Jarrod my win rate has increased substantially since I started watching your videos. There is no clickbait or bullshit with you, just nice simple trading strategies that actually work. I'm so glad I came across your channel, thanks mate!
Great video and excellent document (that i downloaded) can you test those great videos you made also on crypto and on lower time frames like 1h please? Thank you for your efforts
I'm a beginner. And I would like to try and trade some of these setups... but I got some questions though.. How much capital do I need for these swing trading setups? And what is the preferred stoploss? I heard you say somewhere that if you even use a stoploss, you then would use a 500pip SL. In EUR/USD a 500pip stoploss with a 0.01 LS would be around 50Euro stoploss. Is that correct? And should I also risk only 1% every trade like in most Scalping strats? So that would mean I need at least a balance of 5000euro right? An answer would really help me out a lot. And thanks for your content, I'm glad I found your channel.
very good video Jarrod but feels incomplete as there is further analysis required on the exits and even GBP/CAD on daily was only tested on original (reversal approach) strategy with stop and reverse and also Bailout technique, this strategy may improve further with an X days delay exit and a fixed stop loss - im therefore not going to test on demo yet and will look to do that after you have completed the testing, thanks for making these though, great analysis
Sir, if i may suggest one thing, i think it is better to show the test results in pips for all other tests, especially for future tests Thank you very much. I learned so much from your videos, and your test results is a great help in my trading journey
can you do a video talking about how you determine when an edge is no longer working or tradable? with all of these strategies my fear is that even if they backtest and forward test well for a period of time, they may stop working at some point and the chart could end up looking like some of those bad equity curves in backtests of other pairs. so I'm interested if you have a systematic way of determining when an edge has deteriorated enough to where you no longer trade it.
Hi Jarrod. Can you test the performance of GBPCAD using Outside Bar Strategy and by adding stop loss and time window parameters? So, full parameters will be like; entry: at the open of next bar after outside bar is observed / exit: Bailout exit / stop loss: ? / time window: ? Regards, Aslan
Thanks for the sharing. I saw the initial capital in your MC portfolio trader is 1,000,000,000,000 instead of 1 standard log 100,000. May you share the rationale for that? Thanks
That's just the starting initial capital. For these tests I was just looking at the amount of pips made for each strategy, plus the win rate etc. The amount of pips made will be the same regardless of the starting capital. Hope that makes sense.
This channel is another failed trader turned teacher. Feel bad there’s no regulation against scammers like this. Dude literally reverses the rules if the model doesn’t get lucky and gain profit! I mean wtf!?

I plan to code this strategy as an mt4 robot. Send to work well on some of those pairs Great video as always.

Ok, thanks for your comment. I can keep all portfolio tests in pips.
Hi Jarrod, regarding GBPCAD Daily TF - with the Bailout Exit.... would a stop loss be required? Cheers mate

Are the strategies in your course all applicable to index futures?

Stop Loss?
None of this does any robustness testing. Not good. Say hello to loses.

Bro, you're quite white and pale, I'll give you that, but transparent goes a bit too far. Thanks for the vids! :)
