Proud of this dude for holding it together and telling that story with such composure. There's gotta be some ptsd attached to that, appreciate him telling it. Just a reminder to anyone out there--- after experiencing any kind of trauma, I've found that the scars to your mental health are the hardest to heal and require therapy the same way your body does. Its awful and that's how addiction starts in alot of cases which is even more sad. An accident like that could literally effect him his whole life and none of it is his doing. I hope he is able to mentally get past any trauma caused. I overdosed and was brought back and I'm thankful everyday for the paramedics, hearing this story makes me feel like a pos because I did that to myself this poor dude had everything taken from him

Yeah this just inspired me to be much more cautious and aware while driving. When he talked about the pain when they had to pull him out and not wanting them to move him...Ive had a bad injury like that where I was in extreme pain and had to get to the hospital but was really terrified to let anyone move me. It was rough and I don't want to go through that again.
I was once talking with a friend about life when I said to them "You never know dude, you could get hit by a bus just stepping outside of your house" when there was a loud bang as a bus failed to turn a corner and mounted the footpath.....just missing me. 😳
