Holy shit, this is better than the official trailers! The way how the war scene slowly builds up gave me goosebumps. Everything fits. PLEASE make more in this style! (Bonus: The 60fps smootheness cured my cancer.)
Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed it that much. Definitely plan to put out another video at some point. Also glad to hear that the video was running at 60fps. Was worried TH-cam might mess it up when I uploaded :/.
@@solutions7539 Man, please, how did you make the camera move at the same speed as the other vehicles? Generally it moves to fast for recording like that.
I mean what else is they're to say, a guy like Solutions who edits videos like all fucking day. In all seriousness though, appreciate the compliment. Glad to hear you liked it :).
Haha, thanks a bunch! Glad the single shot was received so well. Was worried that the stutter-y camera panning would turn people off. I've been thinking about doing something like that, if only to provide some help to those who would like to make their own cinematic(s). After all, Wargame's camera/replay tools are pretty awkward and a bit annoying to use :/.
Haha thanks, appreciate your saying that. Funny enough, the official Eugen trailer is sort of my goal at the moment. Would really like to put out something of that level at some point.
I've been complimented by Razzmann! Life = complete. Jokes aside, probably took me ~5hours a day over the course of 5-6 days. So about 30hrs total to put the whole thing together. A majority of that time was spent in both the solo skirmish setting up the "battle", and in the match replay to trying to get the whole shot right. A lot of attempts....a lot. Though it really wasn't the number of attempts that was he problem, it was more that each attempt required me to either have to completely re-setup and micro the "battle", or exit the replay and wait 4 minutes while I fast forwarded to the point were the shot starts. I think the next video I make should go a lot smoother since I've been able to learn from the whole experience.
+Razzmann Haha, thanks :). Definitely a couple of points where I wanted to just scrap the whole thing, but by the time those thoughts entered my head I had invested to much time for that to be a real option. Glad I followed through in the end. Oh? Well now I'm curious as to what this "planned next" thing is. But I suppose I'll have to be patient and wait to find out....you big tease, you ;).
+Razzmann Ah yeah, that I am not. Though I'm not exactly hot-stuff when it comes to MP, so who knows. Still interested to see what help, tips, etc. you'll be showing to new players.
Haha, one day... Have to get some friends or people together to orchestrate something like that. With Wargame really don't need too pull that many people together to make cool shots happen. But yeah, would love to do stuff with other titles.
No to push the subject but I didn't see anything in this video that couldn't of been done in arma 3 with just AI squads with waypoints and using the Zeus realtime camera.
Oh right! It's been over a year since I've played Arma 3, so I forgot all about the editor, Zues and their features. I'll have to re-download it and mess around with it a bit.
I did it all for you babe 😘 . Now that you and Razzmann have giving the video your seals of approval, I can finally label this "Field Marshal Approved!"
Yes, used a standard 360 controller. Hey! Love the Ace Combat series as well. Really psyched for AC7 to come out. Probably going to buy a PS4 for that game alone.
Hi I like your vídeos, one question; are the radio voice chat a mod or is it a sound paste in the game or is this full vanilla of the game? I've never watched it
Correct. The first 20 or so seconds of radio chatter are from Generation Kill (forget what episode, but it's part of the ending credits of one of them). The rest of the chatter comes from MW3 and BF3 assets.

This is how Wargame should look and feel.
Excellent! Nicely done, really!
if only wargame have the same feel and gameplay like this
and the A-10 brrrttt must be added in a patch

respect man
eugen should use this for advertising wargame!!!😊😊
Haha thanks man. Don't think I'm quite at the advertising level yet, but it is my goal!
One of the best WG videos I've ever seen. This is what I show to people when I'm trying to explain why it's my favorite RTS.
Made me look at Wargame in a whole other perspective. Now I want to go play it right away!
Glorious, really well made.
I mean what else is they're to say, a guy like Solutions who edits videos like all fucking day.

I appreciate your meme
Damn...That one take was so smooth it was like watching the opening scene of a war drama. Beautifully done:)
One of the best cinematic wargame videos out there. The fact that you did it all in one take too astounds me. You really did knock it out of the park.
Holy shit, if this actually happened ingame, it would be epic!
Holy shit, THAT WAS FUCKING AMAZING! i really love how it was one continuous shot - you told a story. I would be interested to see a making of vid

Could have been a official launch trailer for Wargame.
Very well done sir!
Haha thanks, appreciate your saying that. Funny enough, the official Eugen trailer is sort of my goal at the moment. Would really like to put out something of that level at some point.
This was really well made
Thanks!

THIS IS WARGAME CINEMATIC TRAILER
this convoy have iron balls!....Nicely done!
Fucking well made! How long did it take for you to make? And how many attempts?

+Solutions Damn, that's what I call dedication. I could use that too for what I planned next :D
+Razzmann Haha, thanks :). Definitely a couple of points where I wanted to just scrap the whole thing, but by the time those thoughts entered my head I had invested to much time for that to be a real option. Glad I followed through in the end.

+Solutions well, most likely not too interesting for you unless you are completely new to WG which I doubt :p
+Razzmann Ah yeah, that I am not. Though I'm not exactly hot-stuff when it comes to MP, so who knows. Still interested to see what help, tips, etc. you'll be showing to new players.
Freggn jaw dropped. Well done.
Thanks.
+Solutions Id love to see what you could do with the Arma 3 engine.

Did you put in different sounds for the A-10s ? Sounds better than it does in Wargame :P
WARGAME 4 SHOULD BE LIKE THIS EUGEN
You should do more, great video!
really great work. I think I identified one of the radio chatter´s sources: generation kill? :)
Nice one my dude.
I did it all for you babe 😘 .
Now that you and Razzmann have giving the video your seals of approval, I can finally label this "Field Marshal Approved!"

PS: I see you have an ISAF logo,
I also like to destroy armies with a single F-22 Raptor
Yes, used a standard 360 controller.
Hey! Love the Ace Combat series as well. Really psyched for AC7 to come out. Probably going to buy a PS4 for that game alone.
Bravo
I wet my pants.

sounds like you got elements of it from generation kill
