Just did same mount couple days ago. Instead of wireless charging I went with proclip mount.
Yeah I see a lot of people doing that one! I like the convenience of having the phone charging too haha

I installed Wireless Apple CarPlay! I got a Video of it on my TH-cam Channel check it out!
what size were the bolts that you bought?
Not entirely sure! I got them at my job but you can take the phone Mount to your local ACE hardware or wherever they sell bolts and just find one thin enough to fit through the hole! And short where you don’t have too much exposed
