ECT INDUCTION EXPLAINED!

Hey guys!
This video was highly requested as lots of you were shocked after I posted on instagram about the ECT induction coming into force instead of the NQT year from September 2021.
This video runs through questions I was asked about the ECT induction & includes;
a general overview of the ECT induction,
details about what you do in the first & second year,
& who else is involved in your ECT years.

What if I only do one year? Can I do the second year at another time?

I think you have 5 years post graduating to complete the ECT years

@@najatalfahham1086 I have just banked my first year and I will at a new school in September but not continuing the ECT induction. As it stands, I can do the second year of my ECT induction whenever I like.
