up like crazy. why make a half truth video? 2 good things I can think of from living in the area for 6 years now is the school system and food. keeping it real here people franklin and brentwood are the same as this area now.........just because the music people can afford to waste time and money by living just north of spring hill does not mean everyone else can. good day and keep it real people!
It would be alright if the traffic wasn't absolutely horrible when you try to go north. I won't move back to SH unless they do something about the traffic.
Makes sense. The people that will have it made will be living and working right there at June Lake and never get into rush hour at all. They will literally be able to walk to everything. The groundwork and entitlements have been made, just has to be built out. Its also going to be real interesting what impact the new June Lake exit will have on the rest of the current traffic flow in the area. It will definitely move the needle, and reduce some of the jam, in our opinion. Thanks for weighing in and watching our videos.
Spring Hill has Main Street a narrow two lane rd and traffic is so bad it takes 30 minutes to get 3 blocks (no kidding) no room for turn lanes. I drive it daily. You'll also notice about 1/3 of the car tags are now out of state. There are 100s of 1000s of over priced condos being built on top of each other. Check the 1980 population vs 2024. It's a small town and there is no room to widen the narrow two lane rd without knocking down all the historic homes. Locals now avoid the area if possible because the traffic and dense population will cause a stroke. Fairview is your better option. As mentioned with traffic on I65 you aren't getting in or out of town in a timely fashion. It will be a trashy dump soon esp w/ the low paying industial factory jobs like GM ect. Test it first.
Thanks for the comments. Those are some of the reasons we think everything close to June lake will quickly become the most desirable part of Spring Hill. We talk about this in our June lake videos. The new exit on I65 will make that whole section so much more convenient than the rest of Spring Hill. Thanks for watching our videos
@@DWELLTIME my kids graduated there about 10 yrs ago thankfully we were able to move back out in the hills but still have to deal with the congestion and traffic working there. Not long ago it wasn't much more than a few beautiful historic plantations and a silo now you can see cheap expensive subdivions in the background of those historic homes instead of trees
