    You talked of putting it in cold weather for 5-7 days can you keep in refrigerator or it needs outside the house .

    • @Narovillagelife
      @Narovillagelife  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good question, actually here we have around 30 - 36 degree Celsius and it takes at least 5 days to mature so, putting in refrigerator is a bad idea, we need warm weather not cold OK thank you.

    Its almost the same traditional drink from South American culture, we call it Cauin or Caiçuma, but in the Wild, the fermentation goes only with Saliva.
    We can only chew, wait and get alcohol. But in modern times its hard to make, thanks to make vídeos with a new Version.

    Hi, this is super drink. But please give ingredients measurements. That's how much water, how much yeast and how long to boil. And how much alcohol it will yield.

    • @Narovillagelife
      @Narovillagelife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello sir, actually this is traditional method so we can't say the exact amount or the accuracy. here we add that one yeast patties can be added on 2 kg of cooked rice. And the water it depends on you if u add more water the brew will be lighter and the alcohol % will be reduce and if u add less water the brew will be thicker, sweeter and more alcohol will be there. Thank you very much.
