I did this recipe 2 days in a row 😋😋 so yummy so moist 😍 but i would suggest to anyone doing this, beat the egg white for at least 5-6min on medium. Thats how your cake will rise. Beat it very well, be patient. Using room temperature eggs will help. Also while adding the flour, do not add everything at once. Add it in like 3-4 parts and mix in between. Mix it gently. And do not wait before putting the cake in the oven. So you want to preheat the oven while adding the flour.

@@safiaahmed3111 I made a bunch of flat ones (I think 3 in total) as well after my first 2 attempts went successfully. Here's my takeaways: 1. Don't put too much juice, especially into the egg whites it deflates them. 2. My mom found consistent success with whipping the egg whites until super foamy in the beginning and then putting them into a seperate bowl. After she mixed the flour, salt, sugar, (we used baking powder too), and butter into another bowl she added in the egg whites last to keep the airy-ness. 3. Try not to use too much butter when greasing the pans otherwise the cake sticks to it and it's really hard to remove (in our case the coating of the bundt pan we we're using kept fusing onto the cake so I guess that's a separate matter lol). Hope this helps!

Cake flour has no raising agent , cake gets its volume from that egg white so you don’t need baking powder. Mixing the flour is the key to this , do it nice and slow like video to retain all the air
