I just made this. I took it out of the oven like 10 minutes ago. Came out PERFECT. The only thing I changed was I added instant coffee, half a teaspoon, to the milk. A coffee flavored cloud of a cake. I will make this again soon. Thank you for the fabulous recipe and step by step instructions.

I followed the steps except for the temperature and the weight of the ingredients as I do not have a microwave oven, and my thermometer is not accurate, plus my weighing scale is not down to decimal. These r gauged. 😄I substituted lemon juice with apple cyder vinegar and corn oil with grapeseed oil as I don't have the 2 mentioned in the recipe. I always had phobia with mixing egg white batter with egg yolk batter. The cake turned out well and delicious. My family loves it. TQ for this wonderful recipe💌❤
May I know was the surrounding of your cake stand straight like the video? I don’t know why ever time I make the cake (round shape) the side of the cake always not straight up it has folds
@@ruksanaa2865 You could find cake flour at the store, it makes cakes tender then using all-purpose flour but if you can’t then you can substitute a cup of all-purpose flour, remove two tablespoons of AP flour and replace it with two tablespoons of cornstarch and sift it for 2-3 times then use it how much ever the recipe calls for it. You can make it without a beater but it will take time and a-lot of strength to reach the right consistency if you mix it by hand.

玉米油20ml,加熱至60度,低筋麵粉30g,攪拌均勻後加入牛奶25ml再攪拌成麵糊,雞蛋兩顆將蛋白蛋黃分開,蛋黃加進麵糊裡面攪拌。。。。。。蛋白在另一個盆子加鹽0.3g及加檸檬汁13ml,糖30g分兩次倒入正在攪拌的蛋白泡裡面,打到細緻的泡沫後挖一兩勺到蛋黃麵糊裡面攪拌均勻後重複動作再挖一到兩勺到蛋黃麵糊攪拌均勻後將麵糊全部倒入發泡的蛋白裡面,攪拌到均勻後放入蛋糕模具裡面,加水到模具外的金屬盛器中.......150度烤55分鐘..........自己做個筆記也幫別人做。😊

In the States you buy it and it's just low gluten wheat flour.
