Kumara, Chicken and Vegetable Stalks Curry

Hi, from Dunedin. Just stumbled across this recipe. I've just harvested my broccolini & was going to compost the plants, but I'll salvage them instead. What spices did you use in this recipe, & can you state the quantities.
