Woman In Love. Possibly the best anyone ever captured Barbra's voice - thank you Barry Gibb.
Excellent suggestion!! Great! "Somewhere" and "Evergreen" too, right? I'll bet NO ONE has heard of her song "Guava Jelly"😁 A little naughty...
Yes! Love her mixing it up with Barry! Oh and I love Evergreen! ❤
Nonsense. Barbra's voice had been captured brilliantly countless times before Woman in Love.
Also “guilty” with Barry gibb.
You don't bring me flowers anymore.
The best female voice ever. Her range and control is flawless.
She has 10 Grammys, 2 Oscar's, and 9 Gloden Globe awards.
Billboard awarded her the the top female🎉 contemporary vocalist of all time.
She has also been in at least 21 movies.
All that while having a severe stage fright which was so intense she avoided public performances for three decades.
@@Kizira I had given up hope that she'd ever step back onto the concert stage, but swore I'd be there if she did. She did and I was--that first night after 27 years. The newly-opened MGM Grand in Vegas actually levitated! 😊
Nicely said.
And directed. And has authored or been the subject of at least a dozen books. And is a scourge of the MAGA party
@@BrettTwinSavageShe's finally got that stage fright thing under her control.
I am 76. When I was 16, after my mother and brother had gone to bed, my father turned on the gas fireplace. He told me to relax on the couch and turned out all the lights. Having put a record on, just before going stairs, he said, “I want you to listen to this singer. I think she is going to be famous someday…”. Yup, you guessed it!
@mypetcrow...
WOW! What an awesome memory and what an awesome dad!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful memory with us.
I love how music can bring someone back to a certain time and place just by listening to it. We all have a song like that and sometimes it will bring a tear or two to my eyes just listening to it and someone would say and I quote "Why are you crying? This is a happy song"! Then I would explain to them why I was crying. Although this beautiful memory happened to you 60 years ago it probably felt like yesterday just for that one moment in time.🙂
Listen to Barbara's Evergreen
Now listen to her and Neil Diamond sing You Don't Bring Me Flowers Anymore. ❤❤❤❤❤
Oh! One of my favorites!
Mine too... @@asdband888
And her song with Barry Gibb!
Yes! It's so good. I just to go around my house singing that as a child over and over.
Here is the record version of "You Don't Bring Me Flowers"

There is only ONE Barbara Streisand. Her talent is immense.
And yet..you misspell her name
BAD , BAD ( BARBRA)
AMAZING ⚘️⚘️⚘️
This is a Broadway Show Tune, from the musical Cats. Barbra got her start in Broadway musicals, starring as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl when she was just 21. She then did the movie version, and her film career was launched. She has perfect pitch, and can sing anything, from show tunes, to rock, to pop, to disco, to classical. She's a singer, songwriter, actor, screenwriter, producer, director and EGOT winner.
I disagree with the "rock" part, but agree with the rest. I just wish she wasn't a Progressive idiot.
It helps that Cats is an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical based on the poetry of TS Elliot.
This album was her covers of broadway showstoppers.
Right! And such range with skill :). Amazing vocalist!!!
I absolutely loved her in funny girl.
I love her rendition of "People" which also gives me chills. She has had a multi-decade singing career before she started doing movies. Great to re-discover her iconic voice!
Barbra is one of the greatest singers ever. No one compares to her. But she is also an incredible actress.
Well, I'd say Celine Dion is, they even sang together.
Actually someone does, LaraFabian aka “The Ring” because of her crystal clear resonance. Lora and Barbara are nose and nose analytically. Dion is often mentioned, but she simply doesn’t have what these other two have.
Mireille says hi.
th-cam.com/video/2c3pqKrh1TA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=79pkcQMDIU7zjaL_
And she suffers with tinnitus-ringing in the ears- and still sounds like that!
Dude - Kate Bush.
The thing is: Barbra wanted to be an actress when she was young but her career at theatre did not go well. The director asked her if she could sing and she said okay. Out came the stuff you just heard... from that point it only took another year and she was world famous and only 21 yeras old. She is also an actor , director , etc. etc. probably the only person who won everything: Oscar, Grammy, Emmy, you name it..Probably one of the most gifted artists of all time-ans she had guts: refused to get her nose done or her name changed, she is a genius and a pioneer.
I saw her on TV talking about the nose. The doctor told her that if she got her nose fixed it could change the sound of her singing. That would have ended her career.
One of the best female vocalists to ever live. Listen to EVERGREEN
Yes, I think Evergreen is my favorite Barbra Streisand song. Even though it is also from a Broadway musical, it is much less opera sounding than Memory.
Yesss
I ❤️ ❤❤ Evergreen! ❤❤❤
She acted with Kris Kristofferson in the first modern take on A Star IS Born... go listen to THAT album!!!! Brilliant xx
She is a Diva. Elaine Paige is a Diva… who made this song famous in CATS…both are incredible and unforgettable.
Barbra is not only a singer, she's a fabulous actor. This song is from the musical "Cats". She also recorded pop music.
Yes n Yentl n Funny Girl ... ❤
Love, love, love "What's Up Doc?" from 1972. One of the best comedies ever (imo).
Best album was guilty which was written by the bee gees with Barry gib.
@@PatiAnn don't forget meet tge fockers which she was funny.
. . . AND . . . a movie director and producer
She is considered the BEST non-opera female vocalist ever - She was Babs before, there was a Whitney, Mariah, Celine or even Linda!! The director of the NY Metro Opera called her voice "the best vocal instrument ever"" high praise indeed - Her Oscar winning song ""EVERGREEN" from the movie 'Star Is Born" with Kris Kristofferson~~ will blow you away!!! This song is from the Broadway musical "CATS"
You've started down the rabbit hole that is Barbra Streisand. Can't wait for more!!
I would give a reaction to "Somewhere" released in 1986, it won Barbra a record 5th Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Female. It's also a broadway song from West Side Story. Her peers gave her a standing ovation when she was announced the winner of the award, at the 1987 ceremony. It's one of her best recorded performances.
One of my faves as well. Her voice gives me goosebumps.
Since you have learned about Kris Kristofferson, as he was part of the highwaymen… Barbra Streisand starred with Kris in the 1970s movie A Star is Born. Evergreen was the name of a song that made it big from that movie..
I had "Evergreen" performed at my wedding in 1979
@@dahuffy what a lovely song for your wedding!🥰
Millions believe that Barbra Streisand is simply the greatest female vocalist of the 20th century. You won't hear an argument from me against it. Her catalog is deep and includes a few songs that were written for her by Barry Gibb and his brothers (the Bee Gees). And some of her hits were, indeed, from major motion pictures. I do wish one of you reaction channel people would at least go back to 1963 and listen to her debut single -- the one that put her on everyone's radar. The song "People" from the Broadway Musical, "Funny Girl." It's one of the most beautiful songs ever written. And she was just a baby when she recorded it.
Barbra has countless awards including Oscar's, Emmys, Grammys, Golden Globes and many others. She is a singer, songwriter, composer, actor, director, producer and screenwriter. She is the 1st woman to write, produce, direct and act in a major film. I agree this song borders on Opera, but she has a huge catalog of hits.
Shes also the mother of gaylord focker😂
Its "the way we were " for me .Her voice is outstanding .
Barbara is a Legendary Powerhouse Icon! Some great duets are Barbara and Celine Dion...Tell Him
Barbara and Donna Summer.. Enough is Enough
Barbara and Barry Gibb.. Guilty and Woman in Love ❤
@carriemichelle322- Barbara and Kris Kristofferson..Evergreen (from A Star Is Born)
Not to forget Neil Diamond and You don't bring me flowers.
Enough is Enough is another of my favorites!!
Get her name right. Barbra.
No More Tears (Enough is Enough), will always be the original super diva duet. Can't beat it...
Barbra Streisand is one of the most multi-talented female artists of the past 100 years: acting, directing and of course singing in her fantastic and unique voice. If you ever will react to movies, too, you should watch her movies "A Star Is Born", "Funny Girl", "Yentl", "The Way We Were", "What's Up, Doc?", "The Main Event".
She is a fabulous singer on her own, but has collaborated with many big names, like The BeeGees and then especially oldest brother Barry Gibb. The album "Guilty" Barry (and his brothers, but mainly he) made for and with Barbra Streisand not only revitalized her album sales, but revitalized the record industry as a whole.
The album was a total sensation and sold so many copies world wide, so quickly after its release, it was like the records were handed out for free. Two huge showbizz names teaming up together was a big thing back in 1980. Initially the Gibbs were asked to "write a song" for Barbra. They wrote several and Barbra liked them so much that the idea for doing a whole album was born. The Gibb brothers wrote all the songs for that album. In fact, they wrote many more, so Barbra picked her favorite ones of the dozens of songs she was presented with. Barry sang 2 duets with Barbra on the album. The title song "Guilty" (album version th-cam.com/video/Phh9B1-4EYs/w-d-xo.html) and "What kind of fool?" (album version: th-cam.com/video/hfIR9NCcUKI/w-d-xo.html / live version: th-cam.com/video/3vi2RSWKfRQ/w-d-xo.html). But most of the songs on the album had Barry's backing vocals and that special BeeGees sound to them. On Woman in Love Barry only plays the acoustic guitar. Background vocals are by Denise Maynelli, Myrna Mathews and Marti McCal. You should listen to the entire album, it's a classic. And the whole music business, including all the big stars, were starstruck by this duo as you can see in this clip th-cam.com/video/pR1q_lPAzVg/w-d-xo.html. After this album, the BeeGees produced albums for Dionne Warwick, Kenny Rogers and Diana Ross among others, for whom they also wrote all the songs. Most of these albums became best sold albums of these artists, too. This was from the 1986 One Voice concert Barbra held in her backyard to raise awareness after the Tjernobyl disaster.
Memory was written by Andrew Lloyd Webber for the musical Cats 1981. Barbara was won the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony. I remember when her career started in 1960. She is one of those GOATS of GOATS.
It’s Barbra.
PEOPLE WHO NEED PEOPLE ARE THE LUCKIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ❤❤❤
Whilst there is no doubt Barbra is one of the best singers ever, hats must got off to Andrew Lloyd Webber (and lyrisist Tim Rice). This and many other famous show tunes adorn his repertoire. His songs allow artist like BS to shine such as Evita, Cats and Phantom of the Opera
She's got a son who can sing just as well as she does. There is a video out on YT where she introduces her son, saying that until recently (at the time) she had no clue he could sing, much less as good as her. She was glowing with such pride while he sang after the introduction.
Barbra Streisand "SOMEWHERE" (original video) is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. The song isn't long, so try to pause before the climax starts. Trust me. 😉
Goosebumps!!!!!
This is one of my favorites as well
Barbra Streisand is LEGENDARY on a galactic scale.
Barbra Streisand is also an Legendary Actress, She is a member of the EGOT club. She has an Emmy and a Oscar and a Grammy and a Tony.
Please react to Barry Gibb and Barbra Steisand singing Guilty or What Kind of Fool.
Yes, she is great! But, multiple grammars, Oscar's, grammars and Tony. She amazes me every time she sings. To me YENTYL was the penultimate proof of ALL HER TALENTS wrapped up in this movie!!
Barbra is a one in a million talent. The voice of a century.
@@nathantaylor1921 - I was thinking the same thing. YENTL, please Black Pegasus, go rent the movie!!
One should get to know Barbra from the movies "Funny Girl", "A Star is Born", etc., and appreciate her voice, her comedic flair and talented acting before diving into something as serious and dramatic as Yentyl. Plus very few of the songs from Yentyl were memorable. I'm not saying it wasn't a good movie but it shouldn't be your first exposure to Barbra Streisand 🤩
@boomeister2 Well??? Understand why you say that, but her vocals in that movie are unmatched. True, maybe see Funny Girl, For Petes Sake or What's Up Doc with their great comedic timing with multiple different actors! Them The Way We Were with Redford and Prince of Tides and whomever!?! Will fall in love with her. Then YENTLE!! A Peice of Sky..... Almost brings you to tears multiple times....But Understand-No Culture Shock for any newbies, lol
as a teenager, I admitted to listening and liking her music. I took the ribbing. All of her music is fantastic especially from the movies.
The song Memory for Cats is one of the most haunting songs I've ever heard. And she's one of the best singers I have ever heard. Now I'm going to watch the movie of the play, not the horrible one with people who can't sing!
She's also an incredible Director. "PRINCE OF TIDES"..
Barbra is bigger than life! My goodness she is probably the best singer ever! Play more please.
One of the most beautiful voices ever
Her vocal, range, power, control and her ability to communicate emotion is like a unicorn….so hard to find.
Her song "somewhere" is incredibly beautiful and moving. When I hear it, I can't help but cry.
Ben Stiller's mom in "Meet the FOCKERS" [edited from "Parents"]. She's sang every genre of music. Only artist to have #1 albums in six consecutive decades. Actress selling most tickets for 70s decade. A must see: her movie "What's Up Doc?" Imo, one of the funniest movies ever. (Binky! 🤣)
I have never understood how someone in the music industry is not aware of some of the greatest voices there has ever been.
Because he's young and most of his life he was only into rap. I think it's great that he's learning all of this new stuff.
(New to him). I would suggest some Bessie Smith but I don't think he could handle it. I am surprised she is even on TH-cam.
@@curtislong6806 young is not 40, that's half dead lol.
Unfortunately things are lost to time. The first time I realized younger people didn't know Barbra could sing I almost fainted. Lol. I thought Barbra and singing was a constant in the universe.
I also now realize what great music we had and how I took it for granted.
At your age, you may only know her as an actress as the guru mom from Meet the Fockers movies. But she is an EGOT, Broadway, film actress and film maker, and that amazing voice who has put out decades of music since the 1960s. She's an icon that few even approach.
Gotta feel sorry for young people…how little they know…
The greatest singer of my generation bar none
She is a legend!
Nobody compares to her.Great Actress,Amazing Singer.Director and genuine lady of harmony in this world
Cats is a Broadway show centering around alley cats. This song is the old cat (Grissella) who isn't what she used to be. It was based on a book of poetry by T.S. Eilot. I saw this on Broadway in 1986. Great songs.
Try Evergreen by Barbra. It was a huge hit in 1977-78ish. She's a phenomen. She does everything - Broadway, movies, huge concert venues. She produces, writes and directs. Hello Rabbit hole.
Singer, actress, director, producer, Broadway entertainer. She is simply the best,
Barbara S. sings, acts, directs movies. She's been around since the 60's. Listen to her sing "The Way We Were" she also acted in this movie with Robert Redford. She is very underrated in Hollywood. Memories was used and became very popular in the stage show "Cats".
Stunning, stunning voice! She has the best breath control. This song is the showstopper song from the musical Cats.
Barbra mesmerizes people when she sings. She is one of the best singers of the 20/21 century. Before Lady Gaga in a Star is Born there was Barbara. Enjoy❤️
In the movie The Star is Born was also done by Judy Garland
Barbra is her name.
@@barbarajeanritchie6753 and the Judy Garland version wasn’t even the original. That would be the 1937 film starring Janet Gaynor and Frederic March
@@imweakfordeaky I remember that but couldn't for the life of me remember who the stars were. But I do think that Barbra is a singer that outshines all
The purest most beautiful voice ever.
Barbra Streisand "Woman in love" (studio version). It's amazing!!!!
Goosebumps!!!
Wonderful song.
@@user-or1ye3iz6d Goosebumps I did get from Women In Love... the first time I heard it being played on radio FROM CD! Instead of those awful 7" vinyl eccentric pressings that were played to death back in 1980. Such a relief, from CD - finally all her long notes in perfect steady pitch 🙂
She is still alive last year she flew to Ukraine and gave Zelinski 200 million dollars ❤❤🎉🎉
I can’t believe I didn’t know this!!
@@zubee1You didn't know about it, because she went on Air Force One with Biden to give Zelensky the 200 Million. Perfect singer. The best.
Well she RAISED two mil for Ukraine thru a foundation. Her roots are Ukrainian Jewish- like Zelensky’s.
Her big hit was "The Way We Were."
I love that song. That with how the movie ended gets me every time.
Real, lump in your throat, tear jerker
Anything she sang was a big hit.

She has such a beautiful voice...
Movie....Funny Girl, is a must watch!!! It's punctuated with great music.
This song was performed AMAZINGLY on the Broadway Show CATS !
Specially when you follow the story line of the show.
It will give you CHILLS !
The voice of not only a generation, but many lifetimes. She's unworldly. Ethereal. Preternatural.
I was also thinking ethereal. And sublime. And exquisite. Even these words seem inadequate.
@@terri2494 Yes. She has a once in a lifetime voice, no doubt. I don't even know how many times I have heard her sing "Memory" and I cry every single time.
Lea Salonga could give Babs a run for ger money with respect to diction.

Barbra is perhaps one of the top 3 female vocalists of the 20 th century. This song is from the Broadway musical, "Cats". Originally sung by Betty Buckley on stage. Its about an old cat who is reflecting on her life before she dies.
Now you need to listen to Barbra sing " Somewhere"
Barbra is first a singer, then an actor, movie director and producer.
She starred in 2 movie remakes of Broadway shows, "Funny Girl "and "Hello Dolly". You may have seen her act in "Meet The Fockers". In the 70's she starred in the remake of " A Star Is Born" with Kris Kristofferson. She is equally fabulous as a comedic actor and a dramatic actor.
Check out these duets of Battles Streisand with:
* Celine Dion..........."Tell Him". ( the voices of 2 angels)
*Barry Gibb............."A Woman in Love"
*Neil Diamond........" You Don't Bring Me Flowers Anymore"
*Donna Summer....."No More Tears/Enough is Enough" ('extended
version)
Barbra's voice is a gift to all of us. She is now 80 and still singing and acting and directing.
You are right, her voice is magical.
More of her songs: "Evergreen" ( video w/ Kristofferson). "People" ( video from Funny Girl movie). "The Way We Were". (video from movie of the same name). " My Man" ( video from Funny Girl). "Don't Rain on My Parade" ( video from Funny Girl)
Her vocal control is amazing
oh yes !! Thank you !!! Anything she does is priceless and beautiful !! Her singing gives me chills ! I think I have already suggested this one too - Barbra Streisand - Somewhere (Official Video)
Barbara was best known for being on Broadway in musicals and movie musicals such as Funny Girl. And she could sing circles around many others.
Barbra is a singer and an actress. She's been in many, many movies. She's had a huge top 40 career and has done some great collaborations with people like Donna Summer, Barry Gibb (from Bee Gees), and others. Could she sing opera? Sure. But she's known for movie musicals and top 40 music.
Check out her and Donna Summer doing "Enough is Enough".
Another song which sends shivers down my spine. Barbra Streisand is the most amazing singer! And actor! The song is from the musical Cats, but she wasn't in Cats.
Barbra is the best female vocalist... You must hear "I Am A Woman in Love" immediately....lol.
I grew up hearing her music. My mother sang, but not professionally. She studied voice at the Cleveland Institute of Music, trained Semi-Classically. Barbra was one singer my mother really admired.
She is truly a legend...one listen, and you can certainly see why! She started in musical theatre and caught attention at a young age with her incredible range, control and beautiful tone. She started making guest appearances on TV in the early 1960's, still appearing on stage and in concert to packed audiences. She has recorded albums and collaborated with other well-known stars, been cast in many movies, and become a director/producer as well. She has Grammys, Tony's, and just about any award imaginable...and she suffers from severe stage fright. Anything Barbra does, is absolute gold and if you take time to go down that rabbit hole, you will be rewarded to discover some next-level, jaw-dropping performances. Please do it, she's just too good to miss and you'll be so glad you caught onto Streisand!
Aaaw she’s only one of the top handful of American entertainers of the 20th Century. Top 5
The Way We Were was also a great song she sang!
Barbra's voice is a musical instrument
Lady Gaga reminds me of Barbra Streisand, as far as their appearance. They both have a unique beauty, in my opinion. My favorite movie with Barbra Streisand is "Funny Girl". She is one of a kind...a national treasure!
Entranced is a good description. Barbara has a beautiful, strong voice. It helps that the song is theatrical. You might also enjoy Bette Midler.
Lol, she's amazing. Welcome to American Musical Comedy, the genre; and Barbara Streisand, an American musical icon. Barbara is... everything. Here she's singing "Memory" , which is the biggest song off of the "Cats" soundtrack, a musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber. IIRC, the song is basically about an aging star reminiscing about her brighter days and how they have all passed her by.
You're missing EVERYTHING! She is one of the greatest most iconic voices in the history of music. She is a singer and an actress. Everything she has done is perfection. This song is the main theme from the Broadway show Cats. It is very well known. If you can find the time you should listen to a whole album, even if it is her greatest hits. Also look into her movies. She is an icon. It will be worth it, I promise.
Barbra is an amazing singer and actress. I love her old movies.
I think the biggest shock of my life is to see a person over the age of 35 who doesnt know who Barbara is. You have missed out on so much.
Agree
Loved the musical CATS by Andrew Lloyd Webber. This sing is from the musical.
It’s been a long time since I heard Barbra Streisand ~ I’m crying lol her voice is absolutely beautiful❤
I loved your reaction. I was brought up listening to her music and now you'll have to go down the rabbit hole. You're right, it is magical.
Barbara Streisand has sung for a number of music scores.
One of her first big hits is "People", it's a must listen
People is such a haunting song, her range is phenomenal in that also.
This song is from the Broadway musical Cats & this song was about an old cat looking back on his life; his days in the sun, etc. It brings a tear to my eyes every time I hear it.
The most expensive concert I’ve ever been to but when Babs is performing, it’s worth it. I’ve loved her voice and her dramatic delivery since the first time I heard her. She started on Broadway and she’s never lost it.
And I believe she is a producer too- right you guys ??
Know exactly what you mean, £1000. For two tickets and worth every single penny!
Barbra Streisand/Theme From "Eyes Of Laura Mars" - Prisoner. 😮😊
Barbara has a beautiful duet with Celine Dion as well. It's called "Tell Him".
She's so famous that SNL did a running skit about her. Barbara is like buttah!!!! 😂
She made an impromptu visit to SNL while taping the skit Coffee with Linda Richman, played by Mike Meyers. Madonna & Roseanne Barr were on the couch with Mike. It was a surprise appearance. It is on YT
Barbra is one of a kind. Her voice is incredible, and as others have noted, she has performed many duets with different artists.
"Memory" is from the Broadway musical "Cats." You need to listen to more Barbra Streisand, one of the top singers of all time. She's also an actor, director, songwriter, producer. She's won just about every entertainment award you can name -- Oscar (one for her songwriting and one for her acting.), Grammy, Golden Globe. My favorite of her songs is her duet with Neil Diamond -- "You Don't Bring Me Flowers' and "Evergreen" from the soundtrack of one of her movies. She won an Oscar for writing that one. .
Have you heard Evergreen by Barbra?
Also, watch one of her lesser known movies “Nuts”. She’s just superb!
She was the most And the greatest singer In history For a female vocalist she was not opera
She has the most amazing voice. I bought her"A Star is Born" when i was a teenager. I loved the song, " Evergreen".
"Yentil" Movie and soundtrack, incredible.
She was a broadway star that went into movies. So many movies with music. "Funny girl" song "People" sing i love. So many, i use to lay on the floor, put on my Album with headphones and just listen to her beautiful voice.
Movie, "Whats New Pusseycat" in saw in the theater.
In her later tears. She was a parent in the "Meet the Focker " , movies.
You summed it up beautifully.
The way we were…. Best song she ever did
BP, regardless if you do a reaction or not, you should hear Betty Buckley do this song from the Broadway play CATS. She played Grizabella, an old cat who is on her last leg of life and this is her farewell song to the other cats.
Also Patti Lupon sung it in Broadway musical 'Cats'
This is from the Broadway show, Cats. But when she recorded "People" for her own movie Funny Girl, she did many, many takes. Only she could tell the difference of what she was aiming for. But then everybody could tell the difference between the first and the last take. Also, check out her duet with Celine Dionne "Tell Him" if you want to hear 2 absolutely glorious voices together.
She IS one of the best! Memory-great, Evergreen-the best, PIECE OF SKY???-OMG!! Please react, if you haven't man. Thanks man. You always seem,..real! Best word for it.
Another great song she did was People. She is one of the best singers male or female ever.
Barbra’s voice is straight 🔥🔥🔥 it’s a song from the musical “Cats” and it’s the final song before this character dies. She’s a star of stage, screen and live performances ❤
Barbra is a beautiful, talented singer. Plus, she's a wonderful, at times hilarious actress in movies like Meet the Fockers, Little Fockers, A Star is Born, Funny Girl, The Way We Were, so many more.
I hope to see more of Barbra Streisand ❤
You are correct. This is from the Broadway show CATS which played for many years. I can bring tears to your eyes. Barbara was Celine Dion when Celine was still a baby.
Babs was huge, simply HUGE back in the day. What a voice. There's a wonderful clip here on YT of Barbra and Judy Garland singing Happy Days Are Here Again together on the Judy Garland show back in 1963. I think you would really enjoy it. An old pro and and the up & comer sharing the spot light together. It was beautiful to see and hear. Thanks for sharing this one. 🙂
