自小妈妈在煮饭时都会跟我提起一些小故事，她总爱说我的外公煮的每一道料理都比她好吃，就算她煮到多好吃都无法到达外公的烹饪水准。我就没妈妈那么有口福了，因为外公在我出世前就去世了，所以我没品尝过他煮的美食。对我而言，妈妈煮的每一道料理都很符合我的胃口，把我的胃紧紧锁住了！我不想让自己留下遗憾，所以我决定将妈妈煮每一道拿手料理的过程都记录下来，那我以后就不会像妈妈那样整天都在碎碎念，责怪以前的自己没有好好记录外公的个人研究食谱。除此之外，我以后还能透过影片随时随地的重复观看妈妈的烹饪方式，同时也能很清楚地知道每一个步骤该怎么做，最后 最重要还是我可以与大家一起分享烹饪的乐趣！

No Cook No Life.. Recipe kamu bagus tetapi bahan yg kamu miss out.. Masa tumis belachen goreng, tulang ayam 2.ekorv,gula batu ,sayor putina, Santan terlalu banyak di Curry Mee ini, limau nipis dan buah keras tidak avtive di recipe ini.. Jawa mee dan Mee Rebus baru bubuh limau Nipis. Ingat yah.. Ok.
