Just a heads-up that might get you more hits; You should add Buick Encore to your title too, because it’s the same stereo and climate control set up…although the trim may be a little different. Luckily I saw the video thumbnail and recognized it was the same stereo…

Whats required to remove the storage container in front of the shift knob and below the climate control (where the power outlet is)??

I am not sure. I would have to take another look. You might be able to wiggle, or move it around to give an indication of the mounting points.
