🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 ADVENTURE PEOPLE!!! It's amazing how even in a thunderstorm the beach is always fun. It's good to see Cassie out there with you. She might have been scared, but she was brave enough to go out there with you. She is ALWAYS a good sport! Great video Robbo! Saludotes! 😉👍
@@CoastalGX film all your projects! I'll watch anything you put out lol. I'd also like to see more of the logistical stuff like airing up/down. Stops you make to get supplies/food. You are just enjoyable to watch.
We drove on South Padre Island a couple weeks ago and got stuck in the sand😂😳We dug ourselves out..It was a fun day still.parking right on the beach💜VIP parking spot💜🏖We love Padre Island so much🏝🏖🌊
Great video as always. Question, do you air down normally when driving to east cut? Or do you just head out and adjust depending on how the weather is and how soft the sand is?
Great question!! The entrance situation is a good indicative of how the rest of the trip might be. Yes, the weather is a big deal so that plays a role. Low tide and beautiful sunny weather is easy enough for 2wd and normal tire pressure along the beach. If you plan to stray from the hard packed sand into sugary areas, then consider adjusting accordingly. 😎
Hey brother. Just curious if you would know if its possible to get a replacement arm for arb awning? I have the 8ft one but one arm is bent so it won't twist to extend or retract.
I haven’t ordered a replacement personally but I do know replacement arms of various sizes are sold separately online. I saw this one on Summitt: www.summitracing.com/parts/arb-815227
@@CoastalGX Wow hadn't looked in a while ~covid time thanks. Got my eyes on a couple of GXs the t4r probably not going to make it another year fishing. What is the better gen to be looking at? The less bells and whistles the better, no suspension airbags or sun roofs etc. but X locker like I have on the t4r would be nice. Thanks again.
Hi there; pretty much anything that’s available to me. I try to take a cast net so I can catch whatever is plentiful out there. Take live shrimp, & fish bites. You can use the small fish caught with fishbites and cut it up to catch larger species.
Are u not worried about your Lexus in all that salt water? Love your channel, just cringe watching all that salt water going under your vehicle. Enjoyed the vid..
Waw Robert I when with mi wife for a trip to SPI for the weekend but I am glad I don’t own a 4X4 like you because I don’t know what my wife would it done to me driving on that weather, congratulations on your wife for be a wonderful wife following you on your adventure, Robert like always God Bless you and your family
I'm planning a trip to South Padre Island in the future and I'm worried about the cell phone service since I will be alone. I heard you mention in this video you did not have cell phone service. Can I ask what service provider you have? I have AT&t and I'm hoping that I will have service 😬
I have Sprint/T-Mobile and I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max. My buddy had AT&T and he didn’t have service either. Take a gmrs radio or maybe even consider looking into a gps texting device that you can activate during the month of use. Remember, if you camp along the beach and you encounter an emergency, there’s a high likelihood that a Good Samaritan will drive by and you can wave them down. Most people are very friendly and jump into action. That’s MOST, but definitely not all. 🙄😂
It’s easy; just go north on Padre Boulevard until the last entrance to the beach (beach access 6.) You will need to pay $14 to enter the beach access and then go north 27 miles along the beach. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Check out Google maps so you can get a better idea.
@@CoastalGX thx and I was looking and it says east cut is in portman's Field so it just a drive a long side the gulf coast but there is no way thru portman's Field right
Correct, I’m aware. We didn’t go up into the dunes and we keep it at a low speed. There will be many cars driving on the beach this Saturday as we head to the east cut to clean up the trash. This is the same trash that those turtles are unintentionally ingesting.
I used to work with you years ago in RGC. I found your channel a few weeks ago and I've been watching all your videos. Glad to see you are doing well keep up the good work.
Such a comical video and special effects. You had me rolling in laughter bro! It’s always those wife looks😂.
Lmao. One cool thing about watching low quality TH-camr content is the “relatable” factor. I’ve had many couples relate to this video 😂
Mother Jesus 🤣🤣 saludos guys

Its turtle nesting season. It can be dangerous for them if you drive on the beach. Just a heads up. While you can drive on beaches people shouldnt
