I've been watching BABYMETAL for a long time, and even though they've been criticized by haters, they've continued to walk the path they believe in, remain professional, and have finally come this far. I'm happy. They're the real deal.
I believe the criticists of this band are the so-called original metal fans, who only listen to 2 albumbs of Iron Maiden, Ozzy and maybe Metallica and say that everything else is a commercial shit 😂😂😂 Small pp old folks energy
I am a late "convert" as well. I did not much care for the music, but then -- as someone who has dabbled in dance as well as music, I watched a concert and that changed my mind. The painstaking choreography and how responsive their audience is (they PARTICIPATE and do some of the choreo with the ladies) is truly impressive! And the band is skilled AF!
Me too. Yes, they're great and are a lot of fun for anyone who can get involved. The rest can at least let off steam on them. Hopefully they won't have to scare any more little girls in the park.

If I look at their tour calendar for the last few weeks, they've been on stage almost every day. Respect.
theres no doubt this is freakin hard but they grew up and were trained as jpop idols initially. jpop idols are on another level when it comes to singing and dancing at the same time while being so stable, seriously wonder what kind of magic they use lmao
Don't forget that it's not just the girls and band playing that's great, but the group of talented composers and arrangers who have produced their varied and original music, which is the foundation of their awesomeness. One of the reasons for their popularity is that they have many good songs, including Metal arrangements!

However, recently I stumbled upon one of their performances on TH-cam, and I've completely fallen for them. The songs, the music, the energy, and the dance moves are all awesome! Su-Metal is incredibly beautiful and has this star quality on stage that makes her the band's icon, I think. 😊

Before the audio was fixed we had a chance to hear Su-Metal very clearly which proved two things- she really does sing even during the choreography and she is very consistent with her voice. With the audio now fixed the concert is worth listening to over and over again. 👍 ❤️🔥🤘
Su was technically impressive at age thirteen, it was clear that she had serious vocal training (I didn’t expect any less of the Japanese). Add about fifteen years of experience to that and you get the immense professional she’s become.
What part are you refering to? I'm 8 minutes so far in the video and heard nothing but pre-recorded stuff. The part that I just reached where aparently she is actually singing live, she sings good but out of tune. I'm not saying she is not an excelent artist, I just find interesting that people think their idols are gods that can't make mistakes and don't fake stuff. 😂

The drums are so weird, when he hits the crash you hear nothing. I also noticed this when seeing them at Graspop. Over there the backing track was immensely loud too.
I went to see Babymetal in Rome two days ago, they were incredible live, such amazing energy. The crowd was insane too. I hope I can see them live again soon
I'm jealous. I saw them (in Chicago, North America) and the crowd sucked. No one wanted to move. No mosh pits. Many people scrolling TikTok during the concert. I had a fun time and enjoyed the show, but the crowd was a disappointment.

Por otro lado, la cantidad de fans que incluso acudieron más por verlas a ellas que a Slipknot en sí. Y pues sí se rifan, la neta, ya añadí dos o tres canciones suyas en mis melikes de spotify.

It's a pleasure to have women on stage and especially when they are that talented , energetic, powerful... They spread so much positive energy, and they always hype and cheer me up . The girls put their whole heart into their shows and it's just incredible. They are so smiling and happy ! Best band ever to me ! They just need more time on stage xD ! 音が良くなって本当によかった。以前のはなかなか音質の悪さが気になって辛いものがあったが、素晴らしいパフォーマンスだったことがよくわかった。ipadの小さな画面で見ても鳥肌がたった。

La neta yo no las conocía hasta hace una semana que vinieron junto con Orbit Culture de teloneros para abrirle a Slipknot en sus 25 años en CDMX y me sorprendieron dos cosas: obviamente el concepto en sí y sus coreografías tan bien ejecutadas así como la voz de Suzuka. Por otro lado, la cantidad de fans que incluso acudieron más por verlas a ellas que a Slipknot en sí. Y pues sí se rifan, la neta, ya añadí dos o tres canciones suyas en mis melikes de spotify.

BABYMETALは今や世界的アーティストの仲間入りを果たしたと言ってもいいだろう。海外でこれだけ盛り上げれる日本人アーティストを私は知らない。見た目は可愛い少女達がけど、カッコよすぎる！！！超一流のアーティストだ。
まずこいつらはアーティストじゃないし。一体何を創造してるわけ？曲も歌詞も振り付けも他人が創造したものでしょ？画家は裏の人間であって、こいつらは絵具か筆みたいなもん😂本物のアーティストに対して失礼だぞ。
これだけのパフォーマンスを再現できる唯一のグループだよ
だから１ステージ25万＄で世界のフェスから呼ばれているんだよ
ダンスしながら爆音の中で歌えるなんて簡単にできる事じゃないぞ
10年間彼女達を追いかけているけど今までのフェスの中で一番すごかった
きっと彼女達もそう思っているはず現地の皆さんありがとう
人の多さ、乗浜良かったけど、音がねー楽器音、ボーカル音がショボすぎたね、ガッカリした、でもダンスとパフォーマンスでカバーした。スーちゃん達頑張ったと思う。

音は仕方ないですね…野外フェスでセッティングに数十分しかかけられない中、CD音源並みの完璧な音を求められると難しいところはありますが熱量は過去一でした。あとは現地でどう感じるか、ホールでのライヴしか体験してないので日本でも単独野外ライヴやって欲しいです。

SU-METALがほんの少しヒールがある靴、MOAMETALとMOMOMETALは底のフラットな靴履いてます。
一番背が高いMOMOMETALでも165cmくらいだったかな。おっしゃる通り手足が長いのでステージでは大きく見えますね。

それが10年以上続いてるのは世界的に見ても稀なんじゃないでしょうか
どんなバンドも10年続くと多少はマンネリになるものだけどBABYMETALはそれが全く無いというのが凄いです。

I was there , first row , and it was wonderful. It's a pleasure to have women on stage and especially when they are that talented , energetic, powerful... They spread so much positive energy, and they always hype and cheer me up . The girls put their whole heart into their shows and it's just incredible. They are so smiling and happy !
Best band ever to me ! They just need more time on stage xD ! They deserve so , and the audience was so excited.
Oh also , i 've seen a lot a bands and they interacted way more with the crowd than some ( famous ) bands ...
Ps : they are a metal band, metal is not only about trash metal , if you don't like it , please leave, music diversity is so beautiful! ✨you need everything to please everybody in the world.
