    I think that Listening is the most difficult part of the IELTS exam. You will need reading, listening and writing at the same time.

    • @rrdancel
      @rrdancel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's very true! A lot of multitasking is involved while doing this part. This category is definitely underrated and also needs the attention we give when improving our writing or speaking abilities.

    Thank you so much for this, Rachel! I’m planning to take IELTS exam in October and in our course (International Relations) we’re trained to speak and write very academically and I thought IELTS examiners would like it 😢😢

      I recently had a meeting with the Marshalls and they told me the its not a good idea to write academically. But, you should write in plain, clear and simple English.
      We are working to put an IELTS course together to help students take the IELTS test. I am hoping that it will be ready by the time you take yours. Check out my website Canxivsa.com

    Hi Rachael, I wanted to ask you a question I will be applying soon for a masters degree in public health, and I understood from watching your chanel that to get a student permit the immigration office asks you to prove you will go back to your home country once you finish your program... So is it forbidden to apply for PR or work permit after finishing my program?

    • @rrdancel
      @rrdancel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not forbidden. If you meet the eligibility requirements for one of the PR programs, you may apply. However, most people wait to have at least 1-year Canadian work experience before applying to such programs (ie Express Entry) for better chances of getting an ITA.

    Ask ko lang po ate if graduate po bs na 4 years sa pinas. Dapat po ba related lang ang itake sa canada? Or pwede naman yung malayo yung course sa tinapos sa pinas? Salamaaaat po. Sobrang puno ng info yung videos nyo

    • @rrdancel
      @rrdancel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi dear, your chosen program in Canada doesn't necessarily have to be related to your background. For example, I chose to take up graphic design but my background is in engineering. However, you need to explain the reasons for choosing that program in your Letter of Explanation when you apply for a study permit. You must convince the officer how pursuing that program will help you progress in your career path or explain what you're hoping to achieve with that program after graduation.
