    Today’s video is about ‘diet’, the secret of how I maintain my body shape!
    So many of you asked about it!
    I’ve been planning to record this video and now I’m posting it!
    Here’s my tip! When you have to lose weight for a short time!
    It’s absolutely better to lose weight in a healthy way.
    But this is a solution when you have a photo shoot or an important meeting and you’re fat.
    Don’t try so hard to follow it.
    Keep in mind it’s only for a week!
    Be on the diet for a week, rest for another week and then restart the diet!

    제 생각에는.. 샨토끼님은 고3때 잠깐 찌셨을 뿐 그전에는 정상체형이셨을거 같고 이 다이어트로 원래 체형에서 조금 더뺀 몸매가 되셨을거 같고 그래서 유지도 되시는거 같음 원래 비만이나 과체중이신 분은 이거 하시면 바로 요요 오시고 몸상하실거에요 유지 자체가 안될거임... 오히려 살 잘찌는 체질이 될 가능성이 높아요 급한 행사 있을때는 추천합니다
    -무리한 다이어트로 요요 오고 살 찌는

      그냥 요요는 먹어서 오는거에여 ㅎㅎ 분명 다이어트 하시고 바로 다시 먹으셨죠? 운동도 안하시구요? 게으른 자신의 사례를 일반화하지 마세요 ㅎㅎ
      오히려 비만 과체중 분들은 식이로 조절을 하시고 무게를 뺀 다음에 운동하시는게 좋아요. 무릎이 상하거든요.

      애초에 먹을거 잘 참을 수 있는 사람이면 과체중, 비만이 안됐겠죠
      쉽게 빼려고 며칠 굶다가 도저히 못 참겠어서 먹고 요요가 오게되고, 이게 결국엔 우리가 부르는 극단적 다이어트가 된거고요
      운동을 할 생각이었으면 무조건 굶는 다이어트, 자기 먹던 양을 갑자기 확 줄여서 유지를 못하는 다이어트를 굳이 안할거라 생각하는데요

      맞는말 하셨는데ㅋㅋ 통통정도였던 제 친구들도 여튼 살 빼고 요요가 안오는 이유는 통통했을때도 그다지 과식 폭식 자주 안햇던 친구들이었어요 그러니까 요요가 절대 없더라구요 근데 저는 식탐이 장난아니라서 이런식으로 급하게 빼봣자 요요와서 항상 더 쪘음ㅋㅋㅋ 식탐이 강한사람은 길게 해서 식탐습관을 잡아야 이기는것임

      저는 식습관을 아예 다 바꿨어요! 생활 습관도요
      먹고싶은 것은 일주일에 딱 한번만 먹었고,
      군것질, 음료수, 단 커피 다 끊고 곤약밥만 먹었어요
      운동은 하루에 한시간정도? 한듯
      그렇게 8키로정도 빼고 지금은 운동 안하고있는데 (반년 좀 넘은 기간에 서서히 뺐어용)
      다시 안찌더라구요 ㅎㅎ 식습관도 한번 바꿔두니 원래대로 잘 안돌아가구여
      그래서 내일 마라탕먹으러 갈고임...ㅇㅅㅇ 빠이팅~~!!!

    I did it in a week with one hour cardio exercises
    I also added green tea
    The best thing you could do is have a partner or you friend to exercise with you

      And please DON’T lose weight for people that’s called killing yourself
      I’m planning to do this diet again
      Plus before I found this video I tried so many different diets some work and some didn’t.
      You should try different kind of diets because not one body type is same

    Some changes to the diet that will give you more nutrients
    Breakfast:
    2 eggs + Bread + caffeine drink (coffee or tea)
    Snack:
    A fruit for vitamins + green tea
    Lunch:
    2 egg + Bread + cabbage and carrots for vitamin A (they are very low calories)
    Dinner
    Bread + 2 egg + more vegetables

    Day 1 results: 74.7 kg(6 eggs, 2 toasts, 1 kim, 1 cola zero, choco milk- few sips). Workout: Pamela Reif dance 30 min, also her stretching 30 min.
    Day 2 results: 74.1 kg(4 eggs, 2 toasts, 1 kim, 1 banana, 1 cola zero)
    Workout: Pamela Reif DW- 15 min, Madfit DW- 15 min, PR stretching 30 min.

    그냥 밥솥으로도 계란 9개 정도 넣으시고 계란의 3분의2정도 잠기게 물 넣으신 후에 취사 버튼 누르시면 훈제란이 됩니당ㅎㅎ

    I’ll start this diet tomorrow for just 2 days, before my vacation!!

    *Day 1:* 61.7
    I swiped diet coke for black coffee, for lunch I ate two toast and two eggs and also no dinner at all. Instead of 1hour cardio I cleaned and tidied the whole house all day long🥲
    *Day 2:* 60.8
    Again, swiped diet coke for black coffee and green tea. I ate two toasts and two eggs for breakfast and also lunch cause I had a lot of housework to do and needed that extra energy😅 Didn’t eat dinner.

    I am so happy, cause It works for me. I am already do it for 3 weeks. Sometimes I am cheating on lunch but not too much and I also change the zero coke with instant coffee (cause I cannot move without coffee) I am not eating after 6 pm. My starting weight is 62 and now I am 53, my height is 162.
    I am really thankful to you Shantokki. Cause although I am not completely following your instruction, your video still the one who made me trying this diet.
    I also have disease that makes me have to lose weight. And now because my weight become normal I become healthy again ~~ thank you very much

      Don't do this diet for such a long time. Your kidney will get sick from you eating so much proteins. It's okay short term but not 3 weeks!

    I started this diet since yesterday.. Will follow it for a week
    Initial weight: 74.35 kg
    Height: 171 cm
    Day 1 : 73.45 kg
    Day 2: 73.15 kg
    Day 3: 73.40 kg ( idk I cheated a bit😌)
    Day 4 : 73.05 kg
    Day 5: 72.80 kg ( I finally went below 73 after ages)
    Day 6: 72.35 kg
    Day 7: 72.15 kg
    So I lost 2.2 kg in a week...

      Eva Lind did you exercise a lot? I don’t understand how she lost all that weight super quickly but in the comment section people only lost 2-5kg

      I exercised but not more than usual; on average about 45 minutes a day. To be honest, I don't understand how she could lose this much weight either. Normally, it's overweight people who lose weight the fastest but she is already underweight and while my BMI is in the "normal" range, according to my logic, I should have lost weight faster than her. One thing I have to say, though, is that I only gained back 200g after I started eating normally again.

      Eva Lind I’ve tried to do like her and work out for 3hrs 😂 yeeeeep! That’s impossible! I only did 37mins... I was too tired 😴 I think that’s how she lost a lot of weight; she exercised for 3hrs a day... 😬

      God knows where she gets the energy from...I'd have a hard time exercising 3h on a normal day but when I've only eaten 6 eggs and a bit of bread? No chance!

      No dice, pero yo voy 1 hora nadar
      Si eres nueva en el ejercicio sal a correr, camina por 10min para calentar, luego has 20 sentadillas, después trota por 15min, vuelve a hacer 20 sentadillas, corre por 10min, 20 sentadillas y luego trota por 8min, luego solo has 10 sentadillas y camina mínimo por 10min al terminar
      Suena mucho, pero a mi me ayudó bastante, es un poco duro al principio, pero si ayuda bastante^^

    소금 찍어드실때 소금에 참기름 한방울 떨어뜨려서 찍어드세요!!!! 갑자기 맛있어집니다...ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그렇다고 참기름 마구마구 두르시진 마시구요...ㅎㅎ 어차피 참기름의 지방은 불포화지방산이라 너무 걱정하지 않으셔도 되어요... 우리 모두 힘내용 아자아자🙌

    Did this for 7 Days and here are my results! Weighed in every morning! I clocked in 2 hours of workout daily and had a few cheat snacks on some days.
    Day 1: 65.3kg
    Day 2: 64.1kg
    Day 3: 62.8kg
    Day 4: 62.3kg
    Day 5: 61.6kg
    Day 6: 61.2kg
    Day 7: 61.1kg
    Day 8: 60.9kg
    Lost a total of 4.4kg in 7 days!💕

    Hope this diet gonna work for me , will try this starting tomorrow, wish me luck
    Height : 149 cm
    Weight : 51.9 kg
    Day 1: 50.80 (-1.1 kg)Lost a lot weight i think just water weight. I already miss sweet food. Still oky so far don't feel tired or anything. I only do 30 minutes cardio exercises cause i crazily lazy other than that only rolling in bed.
    Day 2: 50.15(-0.65) You know i don't really feel like really hungry but the difficulty is the craving. Also im getting sick eating boiled egg so i make scrambled eggs and add seasoning. I also eat a little bit of cucumber 😶. For exercise just done it for 30 minutes or less maybe
    Day 3: 50.15 I don't lose any weight. Cause i eat some fruit but maybe i underestimate the calories and i also don't do any exercise.
    I decided just to do the diet for 5 day
    Final weight :49.85 kg
    Total lost 2.05 kg
    Note: I cheat a lot during this diet and barely do exercise. This diet sure work for shot term.

    snack: i was so hungry and running out of grapes so i ate some pieces of gouda cheese
    exercise: 1 hour HIIT

      To be honest it is going great until now. I am definitely not feeling as hungry as i thought i would. Also I think the only problem you will face is getting really bored of the same food. What i am doing is adding an apple to my lunch and then eat only 1 egg for dinner but i believe you can put the apple in which ever meal you like. Also i have been drinking a lot of water and working out 45 mins.

    오늘 약속 때문에 후기가 늦었네요😅 결론부터 말씀드리자면 (일주일짜리 단기 다이어트였지만) 저는 5일동안 진행해서 총 1.5kg 빠졌습니다! 아마 일주일동안 쭉 진행했으면 2kg 감량까지 할 수 있었을 거 같아요 ㅎㅎ 아무래도 저는 쭉 다이어트를 해오고 있었고, 다이어트 정체기에서 시작한 샨토끼 다이어트였기에 좀 더디게 빠진 경향이 보이긴 하지만 결과는 매우 만족합니당😄 다이어트를 이제 막 시작하시는 분이거나 급찐급빠 하실 분들이라면 더 잘 빠질 거 같아요! 전 일단 정체기를 뿌셨다는 점이랑 그덕에 인생 최저 몸무게를 찍어봤으니 너무 행복했습니당 >_< 근데 확실히 식단만 가지고 진행하는 것보다 하루에 최소 30분이라도 운동 같이 병행하는 게 더 잘 빠지는 거 같아요! 빡센 운동도 좋겠지만 전 걷기 운동이 이 다이어트랑 제일 잘 어울리는 듯 해요 가벼운 홈트도 좋구요! 식단 자체가 좀 극단적인 면이 없지 않아 있어서 운동까지 빡세게 진행하시면 몸에 금방 무리가 오실 거 같아요ㅜㅜ 그래서 전 가벼운 운동으로 적당히 오래 하시는 걸 추천드립니당 그리고 식단! 저는 원래 삶은계란 완숙 반숙 상관없이 다 좋아하고 식빵도 매우 좋아하기 때문에 하루하루 맛있게 먹었는데 아무래도 먹는 양이 확실히 적기 때문에 3~4일차만 되어도 머리가 약간 핑 돌더라구요😢😢 그래서 초반엔 운동도 열심히 해줬지만 갈수록 운동할 힘도 없어진 ㅠㅠ 그래서 샨토끼 다이어트를 지속적으로 하고 싶으시다면 일주일에 하루는 일반식 먹어주셔야 건강에 좋을 거 같아요! 아 그리구 저는 식단 그대로 먹으면 금방 질릴 거 같아서 매일매일 새롭게 먹었어요! 삶은계란을 예로 들면 하루는 반숙, 하루는 완숙, 하루는 훈제란 이렇게요! 식빵도 그냥 먹기보다 삶은계란을 으깨서 싸먹으면 그나마 먹을만하더라구요 ㅎㅅㅎ 마지막으로 제가 해본 다이어트 중에 갠적으로 제일 힘든 다이어트였지만 저는 언제든 다시 해볼만한 다이어트인 것 같아요! 만약 이 다이어트를 다시 해볼 날이 오게 된다면 (물론 안 오면 좋겠지만..^^) 그 때 또 여기로 와서 더 좋은 후기 남기겠습니다! 앞으로 계획은 현재 몸무게를 잘 유지하면서 온전히 제 몸무게로 만든 다음에 또 천천히 뺄 생각입니당 :) 아직 목표 몸무게까진 좀 남았지만 맨처음 몸무게에서 대략 10kg 이상이 빠진 상태기 때문에 쉬어가는 타임으로 생각하려구요 ㅎㅎ! 그럼 여기까지 매우 길지만 허접한 후기글 봐주셔서 너무 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ❤ 그리고 좋은 다이어트 방법 공유해주신 샨토끼님에게도 감사드립니다❤❤ 우리 모두 꼭 다이어트 성공해서 갓생살아요♡

      Girl you can do it, I lost 17 kg, I just add to motive myself and move my ass(I only did sport in my room,so you don't really need to go to the gym to lose weight.) I am currently weighting 62kg for 169 cm

      Nobody answeing about the diet. I did it, i made it lower to 300-400kalc and i trained a lot. I lost 6 kg. Now im in a vacation, but when i get home, im going to check on it.
      It wasnt that hard, after the second day i didnt want to eat and etc. I think the hardest part starting now. I have to hold it, and lose more weight.

    My weight this morning was 45.1kgs. I started this diet today and will update my progress here 😊
    Day 1 brekky: 1slice of bread, 2 eggs, green tea
    Lunch: 1 slice of bread, 2 eggs, 1 banana, green tea
    Dinner: 2 eggs, green tea, glutalipo juice(it helps me to poop) I’m constipated always. I don’t drink sodas so I just had green tea. I also worked out ( walking and yoga)
    Day 2 weight: 44.2kgs
    Brekky: 1slice of bread, 1egg, green tea
    (did yoga)
    Snack: coconut juice
    Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 1 1/2 slice of
    bread, coke zero (tried soda and it
    made me burp a loooooot)
    Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, gluta lipo milk tea
    (Walked for 30min)
    Day 3 weight: 43.8kgs
    Brekky: skipped it as I felt I cheated a lot
    yesterday
    Lunch: 1 slice of bread, 2 eggs, green tea
    Snack: apple, banana, green tea
    Dinner: skipped it again
    Did yoga and walking
    Got hungry at night so I ate half slice of
    bread and apple
    Day 4 weight: 43.8kgs (felt guilty coz I didn’t follow the diet properly) walked 4900 steps
    Brekky: 2 eggs, 1slice of bread, green tea
    Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread, green
    tea, apple
    (15mins dance, yoga)
    Day 5 weight: 43.8kgs
    I decided to stop now as I’m really craving for sinful food already 😔 and we’ll celebrate my mom’s bday tomorrow. After that, I’ll resume to this diet again. It’s a wonderful experience. I’ve seen changes on my body. Althought not drastic, I’m glad that this diet works for me.
    Final weight and measurements
    45.1kgs - 43.8kgs
    Waist 61cm - 60cm
    Hips 84- 80cm

      MARIA CARMELA ROBERTO Hi!! You can replace eggs with Tuna or any protein and replace the bread with whole grain/wholemeal ! I tried other diet like Intermittent Fasting but I ended up overeating:( I didn’t totally stay on the diet cuz I have family dinner sometimes which I ate fried rice but it is a must to workout! I just spend 30 min at the excercise corner near my house and walk around my neighbourhood!But u will get tired of the food sooner or later so only one week of diet :)

      julia nakatani It's been 4 days but I've slipped from the diet yesterday because I got my period and my sugar cravings were humongous. But during those 4 days my mom told me I lost a lot of my stomach fat. So yes, this diet obviously works if you're trying to lose a lot of weight because you're basically living off of eggs and exercise. Be careful before you start this diet and look out for you cholesterol level, because eggs in this size and portion contain a lot of cholesterol.
      I'm starting the diet again today, I'll update next Wednesday, and hopefully I won't cheat this time lol.
      Also for the diet itself, I rarely drank diet coke and I had black/dark bread only, so that's probably why I started losing weight only 2 days later.

      julia nakatani Whole wheat sunflower seed bread is what I had for breakfast, so basically the healthier the bread the more you can eat something on the side? If that makes sense? Because plain white bread has a lot of calories, I guess? She said you can eat grapes if you crave something else or if you're having a sweet thooth, but grapes are not yet arrived in my country, so I ate bananas and apples. As long as you don't eat a lot of sugar and carbs (but don't cut them off completely!) and if you're exercising, you'll lose weight super fast.

    Currently doing this diet, though I did some modifications. For those who are interested, here’s what I did.
    Breakfast at 10am: Green tea
    Lunch at 12pm: 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 cup of spinach, 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce (for my eggs)
    Snack at 3pm: 1 cup of Apple/blueberries/Kiwi
    Dinner at 6pm: 1 serving of Low fat yogurt/milk
    If I’m feeling hungry around 7/8pm, I eat a packet of seaweed (4g).
    Currently on my 3rd day and I lost 2kg. I’m 161cm and 52kg when I started. Did absolutely NO exercise, I’m a couch potato btw. 😄

      Zehra Saydıran Nope. There is a famous Korean fighter 'Kim donghyun'. He said NO fruits when you lose weight in a week. This method is only for 1 week. Why dont you just follow what she suggests? good luck!

      Zehra Saydıran His advice is for ordinary people not for fighters. If you wanna eat fruits then eat. The youtuber also said it is not a healthy way so we shouldn't keep doing her way over a week. It has been 3 days and I already lost 1.5kg. I added vegitables not fruits.

    I’ll do this for a week. My everyday menu: Breakfast (2 eggs, 1 slice of bread, green tea) + Lunch (2 eggs, 1 slice of bread, black coffee) + Dinner (2 eggs). I drank lots of water everyday and did my usual workout routine (Around 30 min and light workout).
    Height: 158 cm
    Starting weight: 64 kg
    Final weight: 62 kg
    I stop loosing by day 4 which was pretty disappointing.

      imawhale I once made the bad choice of going on a restrictive diet like that. I went from 55kg to 45kg in one week but the yoyo effect hit me HARD and I gained it all back +10kg. 3 years later and I've still not managed to get rid of those extra kilos. I still weigh 65 kg.. 😅

    as someone who has come from a background of eating disorders, I'm extremely saddened that I haven't seen any comments saying that THIS NOT THE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT. seriously I don't care if it's for a week or a day. 2 slices of bread in a day will not give you enough carbs to do an hours cardio. the coke zero and tea contain caffeine, which on this diet is the ONLY way you'll have any energy. half the weight you will lose will be water weight. that's right, not fat. water. that's what goes first when you starve yourself. not to mention the fact that as soon as you go back to eating normally you will put the weight straight back on and possibly even gain more because your body went into starvation mode. I guarantee you will feel sluggish and ill the entire time. for the love of god guys just eat your vegatables and lift weights. seriously you'll look toned and healthy instead of emaceated and you'll actually have the energy to keep up with the exercise.

      fran hopper Everything you said about the human body going into starvation mode and hanging on to every last calorie is unfortunately a sad truth and major setback for many people losing weight. The woman in the video appears to have made this diet permanent in her lifestyle, but if you don't do that and only implement this diet temporarily, then you are bound to have even more trouble losing weight. Vegetables, water (not coke zero) and plenty of exercise are truly the only ways to achieve a possible goal of a skinny look and be healthy at the same time.

    Alright I’m gonna start.
    Start date: 11/17/20
    (It’s only the 12th of November right now. I haven’t weighed myself in a while due to me feeling insecure and depressed everytime I see my weight. I remember being 120 lbs (54kg) in the June-July, and now I'm 134 pounds(59kg) and I want to get to 100 lbs (45kg).
    I’ll keep my journey below:
    november 15th: i ate way less and went from 136 lbs down to 130 lbs (61kg-58kg)
    november 30th: i had to take a break for a while because of school but i still tried to keep my eating in good shape i went from 130 lbs to 125 lbs (58kg-56kg)
    december 13th: i havent been up to date with the exercises and diet, so i went back up to 58kg. my birthday was recently, on december 9th and i went out to eat. i did eat large portions and the day after i went out to eat again, still eating large portions. im gonna try a detox this week to lose some of the weight.
    update: alright so it’s the 16th of december and i’m gonna try to get back into it. (i also added green tea to my diet.) i’ve lose 2kgs in one day. i was 58kg and i’m now leaning towards 56kg
    march 24th: it’s been a while and i’ve came back to this comment, in january i was 52kg and this diet worked. i did gain the weight back and i’m 57kg again, but only because i wasn’t consistent and i stopped exercising.

    저녁식단:계란2개 제로콜라1캔
    운동은하루에1시간정도
    단것이좋을때:초콜릿향이나는차
    씹으면서단것이좋을때:청포도
    짠것이좋을때:김 하나정도(한장아님)
    주의사항:일주일씩 해야함 한주를 이식단으로 먹으면 다음주는 그냥 적당량 이런식으로!계란 노른자,소금ok!식빵은 구워먹으면 맛있다..헤..
    청포도는 주먹만큼만!운동을 많이하는것은 비추천!
    저는 이정도로 정리해봤습니다!

      @@eumfa 아뇨아뇨 ㅎㅎ 저 식단으로 한달 반 하다 접고 제대로 닭가슴살이랑 샐러드로 60까지 한 2-3개월 걸린 것 같아요 그 뒤로 좀 쉬다 이번에 54까지 간거구요 ㅎㅎ 운동은 순수 운동시간만 잡아 유산소 2시간 이렇게 했습니다. 빠른걸음 1시간, 사이클 30분, 달리기 30분

    for those confused:
    for 1 week, eat 2 boiled eggs and a slice of bread for breakfast and lunch, and then eat just the two eggs for dinner.
    optional items: coke zero, white grapes, dried seaweed, and mate chocolate tea
    she recommends exercising every day during this diet. she does 2-3 hours of exercise, but she says to at least do just 1 hour of cardio

    A little tip:
    If you freeze the grapes, it satisfies your sweet cravings quicker because it tastes like you're eating a bite sized grape popsicle. Whenever I freeze the grapes, I can get away with only eating 5-6 in order to satisfy my sweet tooth.

    keep in mind that i didnt eat 6 eggs sometimes, sometimes i ate 2 slices of bread and 1 egg, or barely ate anything. PLEASE stay safe

    Tips that helped -me- a lot!
    (66kg tot 61kg) in 7 days ^^
    (1) *Go out for a hour long morning walk on a empty stomach*
    -You can burn around 300 calories depending on your pace. It’s important to do that on empty stomach as you will be burning off pure fat. Don’t forget to stretch :p
    (2) *Take your vitamins*
    -This one is self explanatory. You are depriving yourself of important nutrients, so take them! (I took vitamin c, d and iron)
    (3) *Sweet tooth? But don’t like diet coke?*
    - Try other fizzy drinks or juices with 0 calories. My favorite is fanta light. Put in a popsicle mold and freeze it! Enjoy your ice lolly!
    (4) *Work out between an hour after lunch*
    (5) * Do some stretch excercise two hours after dinner*
    BEST OF LUCK. REMEMBER YOU ALREADY ARE BEAUTIFUL THE WAY YOY ARE. YOU GOT THIS ❤️
