I think if u use penny similar like a venom or hulk for more harassment and dmg instead of a traditional tank she outputs alot of damage. She's useless as a tank tho unless your constantly healed her survivability is bad
Playing wolverine only for kidnapping and protecting backliners reall helped me think he's better than most people think. Tanks do not play the game when I'm up, if I have ult backliners are gonna die and the DPS that their healer showers with attention and love is getting kidnapped. Best part is that I don't have to overextend, I'm doing all these while getting healed.

Luna's ult is WAY too long. Coming from overwatch I had like a timewindow that I innately wait and then I'm like "ok the ult is probably ending now so imma pop my psylocke ult so by the end of my animation Luna's ult will have ended" and IT JUST KEEPS GOING.

Peni isnt gonna be good against good players. As soon as someone knows what to do she gets no healing and the mines miss a lot of characters. Her biggest upside is cancelling ults but it sounds like she cant shut anyone off who is used
I love having Peni on the other team! I dink headshots all the time as Luna, Mantis and Adam. It charges ult fast ult and practically have it every fight or fight and a half.
Cloak and dagger have insane survivability. You can create the healing bubble and switch to cloak, attack and evade with cloak when the bubble disappears
I want them to give warlock a flight ability. Like bruh he’s Adam freaking warlock and his healing or hp isn’t crazy. Like maybe something like Dr strange flight cooldown.
@ a buff to healing would be way more annoying and create more potential for goats which would be way worse than him having a reposition and counter dive tool that would be lore accurate as well. Also just nerf the team up then.

As a gm loki one trick. Im offended. I think his an easy A. Definitely not S like luna and mantis tho. Has aoe healing and damage (remember aoe healing is what goats viable in ow.) Does solid damage gr8 burst heals with 3 clones and can counter most ults baptiste style. Very solid at countering and can kill flankers and divers. Gr8 when paired with a main healer who can cover for u when ur clones are down. One of the best off healers in my opinion.

I see what you are saying about her being all or nothing with nest but a good Penni or a OTP will have webs setup up around points to zip to and reposition nest between fights so she’s always up. Plus web shot countering ults and being a 3 second cc is kinda busted if she’s not being focused.
He's missing just how oppressive well-positioned Peni can be. She can be disgustingly oppressive as an anti-dive tank that holds points. She's just not for dive setups and is situational in ranked.

I’m in diamond 1, the only thing I’ll say about this list is that raccoon should be A tier, because of how much healing he can bring, enables double res comps, damage boost is up every 60 seconds if your team is actively fighting. And also be an easy flex pick. If you get stuck having to support you can easily play him and be impactful especially if Luna and mantis are banned.
I don’t think he’s more valuable than other supports though. Should mantis and Luna be banned, Adam warlock, cloak/dagger and Loki are all better picks i think, albeit harder to play.

What an awesome perspective to listen to and great tier list dude. Every high ranked Black Panther I have seen has been a nightmare to deal with. It was interesting to hear your views on Storm and the potential danger there in the future for flying comps.
Disagree with Peni, she’s like A tier. Breaking her spider nest is easier said than done with the right comp. All you have to do is play around it, tbh. Even then, she can still use normal webs to place mines and/or heal herself.
People underestimate Black Widow immensely. You just need a Mantis damage boost every 8 seconds and you can 1 tap any support or squishy dps. Not only that, you can also damage boost her with Storm while she spams chokes with her wind blades. Even if you can't 1 shot people, the AoE slow of her ult is super underrated. With some coordination, Black Widow can easily dominate.
I think that Thor and Spider-man should be B. They just don’t get that much value compared to the alternatives. Rarely see Thor being played if Strange is not banned.

The nest and her webs both heal her. Her cool downs are short, she can stop some ultimates, good mobility and is good at all ranges. Her and strange are the best vanguards in the game
@mryellow6918 she's a vanguard and she can easily have matches where she has the most damage. It's cool tho you can sleep on her. If you're worried about damage drop off on a vanguard your playing vanguard wrong
99% agree dr strange is the best tank, however, a venom is more sole-queue friendly purely or somewhat bcs of his overhealth or escape, and his backline pressure, whereas a dr strange might be powerful but looses if he's solo tank and a psylocke panther dives his supports
Peni and Spider-Man make people fall into the trap where they think they’re doing something because they’re clicking a lot. The value just isn’t there. In plat you can get some value but then again, on plat you can do anything.
I never even said anything close to that 😭 Peni gets farmed and quickly deleted easily even with nest up, as more players become aware of how easily countered she is she will continue getting less and less value
I use penny as a dps if im being honest. She does alot of dmg if played right. She can hold corners well and protect your back line from brawlers with the mines. Cant really use her as a traditional tank. You can also harass any flyers since she shoots non stop. Her stun is good for stopping alot of ults. She terrible open field tho

I agree with Hawkeye being a boring to use very low skill high rewards player. But that’s exactly why he’s so busted . I have him over Hela because it’s not that easy getting those 8 shots off with Hela. It’s more ez to use Hawkeye takes a little skill for Hela

Thor isn't considered S-tier anymore? Im not sure in a 1 v 1 if there are any vanguards better than Thor. Im constantly destroying Magneto and Hulk in plat I rankings. The only vanguard that kinda gives me trouble is Strange. But even against Strange all my attacks go through his shield.

Storm and cap gets the extra damage they need and storm provides the movement your needs strange plays defense when needed and mantis and luna heal whoever is needed and have plenty of CC as well as having both ults that just say no dying. This is what i want the game to becomes more of and less randomly thrown together teams that make no sense with 0 synergy.
There's 0 chance hulk which is the 2nd highest winrate tank in top500 is on the same tier as Thor who isn't even played by one-tricks anymore. Thor is in the gutter right now. Penny is also better than Groot.

And you put him next to sit and snipe Magneto? Press shift and absorb everything Magneto?

Storm future is already somewhat confirmed with ultron having a flight ability. It’s not perma flight tho.

Both hela and hawkeye have an unconditional seasonal damage boost, next season hela can't 2 shot and hawleye can't 1 shot
They will still be able to 2 and 1 shot without the damage boost, but the range and amount of charge it takes will be less egregious.
