I actually learned about this in school but it was grazed over so quickly when there was so much more to learn! Our schools shouldn’t be so afraid of teaching kids about the horrible things that happen in history. This way maybe we would have a more understanding and compassionate society. Plus, it would probably make people more cautious about potentially repeating the bad parts of our history. Ida’s story could have inspired so many more people if it was truly taught in school.
Ida B Wells is an icon, legend and American hero. Thank you for bringing her story to so many people. ❤️
What a queen ❤️❤️ thank you so much for sharing her story. I didn’t know about her. How inspirational she was. ❤️❤️
Ms. Ida is now my superhero!!! Thank you for doing this story...Bailey & her team ROCKS!!!
Bailey you are truly an amazing person. I have recently binge watched ALL of your content and I talk about your dark history content all the time with other people (basically spreading the knowledge you shared). I know its hard work finding all this data but keep doing what you do we all truly appreciate it.
Thank you So much Bailey for doing a video on one of my favorite black women writers! She deserves so much more flowers, then she was given!! Thank you for always doing your homework. ❤️❤️
Thank youfor sharing Ida's sory. I have never heard of her before. Love her boldness in a time when it was so dangerous to be black and bold. ugh why are people so evil? How do you cross the line from seeing humans as things. I will never understand.
This podcast has profoundly changed my view of the world, especially the country we live in. Thank you for providing such digestible and well researched information!
Have never heard of her. So crazy. Thanks for educating Bailey!
Learning & sharing this kind of real history is SO important!! I’d heard about Ida B. Wells…but not to this extent. If we don’t stand up for what’s right, we’re as bad as the ones in the wrong. Ida B. Wells was & is an American hero !!
RIP Mrs. Wells🕊
Wow, what a fierce and inspiring life - everyone needs to know this story. Just further proof that the best way to drive away darkness is to throw some light on it. Thanks for sharing this, Bailey! ❤️
I really hope Bailey Sarian's channel is used for educational purposes in schools all over the world!! 😘💕💖
As a Brit, there was little chance I would hear the story of this amazing inspiring woman. Bailey, thank you for sharing ❤️
Ida B Wells was phenomenal! Thanks for telling her inspiring story, Bailey.
New subbie here! I just found you…. And I can’t get enough. I love your vibe… your attitude and your sense of humor ❤

@lettalkmoreontele_grammx1c147 Why don’t you go pretend to be yourself!
Bailey for President! 🐐💪🤍
This video made me proud to be the student of my US History teacher because we spent a lot of time learning about Ida lol She taught us about everything you spoke about in this video 💖💖
That’s great! I wish I was as taught about her more when I was in school.
Bailey, gurl, you are awesome for the work you put into your videos.
Florida needs to take note!
IT'S A WONDERFUL DAY WHEN BAILEY UPLOADS A VIDEO❤😅
You should do one on McKinley. We had a statue that is now removed. Maybe a series on the presidents. They were all a piece of work.
This is from an Ida.
I love to listen while I'm driving; I TRY to save some episodes up cause I do a lot of driving but it's so hard! As soon as they come out I cannot wait to just click on it right away
Thank you for telling Ida's story. What an inspiration she is! I'm a white woman, and I feel that African American people need more people like her to fight for them. I can't stand prejudice!
ida b wells is the reason i chose to keep my given name when i transitioned. such an important figure. wish more people knew about her.
I was not then I remembered it was Thursday 💞💯 we love you queen Bailey ❤️ 💖
