    Dear brother Phap Huu, thank you for this most beautiful Dharma talk!
    Your teaching is so clear and deep. In one hour you pass on so many truths and so much wisdom.
    You are full of insight, of lovingkindness and compassion - in talking, teaching, smiling you are the true continuation of our beloved teacher Thay.
    I also want to say a heartfelt „thank you“, dear brother, for your stories about your time with Thay, your personal encounters, your experiences - your dearest memories and your kind openness and willingness to share them with us.
    Imagining Thay caressing and thanking his paralyzed arm moved me to tears, too…
    May you be blessed, dear brother Phap Huu 🙏

      I thought this may be happening with them also..
      😢
      The less industry music of any discription the better..
      Filling our heads with single instrument classical, chimes, chants and singing bowls helps.

    This is incredible brother Huu , you’re using such a loving words and expressions to teach us and explain these teachings as a lecture format. We must embrace love, peace, and joy in the now that’s here as you said like be conscious of our breathing in and out. I can hear you for hours and that’s also a peaceful moment to caught and enjoy. Thank you !!!!

    The breath can be an anchor for self-awareness of the mind. When the mind settles "at home" in the breath, as Brother Phap Huu says, then the mind can watch its thoughts and feelings, without judgement, without trying to do anything with them, and then they disappear of their own accord and one's mind does not get attached nor addicted to them. Thoughts and feelings are not the problem, the problem starts when the mind holds onto them or tries to get rid of them.

    • @bastianelken7125
      @bastianelken7125 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Dear Susan, I suggest you try to embrace your feeling as a mom would embrace and care for a child. Allow yourself to deeply feel your sadness, fully accept it and care for it; give it your full attention and love. Eventually it will transform into another and much more pleasant feeling; like when a child stops crying because the mother cared for it and the child e.g. starts smiling. Best wishes.
