Hi Robert This superbly edited compilation of recent videos captures the entire timeline and process in which you turned a big harvest of cassava roots into three splendid alcoholic beverages in a couple of weeks. This video is also a useful guide for those who aspire to make their own brews at home using pure and simple ingredients without the need to add any dubious chemicals. In my comments on the last video I mentioned that the time and work you invested in this project was enormous. Having seen the whole journey in one episode has made me realise that my initial assessment was a gross underestimation. I have learned too that it is quite legitimate to sell beers/wines/medicinal potions in the market should you have some to spare. This is great news and a further potential income stream which would be very useful in supplementing the farm income. Well done Robert!

Hi Robert, amazing video. What you did ( you called wine ) is a distillated drink ( like grape, vodka, whisky, etc ) that is not wine, wine is from grapes and it is not distillated, it is only fermented. Saying that, your method is very rudimentary but amazing.....congratulations and do not drink much, the alcohol content normally is higher than 40%

Did you not put them cassava branches back for them to regrow? Asyou keep digging them up but i haven't see you putt them back. I love them . They are so tasty. Filling too. Can be make into desert, savory just lovely. Easy to grown in hot country but not a chance in very cold place. I am just wondering why people in some part of Africa that couldn't grown manythings as not a lots of rain but if they plants the cassava would that help the areas? Just wonder as they are so dry and nothing really grown😅. Just saying?

Ihave watched farmers used the leaves--it is the underside that is clean...think about it the next time you use banana leaves etc. Interesting show and indeed your vegetables are huge and healthy...good job.

@@geeljireoomaar6140 dried yeast is added so it will ferment the cassava and producing wine. It can be done to rice too that’s why we have rice wine.
