Robyn, Each time you start a book (audio or hardcopy book), add it to your planner or calendar. Once finished, enter date completed. You get a historical record, and can track your path. Rinse and repeat.
I made a resolution many years ago. It was to never make a New Year's Resolution again" They used to be a resolve/fail/beat self up loop so I decided to stop punishing myself. I have kept that resolution every since!
Hmmm... Having an intention word sounds good. I'm finding I "buck" with demands, like what a resolution would do (thanks, neurodivergency! 😜). The intention word "Health" would be good for me right now--physical, emotional, psychological.
Yearly resolutions are just not realistic. Having a vision where you want to be in a year is one thing, listing things to do over a year is too far out. So much changes month by month! I do a short list of goals every month and i then get most done unless theres a reason i couldnt. Much more doable!
Jon's newest book, “All it Takes is a Goal” is great! I love the audiobook version and it's all about breaking down a goal into the first steps.
Sounds inspiring!
I LOVE starting goals early. I call it the “soft opening” 😂
Smart term!
At 65, I resolve to live in the now and be present in the moment.
Beautiful ❤️

I agree. Also you can make small changes throughout the year. No need to wait but of course that was addressed in the video. ❤

Sounds like a great word!
I write my to do list in a plain notebook then put it in my planner after the things are done🤣. Not everything but some
Interesting! I like this! 🌟
Most of the time I don't even remember what my resolution was. Hey, maybe I did meet them since I don't know what they were. 😂
😂😂❤
love it!

4 litres of water is too much and I wouldn’t listen to that person ever again
right?
