Thank you very much for your detailed review of the WM 157 watch! Your feedback is extremely important to us. We are glad that you are satisfied with the overall design and value for money of the watch. At the same time, we have noted your suggestions regarding the movement, water resistance, and appearance details. Our newly launched products, such as the WM189 and WM194, already feature the NH35 movement and a screw-down crown. We are also continuously improving the appearance and craftsmanship to provide the best possible product within a reasonable price range. Additionally, we have officially rebranded to WM Watch to better convey our brand values. The transition for our products and related packaging is currently in progress. Thank you again for your support and valuable feedback!❤❤❤
@@juanpimentel2338 Just be sure when you do purchase one or if you do that you ask if the rebrand has happened as they still have merch that has the welly merck name on it but all the new batches will just have the logo so far as I know :)
Very nice. That’s a great value. And now that they have rebranded, I think they will have more success. And you’re right, they seem to be very open to suggestions. Thanks for the great review!
Seems to be a fairly common theme. I do like butterfly clasps but they do need to add half links or change it to a nice milled clasp with 4-6 micro adjust. Thanks m8
@@MirrlyonTime Hey I tried sending you a PM on eBay but it's blocking my message for some reason? Is there another way to send you a PM? Email perhaps?
The orange Seiko that started it all Chris :) Not a big fan of how this WM looks. It seems a bit more of the old idea of doing all the work to ape a design without too much thought being put to anything else, in particular substance. The 300m 'rating' is a perfect example. The tolerances on that bracelet... oof i can hear puppies crying all over the world about that.
@@AnCar88 you aren’t wrong this is a clomage for sure. The bracelet tolerances aren’t awful but could be better for sure, it is a thick link bracelet which definitely helps in that regard it’s not too clinky, more where it joins at the clasp than anywhere else it needs tightened up. Overall not bad for 116 bucks
Well, can’t say I disagree but this isn’t a dive watch, but definitely they need half links to make it work I do like butterfly clasps if they come to fit properly

@@WMWatch it was my pleasure and looking forward to the next collab!
I'm so glad you have rebranded to WM as the name was the main gripe holding me from purchasing any of the watches

@@MirrlyonTime Yeah that should do it but for us big wristers its a struggle to get the right fit! Take care man!
Welly Merck is a way better name than like 87% of the bargain watch brands on AliExpress and the like.
Well it’s definitely interesting the brand has renamed themselves wm watch because of feedback. I don’t hate the name personally
@MirrlyonTime just sent you an offer on eBay 🤣

@ mirrlyontime@gmail.com not sure why eBay would block either
Thanks for the video. Looks good. Why a butterfly clasp. That really ruins it for me. Cheers!!!
@@BCallum if done properly butterfly clasps are great. I do like them, but they definitely need hapf links

I realy don't like the clasp. It should be a "diver clasp" for sure!
