I really fail to understand the wireless charging hype. It charges slower than cable, you can't move your phone, and the charger is still plugged in to the wall......make it make sense
As a replacement for regular charging? Yeah, wireless charging can't hold a candle to it, but what it _can_ do, when used in conjunction with magsafe stuff is to act as a two-in-one phone mount and charger. If you want to listen to music or audio while needing to charge your phone, you can also make use of wireless charging, since phone manufacturers won't give us our headphone jack back. I also got myself a magsafe battery pack as slim as my phone with a case, so when I need to charge my phone on the go, I just stick the battery on the back of my phone, also allowing me to continue listening to audio. Wireless charging won't ever replace regular charging, but the small amount of uses it has still makes it worth it.
I like it for charging at the bedside table, It's better for battery health being charged slower, and because I'll be asleep while it charges, the speed doesn't matter.
As a friend learned the hard way, the charging ports of phones aren't covered under warranty. So using wireless charging lessens the chance of damaging the port.
My galaxy watch drowned when I was swimming in a 1.2m pool. Refused warranty due to water damage. Water damage on a watch with swim tracking and rated for 50atm. It's a scam
For someone who fumbles a lot, Otter box case is like a tank & wireless charge still works. A bit expensive side for a case. My phone flew off the roof of my car at 40 mph. Phone was ok, No cracks.
Wow wish I saw this earlier to save me time. I literally have the torras case, wallet, ESR charger, and a few others I tried as well. But those are the best products hands down. Also classic watches are the best hands down. Look like a watch, the dial is much easier to use features, and titanium watch bands exist as well for the most durable and finished look. Also the bezel saves the glass... Like a normal watch. I will never understand flat glass watches unless you live the most sedentary life.
hi, do you really recommend any of that 3 in 1 chargers, it scares me cause i had one but a cheap one maybe thats the problem, and charging my watch 4 it overheated a looot, so i dont want it to stop working just for charging it in one of these

The 3in1 stands aren't compatible with magsafe compatible cases though? My search continues for a magsafe bedside stand that will work with a case that has a built in finger/stand ring like the Torras one you have here.

Thanks for the gadget recommendations. I have many of the devices from your s22 video and have sterted using dex. The issue I have is that when I plug in a micro Sim card to the phone with my pictures from my camera, the phone automatically formats the card. Erasing all of my pictures and videos. What am I doing wrong?
@TechisodeTV Question. Does the magsafe ring alignment on the Hybrid case in the video is good enough or you find that printed ring on the case could be more centered for better wireless charging? I've been trying to come up with a good reason to buy a wireless charger, not trying to be disrespectful to anyone, but can someone tell me why one would choose a wireless charger because I absolutely see no reason for it. PS, I've no smart watch or ear buds if that would make a difference. Also I've been using the Spigen Zero case and I'm absolutely in love with it. I know Spigen provides good protection and the look is just spectacular.
How long does the ESR mag safe ring last on the back of the phone cases before it starts to peel off? And what the heat from my car vent during the winter make that glue become loose
As long as you don't take the ring on and off and just leave it on, it should just stay on. Mine is still holding on strong months later with no signs of peeling. That said, when I remove a magsafe accessory or take it off a magsafe mount, I slide it off to the side instead of pull directly away from the mount. It makes it easier to get the phone off and helps prevent any peeling.

That lk 3 in 1 charger is extremely finicky with folds and some smartwatches. It will charge the phone for 5 minutes just fine and randomly stop for some reason
I am very disappointed with my Buds 2 pro.. sound is fine.. but they refuse to stay put. I've given up trying to use them. Ive bought a new set of sizes for the tips and they still fall out. Terrible
@@xion5110I have the same problem with my buds 2. It definately has something to do with ear shape. Similarly to how a lot of people felt that Apple's old earphones were the most comfortable thing, but some people couldn't wear them at all.
4:43 Not quite true. I use my S23 U with an Oscar branded Magsafe case. With the case on, no issues with the S-pen. However, when I slap on my Moft wallet, there's some interference with regestering pen touches :(
For a headphone adapter, just get the Apple USB C one. The US market version is INSANE, it can power stuff it has no business powering, it has a really freaking low noise floor (I tested it with some really sensitive headphones and you couldn't hear it) and it only costs 10 bucks.

While magsafe is really cool, I don't recommend it on any of the Ultras. It can mess with the functionality of your S Pen. While it doesn't damage anything, magnet cases in general aren't good with use for the S Pen
Great question! Unfortunately, no, but the mini tripod has a standard 1/4" screw top. So if you find a clamp with a 1/4" screw hole that's wide enough to hold the Fold 5, you'd be able to attach it to this mini tripod. However, I'd imagine that any clamp wide enough to hold an open Fold 5, wouldn't be very pocketable anymore.
Regarding the Spigen case that gives the look of the inside of the phone. The case for me was very slippery so I went with the Spigen Tough Armor case instead. Just saying
all of these seems useless to me and i own the S24 Ultra and i have the wallet phone case with 4 card slots and the lems protectors in titanium black to match my phone in titanium black! also i the mini tripod will only be for like table tops!! i will be getting a tall phone tripod that will stand about 6 feet tall when i do selfies for certain photos!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I watched total video just for ugreen 3.5mm adapter. Never felt bored, video was very good. Only one doubt- does super fast charging work while listening through 3.5mm headphone jack?. Because pause USB power delivery feature only works only while super fast charging, and I don't like to game on bluetooth earphones.
I'm glad the video was entertaining! And it's a fast charge passthrough, not super fast charge. So it's about 10 to 15W of charging instead of 25W (super fast charge) or 45W (super fast charge 2.0). However, the charge port does work at all times. It doesn't matter if you have 3.5mm headphones plugged in, nor what you're listening to when you have the headphones in. The charging works no matter what. The only thing that happens is that, if you're using the 3.5mm headphone jack, then plug in power after you're already listening to something, the music pauses. That same is true when disconnecting the power. I hope that helps!
Oh, you're talking about all Samsung phones. In general, I was extremely confused. I thought you were just talking about the z. Fold, and you brought up a the need for a tripod. I was like my guy. Just unfold your phone in AL shape. No need for a tripod
This last big update introduced a horrible battery drain, and this latest update has totally destroyed the battery. The battery drained to zero in about 6 hours from about 80% while I was sleeping (screen off and phone in power saving mode). Now, using the phone, it's drained from 100% to 89% in about 20 minutes.
7:00 PLEASE don't buy this 3 in 1 charger, I got the exact same one only that its not foldable and it litteraly destroyed the battery of my galaxy watch in one day because it was laying on there for a few hours. Since then I don't use it anymore and go the safe way by using the original charger...
wireless charging is bad for your phoen battery due to the heat. but wireless charging in your car is the worst idea due to the added radiant heat of the sun. good way to make your phone battery last less than a year
Hands down. Bluetooth headphones with the same parameters as the frequency range, sensitivity, impedance and mainly important sound as the great wired headphones don't exist. And even if it will exist later, it's impossible to be in the same price category. I spent slightly below £200 for the great wired headphones, but this category as the wireless ones is horrible in comparison. The ditching of the headphone jack was a big mistake for the lovers of the great sound. Bluetooth headphones are great for the gym, where the ultimate ultra sound quality is not necessary. But if you want to enjoy the Hi-Res Audio sound, the wire is a different league.
No why would you need 100 watt cable if the phone only supports 45 watts max that's why they ship you a 65 w cable with the phone you do not need it Yes if you have a laptop you can use it for both but I don't see the point
The Anker and Baseus chargers only work at 45W with a 100W certified cable because those cables have chip inside that the charger communicates with. If the charger doesn't see that chip, it won't push the full 45W. I'm guessing it's to make sure the cable is safe to use. :)
Future proof, more compatible with other devices that already support 100ws. Like laptops and tablets and other phones. I use 100w cables for my red magic phone it supports 80w charging. No joke fast

My man, you have the wrong 45-watt anker charger. This will only charge the phone with 25 watt. You need the 45watt 9v 5a charger, not the max 3a charger.

Just for your driver's license/ID for regions that don't have digital IDs. Or gift cards that don't have digital versions. I guess a credit card too for gas stations that don't have NFC readers at the pump. It all depends on where you live. Some people can definitely get by with just the phone :)

Thanks for the gadget recommendations. I have many of the devices from your s22 video and have sterted using dex. The issue I have is that when I plug in a micro Sim card to the phone with my pictures from my camera, the phone automatically formats the card. Erasing all of my pictures and videos. What am I doing wrong?
@TechisodeTV Question. Does the magsafe ring alignment on the Hybrid case in the video is good enough or you find that printed ring on the case could be more centered for better wireless charging? I've been trying to come up with a good reason to buy a wireless charger, not trying to be disrespectful to anyone, but can someone tell me why one would choose a wireless charger because I absolutely see no reason for it. PS, I've no smart watch or ear buds if that would make a difference.
Also I've been using the Spigen Zero case and I'm absolutely in love with it. I know Spigen provides good protection and the look is just spectacular.

How long does the ESR mag safe ring last on the back of the phone cases before it starts to peel off? And what the heat from my car vent during the winter make that glue become loose
As long as you don't take the ring on and off and just leave it on, it should just stay on. Mine is still holding on strong months later with no signs of peeling. That said, when I remove a magsafe accessory or take it off a magsafe mount, I slide it off to the side instead of pull directly away from the mount. It makes it easier to get the phone off and helps prevent any peeling.

That lk 3 in 1 charger is extremely finicky with folds and some smartwatches. It will charge the phone for 5 minutes just fine and randomly stop for some reason

@@xion5110I have the same problem with my buds 2. It definately has something to do with ear shape. Similarly to how a lot of people felt that Apple's old earphones were the most comfortable thing, but some people couldn't wear them at all.
@michaelc5373 I have the same problem with all ear devices. I have a small ear canal. Look for a good set of conductive ear gear.

I use my S23 U with an Oscar branded Magsafe case.
With the case on, no issues with the S-pen. However, when I slap on my Moft wallet, there's some interference with regestering pen touches :(

For a headphone adapter, just get the Apple USB C one.
The US market version is INSANE, it can power stuff it has no business powering, it has a really freaking low noise floor (I tested it with some really sensitive headphones and you couldn't hear it) and it only costs 10 bucks.

While magsafe is really cool, I don't recommend it on any of the Ultras. It can mess with the functionality of your S Pen. While it doesn't damage anything, magnet cases in general aren't good with use for the S Pen

Never been able to use any magsafe chargers that actually charge my s23 ultra, they just put way too little wattage.

Great question! Unfortunately, no, but the mini tripod has a standard 1/4" screw top. So if you find a clamp with a 1/4" screw hole that's wide enough to hold the Fold 5, you'd be able to attach it to this mini tripod. However, I'd imagine that any clamp wide enough to hold an open Fold 5, wouldn't be very pocketable anymore.

Regarding the Spigen case that gives the look of the inside of the phone. The case for me was very slippery so I went with the Spigen Tough Armor case instead.

all of these seems useless to me and i own the S24 Ultra and i have the wallet phone case with 4 card slots and the lems protectors in titanium black to match my phone in titanium black! also i the mini tripod will only be for like table tops!! i will be getting a tall phone tripod that will stand about 6 feet tall when i do selfies for certain photos!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I watched total video just for ugreen 3.5mm adapter. Never felt bored, video was very good. Only one doubt- does super fast charging work while listening through 3.5mm headphone jack?. Because pause USB power delivery feature only works only while super fast charging, and I don't like to game on bluetooth earphones.
I'm glad the video was entertaining! And it's a fast charge passthrough, not super fast charge. So it's about 10 to 15W of charging instead of 25W (super fast charge) or 45W (super fast charge 2.0). However, the charge port does work at all times. It doesn't matter if you have 3.5mm headphones plugged in, nor what you're listening to when you have the headphones in. The charging works no matter what.
The only thing that happens is that, if you're using the 3.5mm headphone jack, then plug in power after you're already listening to something, the music pauses. That same is true when disconnecting the power.

Oh, you're talking about all Samsung phones. In general, I was extremely confused. I thought you were just talking about the z. Fold, and you brought up a the need for a tripod. I was like my guy. Just unfold your phone in AL shape. No need for a tripod
This last big update introduced a horrible battery drain, and this latest update has totally destroyed the battery. The battery drained to zero in about 6 hours from about 80% while I was sleeping (screen off and phone in power saving mode).
Now, using the phone, it's drained from 100% to 89% in about 20 minutes.

7:00 PLEASE don't buy this 3 in 1 charger, I got the exact same one only that its not foldable and it litteraly destroyed the battery of my galaxy watch in one day because it was laying on there for a few hours. Since then I don't use it anymore and go the safe way by using the original charger...
wireless charging is bad for your phoen battery due to the heat. but wireless charging in your car is the worst idea due to the added radiant heat of the sun. good way to make your phone battery last less than a year

Bluetooth headphones with the same parameters as the frequency range, sensitivity, impedance and mainly important sound as the great wired headphones don't exist.
And even if it will exist later,
it's impossible to be in the same price category.
I spent slightly below £200 for the great wired headphones,
but this category as the wireless ones is horrible in comparison.
The ditching of the headphone jack was a big mistake for the lovers of the great sound. Bluetooth headphones are great for the gym, where the ultimate ultra sound quality is not necessary.
But if you want to enjoy the Hi-Res Audio sound,
the wire is a different league.
You are trading s pen capability for that magsafe
This magsafe ring works with the S Pen :) But you're right in that there are many cases/rings that don't.

No why would you need 100 watt cable if the phone only supports 45 watts max that's why they ship you a 65 w cable with the phone you do not need it Yes if you have a laptop you can use it for both but I don't see the point
The Anker and Baseus chargers only work at 45W with a 100W certified cable because those cables have chip inside that the charger communicates with. If the charger doesn't see that chip, it won't push the full 45W. I'm guessing it's to make sure the cable is safe to use. :)
Future proof, more compatible with other devices that already support 100ws. Like laptops and tablets and other phones.
I use 100w cables for my red magic phone it supports 80w charging. No joke fast

My man, you have the wrong 45-watt anker charger. This will only charge the phone with 25 watt. You need the 45watt 9v 5a charger, not the max 3a charger.

Just for your driver's license/ID for regions that don't have digital IDs. Or gift cards that don't have digital versions. I guess a credit card too for gas stations that don't have NFC readers at the pump. It all depends on where you live. Some people can definitely get by with just the phone :)
