Last night my wife dropped a bomb on me that she needs a giant snowflake for a booth at my sons schools winter festival so kids could get pictures with it around their face. She said it had to be done very quickly and thought I still had the X-Carve so I could do it in the garage. Well, I had to head over to DarthTigger501's maker space since that is where my machine setup now and we had a blast cutting out this snowflake and it turned out amazing. My wife was MORE than a little happy. Hope you guys enjoy the video and me doing making projects again. Please slap a like on the video and hit subscribe and also comment down below, I'll be watching comments off and on.

Barnacules Nerdgasm the reason why it didnt cut all the way through the poster was because you had the clamps on one side which bent the board up, and the higher side was where you set your tool offset

I like being different, this felt like my old self just doing different stuff and having a good time joking around. Haters have made me to serious and other tech tubers have made me try to be too professional and it doesn't fit well. I just need to the random camera slinging dude that primarily focuses on doing stuff I'm pasionate about and record it secondary.

Not sure about whether or not the x-carve bed was flat or not, I bet the reason it didn’t cut all the way through is because the poster board lifted on one side while the machine was cutting

Hi! Well technically that was a complete fail at frames 10:09 when you guys went "neanderthal" back to a simple blade. But I still want that X-Carve Unit (even the Hanky Lookn' Version). What exactly happened underneath the Foam Core Board? Could I have laid a big piece of cardboard (like from an old unfolded shipping box) underneath the target Foam Core and sprayed some Tee-Shirt Screenprint Adhesive under both the cardboard and and Foam Core before the cutting process?

I am proud to say that today while standing in the shower I was able to waste 45 mins of someone's time, claiming they were going to give me a $9,000 government grant. I even asked him if he knows my friend "Ben Chod" who works there. It was fantastic!😆
