Seeing this, i must say the insides are all modules and it makes me think why make phones this hard to disasseble, remembering the google phone from what was it 7 or 8 years ago that did not go off the ground, it was a fully modular phone with horizontal modules one could swap out and if needed could be upgraded to need. I think given the time we live in, people just are not investing in phones anymore, it could be a very nice and efficient idea to have such a phone, with all the parts of a phone (like a PC) be fully modular and be purchased seperately...

Modular like you are thinking about takes up more materials and will be bigger and heavier, or you’ll have compromises like battery life etc.
