What is my first NTA has no scheduled day to appear in court but in a month after receiving it, I received notice of hearing in removal proceeding with date and time? I plan to leave the country on advance parol. If I do not get back in, can I contest the notice to appear?
Any government lawyer who never called out improper NTA has made work themselves no want to dip in the jar again... this is part of the problem why should they be given the privilege to get this right when they cause so much work for everyone. They can not play both sides. How many defective NTA he did not call out ?
No one illegal person should be exempt from deportation if these people are illegally here. Our Nations hav the right as all Nations have the right to remove any such person. It is not possible for everybody from every place to be permitted to come and remain. Times are changing, God Almighty and all the Angelic Host are on their way back onto the surface of this land. All mankind will not be permitted to come here anymore. Nor will man be permitted to go to another land for any reason. All lands must be cleansed, perfected, beautified as well as man himself. The God future for Planet Earth must go on for the advancement of the Planet and its inhabitants!
My wife and I are originally from Brazil. We came to US in 2005 through the border of Mexico. We were caught and released at the entry by Border patrols and were served with a NTA with no date and time. We’ve never received any other notice later on, and we never been inside Court ether. Now 14 years later, my wife and I have two USC kids. One of them has Autism and needs special assistance, special school, etc. I know that our case is very complex but is there any possibility for us to adjust our status here in United States and get a Green Card? Sir anymore updates abt recent progress in light of Pereira? The only one I see is a court document by ICE Newark,Nj requesting judge to deny motion to terminate because Pereira vs Sessions' purpose is for " stop time" only

What about being in status all time (F1, H1B and B2) in United States continuously for 10 years? Will that be able to get me a green card?

As long as their NTA did not list the date and time of the hearing, it can be challenged.

Yeah ICE and DHS will try whatever they can but the fact is : supreme

Why couldn't he ADVISE his Clients to seek or Migrate to North Korea or Venezuela , presumably most of his clients are latino's.
