As a Venom main Wolverine is scary if someone realizes he is a tank buster. Was in a game where Wolverine was defending the objective and shredding the tanks in seconds. Most Wolverines suck because they try to rush the back line and don’t realize his damage is based on the enemies health.
Yeah I had a Captain America game where I was the only tank and I just could not do shit about the enemy Wolverine other than try to stay away from him. Dude would tackle me and my health bar would just disappear
that makes so much sense. Hopefully people will realize this. I think changing characters based on the enemy team once you’ve seen them is a good idea and having multiple characters you main to support this.
@DarthSoto78 I was told Wolverine was the worst character in the game, so I decided to master him. He's actually quite good if you group up and focus tanks. I've also gotten quite good at pulling flying enemies out of the sky. Ironman turns into paper as soon as I grab him.

I think Magik is harder than Psylocke. Psylocke is safer in every way, really flexible with her range and her ult is literaly just pressing a button. Magik is the one that actually has to play like a ninja, high risk/high reward in everything she does, her dash is hard to land and very punishable if you miss, her range is really limited and her ult is not a free win (sometimes feels more like a free win for the enemy lol), really easy to mess up and throw with it.
I love magik. I’m very bad at gaming but i feel like i’ve picked her up after a few games. true she is very much a glass cannon but still easier then spider man for me
As a magik main, I don’t really agree. Magik gains a ton of shields and tankiness and most of her damage besides the dash is pretty easy to hit since it has a aoe. Psylocke and Panther feel quite a bit harder.
Psylocke main who also plays magik sometimes here. Don't really think any of them are that hard but I think they are too different to compare like this. Yes psylockes mobility is better but it is easier to deal consistent damage to squishies with magik, as she isn't aim reliant. Also the thing about magiks dash, aim slightly to the left of where you want to go and you will never miss it again. Anyways both require good timing to do anything if you go in without your team their healers deny everything you do and you die.

My teammates actually struggle with Luna Snow to an extreme degree. They seem to think it's always best to stand in front of the team, never look back, and only ult when they're standing atop a pile of their team's corpses.
Ive found a surprise main in thor. Yes having good healers makes thor feel unstoppable but when my team sees me go in and actually hold my own to try and push or defend smartly by using his kit right they end up supporting and pushing well with me. I feel thor is a very underrated Tank

Hawkeye on console is tough, he is a glass cannon with the aim being to fickle. Everyone thinks you can one shot tanks, but you have to keep your cross hairs on them for 3-4 seconds to boost his piercing damage. Not as easy as it sounds with your mobility being sharply reduced when arrows are drawn. Against a noob iron fist, you have one shot, slash and 1/2 to line up a headshot. Sometimes you can use your double jump but tough to get a bead close up to iron fist. He is super easy to learn, mostly because he has nothing and a pretty long cool down on his ultimate(which is pretty bad ass).
been focusing on learning SpiderGoat. He's super difficult but I like the challenge, and getting the kills with combos that you practice for hours in the solo practice range is super satisfying and very rewarding.
Loved the video. All the effort put into the production to make it fun to watch is great. Keep it up! If I could offer one thing: when I was watching, sometimes I glanced away then back to the screen - it was hard to find the character you were discussing after say 10 were on the chart. Maybe a persistent ‘glowing’ effect on the avatar while you’re talking about it (or something that draws my eye to the character being discussed). That’s all - again enjoy the content 👍👍 Note: I’m terrible with Spider-Man 😅
Why is Wolverine so bad bro 😢. They gotta give him a sprint ability, a bit more range on his attack, and some passive healing that kicks in if “X” amount of time isn’t damaged. Love the vids cozy
I feel like he's fine as is, except for the fact his cooldowns are way too long, ESPECIALLY his Regenerative Healing Factor passive, on a game where if the enemy plays well you can die almost every 15 seconds, a minute long cooldown passive is worth almost nothing. Give his passive, Shift and RMB skills shorter cooldown, it doesn't even need to be that much, and I think he'll be much better with a simple change.
He does like no real damage and his leap misses 9 times out if ten. Virtually any healer can out heal all the damage you do so your enemy is gaining health while you attack them even in rage mode. He sucks right now.@@ryean8212
My advice for other Thors out there: flank wide and use your hammer lunge to drag one guy out of the fight. Rush him down, put him in a corner, dead. Use his awakening rune and pick off another from behind. Then hammer charge and drag another one away. Repeat. The other option is to sit in the pocket and spam moves to keep your health up and pray to god your DPS can hit their shots.
I feel like "easy to understand" would make more sense than "learn", there is no way widow should be double red. You look at her kit and you instantly know what you should be doing (clicking heads, easy to understand), learning how to aim is the hard to master part.
black widow is my favorite. she's so good at anti air and is surprisingly maneuverable. so much fun ripping off a triple with headshots and running off and hitting someone with the kick/zip/batons.
Hulk is one of the easiest to understand but definitely the hardest to master. He doesn't really have big boi chunky damage with his punching so you have to utilize his burst damage and go for the right targets and utilize his gamma shield to charge ult.
I think it's so interesting the way that the primary of each character balances so much of what their kit is. Like you said with Mantis and Adam, you gotta get good at hitting the head or they're never gonna hit full potential, and they made it fairly difficult compared to like, Rocket who I feel like always has the *ting*ting*ting* going whenever you play him. I also think that would be the easiest way to buff/balance Storm, who's primary just feels so lackluster and moves so slowly without a jump like Iron Man or Starlord.
I tried out Punisher for the first time yesterday and the other team had a really good Black Panther player. He was on me the whole time! I couldn’t get comfortable at all. Lol I was so frustrated I went right back to Cap (my main) and helped get the win.
Thank you for saying Bucky is hard to master. I’m a Bucky main, and once got told that he didn’t take skill (coming from my enemy who was ironfist). Bucky is such an underrated character
I love the character and have nothing bad to say about winter soldier players but hearing armed and dangerous and again over and over makes me wanna hurt someone
As a lord Jeff main, the bubbles are way harder than they first appear. You need to keep them in reserve for yourself, but also constantly use them to keep people alive when on the edge of death. Not to mention most people don’t look for your bubbles around the map, so even with good placement they don’t see them. It needs to be good and clearly visible mid battle.
I’m a very high ranked venom main. He is incredibly difficult to manage and master. It took me a very long time to get his resource management down. Knowing who to dive, where to come from, and how to sustain yourself long enough to get out without wasting abilities took some time to get to.
I think one thing that's important to mention on any list like this is, the best dedicated one trick is WAAAAAY better on their hero than you will ever be. No matter what hero. It doesn't matter if they're the "easiest" hero in the game, between map-specific tricks or matchup knowledge or niche interactions, damage calcs, playing on unfavorable odds. It's not practically possible to max out a character in terms of skill, in almost any game but especially one as innately complicated as Marvels. You can gap people on Squirrel Girl just like on Psylocke or Loki.
It's true that Wanda is pretty easy to learn, but her ultimate ability has a lot of balance issues. Her ult is basically her screaming at the top of her lungs, saying "PURE... CHAOS!!" and then doing a chaos magic explosion that deals an instant 700 damage to all enemies. However, it has a ridiculously long timer (like 5 seconds) while automatically alerting opponents when shes about to do it, and also the opponents can quickly run behind cover or shields to block the ult completely. Most of the time she gets killed before she can even execute the ult because the opponents who are close to her just shoot her down instantly as soon as they're alerted (also her healthbar is quite small so it's easy to just get beamed by the whole team in 2 seconds). Even if that doesn't happen, she can't move very fast when doing the ult so she usually ends up missing a lot of the opponents because she isn't close enough to them, because they run away quickly behind cover as I mentioned earlier.
Penny is so underrated. She and Doctor Strange require a very good understanding of positioning, and it's hard. Today my team got obliterated on the Hydra map just because Penny in the enemy team was insanely good at placing and controlling all lines.
If you've played any of the insomniac spider-man games, just change your binds and he's incredibly easy to learn on controller (That might just be me though)
As a luna snow main the one thing that can be difficult in the beginning is her lack of movement abilities. You gotta really utilize her self heal abilities
I want to point out that Namor incentives the player to hit headshots with his spears (which is a projectile that needs to be led) by giving his turrets a buff. Also considering the turrets only last a set amount of time with a decently long cooldown, I consider him to have a much higher skill ceiling than in the video. Not the hardest, but definitely nowhere near the floor.
I’ll be real, I find Spider-Man to be pretty straight forward. The only things you really need to learn is his combos and knowing when to back out of a fight. I personally think the best way to play him is to target supports of low hp dps, get a pick and then get out. Repeat until you have your ult then shoot a spider tracker, web zip to that character when they are with their team and then pop ult. Maybe this is a lame way to play him but it’s surprisingly effective!!
I do appreciate the portal entrance at the beginning. Good use of green screen too. Don’t really see streamers standing a walking around like weathermen. It’s a cool little nuance difference
generally agree except with a few biggest one is magik, skill floor is fine but her ceiling imo is extremely high just because of all the different combo variations and movement techs she has panther also has an insanely high ceiling but i'd argue he's surprisingly forgiving with the massive aoe on his spears, probably a bit lower floor peni's floor is abysmally low (if you actually take the time to read what she does) but she has so many cool techs you can do with grapple, + some really cool web / nest tricks that bump her ceiling up much higher imo, probably right between where you have mantis and star lord psylocke just feels.. a little high on both ends? i find her playstyle very intuitive and she doesn't really have too much mechanical difficulty
Spider man is my favorite marvel character and it is painful to know I will not be good enough to use him cause his kit is not something I am good at. 😢
Man two mins into the video and I get told both my mains are one of the hardest characters to use 🤣 black widow and panther but that just makes me want to use them even more 🖤 awesome video
I think namor is super easy to pick up but middle as far as mastery. Turret placement and knowing when to go into shield as well as using shield to get to higher areas and being able to not just place turrets defensively in hard to hit spaces but also knowing when to just throw them out into the backlines and go into safety etc... he's certainly not the hardest to matter but he definately has some nuance.
I've been playing quite a few DPS and switching to support depending on the team loadout. I find Star-Lord & punisher easy to pickup but surviving long enough to contribute very difficult.. I've had matches I've got 20+ kills and maybe 5-8 deaths.. then I've had 50 deaths 2 kills and I spend all of my time in the match running back.. The same argument can be made from rocket or Jeff you spend a lot of time healing but if you get picked off you have very little survivability
The best way to play starlord is to skirmish instead of trying to stay in the frontlines, run in, disrupt the enemy line and maybe kill a support, run back and wait for another chance

That’s all - again enjoy the content 👍👍 Note: I’m terrible with Spider-Man 😅
Black Panther and SP//DR are already super satisfying to play.
Only my beloved Black Widow is not yet where she deserves to be.
Wolverine is a Tank Buster. Focus on them and you'll feel like you're contributing more
That dive is very hit or miss to
I’m a cloak and dagger main. I love the versatility with the characters and her healing abilities go crazy
Love the one piece music in the background at 5:00
Loving your channel, just started playing Marvel rivals and your videos have been a great help!
I feel like "easy to understand" would make more sense than "learn", there is no way widow should be double red. You look at her kit and you instantly know what you should be doing (clicking heads, easy to understand), learning how to aim is the hard to master part.
I original had it as that, and most feedback was I should add the word contribute.
black widow is my favorite. she's so good at anti air and is surprisingly maneuverable. so much fun ripping off a triple with headshots and running off and hitting someone with the kick/zip/batons.
Having one of the most popular characters being one of the hardest to play is such a bold move.
Hulk is one of the easiest to understand but definitely the hardest to master. He doesn't really have big boi chunky damage with his punching so you have to utilize his burst damage and go for the right targets and utilize his gamma shield to charge ult.
Squirrel Girl skill ceiling is insane
Yeah she should be top left 100%
I found pepper him with the rifle if he targets you. As soon as he's within range switch to shotgun. He's linear so you can get great burst damage.
@ thanks! I’ll give it a shot
Punisher is just call of duty mode
bro spawned outta that portal in his intro like Thanos
Thank you for saying Bucky is hard to master. I’m a Bucky main, and once got told that he didn’t take skill (coming from my enemy who was ironfist). Bucky is such an underrated character
I love the character and have nothing bad to say about winter soldier players but hearing armed and dangerous and again over and over makes me wanna hurt someone
Love the video. I've been playing mostly Rocket so far, going to check out some of the other easier supports!
The one piece music goes hard in the background 🏴☠️🏴☠️
All of the algebra in my brain hates this graph, why is the y axis on the right !?!?! Everyone knows it goes on the left
Dr Strange and Magneto mains doing nothing but holding up their shields for the entire fucking game on the cart getting the most effortless victory
Penny is so underrated. She and Doctor Strange require a very good understanding of positioning, and it's hard.
Today my team got obliterated on the Hydra map just because Penny in the enemy team was insanely good at placing and controlling all lines.
Really love the presentation style of your content man keep it up
Ik you love these high production videos but please give us some gameplay on the side too? Would love some commentary while you're gaming.
If you've played any of the insomniac spider-man games, just change your binds and he's incredibly easy to learn on controller (That might just be me though)
Yo dunno if your seeing this but what changes
Me when i see a quality 4 17:16
Isaac has done irreparable damage to the specialist song from Persona 4
@@Akira-cd2qs lmao
I am just chilling at the objective with my Magneto
Nailed it with Cloak and Dagger.
Ok Cozy I see you with that jazzy outro!
99.1% of the player base: “I’m telling you man, I think God chose me.” 😂
I agree with this on a two dimensional X&Y axis chart. However “Troll and Tilt factor” should be considered for the 3rd dimensional Z axis.
I do appreciate the portal entrance at the beginning. Good use of green screen too. Don’t really see streamers standing a walking around like weathermen. It’s a cool little nuance difference
3 weeks later and Wolverine is now considered one of the strongest but hardest characters to master.
generally agree except with a few
biggest one is magik, skill floor is fine but her ceiling imo is extremely high just because of all the different combo variations and movement techs she has
panther also has an insanely high ceiling but i'd argue he's surprisingly forgiving with the massive aoe on his spears, probably a bit lower floor
peni's floor is abysmally low (if you actually take the time to read what she does) but she has so many cool techs you can do with grapple, + some really cool web / nest tricks that bump her ceiling up much higher imo, probably right between where you have mantis and star lord
psylocke just feels.. a little high on both ends? i find her playstyle very intuitive and she doesn't really have too much mechanical difficulty
Earned a subscriber. Good stuff 👍🏽
YOUR THE MAN COZY!
As a hulk main I think you nailed it.. not the hardest to pick up but pretty hard to master… not on a spider lvl though
The Namor take was crazy but I agreed for the most part
Spider man is my favorite marvel character and it is painful to know I will not be good enough to use him cause his kit is not something I am good at. 😢
LITERALLY i'm brute forcing it though 🥲😃 the logic is that i'll eventually get good lmao
@ 😂😂 I might just have to do that and hope my teammates understand this is for science
Just keep practising, his abilities are easy to understand it's just the combos you gotta get down
"How to burn down every iron fist mains houses" ahh search 💀
I think hulk is up there with panther and Spider-Man as someone who plays him in gm, one wrong move and you’re instantly free ult charge
Man two mins into the video and I get told both my mains are one of the hardest characters to use 🤣 black widow and panther but that just makes me want to use them even more 🖤 awesome video
Hold up am I hearing the One Piece OST in the background… just found my new favorite channel
Wolverine is a %hp based damage dealer. He’s a tank buster. He does shit to low HP characters but can murder tanks
As a Jeff the land shark main I can say that the placement can be a little difficult sometimes
Thank you. Finally, someone put some damn respect on Spider-Man's name!
This graph would’ve looked much better if you flipped “Easy To Learn” column.
