The garri made is perfect for even people with diabetes provided they eat once in a day or once in 3 to 4 days for those that want to loose weight. Nearly 60 percent of the.carbohydrate has been removed from the garri which is good for weight loss.

Or you can dehydrate your starch and blend it into powder. Then bring it out once a while to sun dry it.
